Venez vous détendre dans cette chambre 2 adorable, 2 salles de bain, et grenier, Chalet de ski. La chambre principale a 1 lit king size, salle de rechange a 1 lit queen, et le loft a aussi 1 lit queen et 1 matelas d'air. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tout ce dont vous pouvez avoir besoin, qui est si vous tombez malade de manger à tous les délicieux restaurants de la région, Double Musky, Jack Sprat, président et 5, pour ne nommer que quelques-uns de nos favoris. Ceci est la maison parfaite loin de la maison pour toutes vos aventures Girdwood. Après une longue journée de ski, la randonnée, le VTT ou la pêche, venez vous détendre à côté de la cheminée, ou prendre un bain dans le nouveau bain à remous! Nous sommes sur un grand terrain de coin, facile à trouver, mais à l'écart. Vue sur la montagne Peek-A-Boo de toutes les fenêtres de la façade vous permettent de vérifier les conditions de la montagne. Le chalet se trouve à environ .5 miles de la station. Son haut de la colline sur le chemin de la station, de sorte ski maison serait un jeu d'enfant. Juste un court trajet en voiture vous amène à l'impressionnant réseau de sentiers de ski de fond, en cas de descente est tout simplement pas votre truc. Alyeska a récemment ouvert un vaste système de sentiers de vélo de montagne pour vous aventuriers de l'été. Il ya suffisamment de sentiers de randonnée dans la région, y compris Winner Creek, un de mes préférés. Girdwood est un excellent terrain d'entente pour explorer les villes au sud d'Anchorage ainsi! A 25 miles au sud courte est la ville de Whittier, fortement recommandé pour la pêche ou une tournée de visites du Prince William Sound, qui offre une abondance de la vie marine dans les mois d'été. Orques, baleines à bosse, les loutres et les oiseaux pour ne nommer que quelques-uns. Continuez au sud de conduite et vous vous retrouverez à Seward, Kenai, Soldotna, et Homer.

This home was perfect for a couple of retired brothers to experience an Alaska adventure.

The house was not clean. Lots of dirt and dog hair on carpet and tile. We spent much of the second day cleaning. The kitchen table had numerous spots of paint or dirt. We covered it with a sheet and did the same with the sofa which looked old and had stains. We found someone’s underwear under the sofa. The front steps from the ground up to the deck are not safe. I put some rocks there to help. Both toilets needed cleaning. The bottom sheet on the upstairs bed had blood spots. Part of our cleaning was to wash the sheets. The washer and dryer are new and worked great. The whole unit could use some TLC. I called the owner numerous times our first day and he seemed unconcerned about our issues. He did finally agree to refund us some of our fee. The neighborhood is quiet and many things to do and see all within a days drive. If we come back we’ll find a different unit.

We love staying at the chalet so much that we have done so three times. Located in a quiet neighborhood with all the things you need to relax after a day of hiking or sightseeing. The chalet is clean and comfortable. We especially like having access to the hot tub. The owner is very responsive if there are any questions.

Great property
Stay was great. House was as listed. Great for a family, lots of space. The hottub was a little dirty, so that would be my only complaint. Would stay here again.

We were totally blessed to have an opportunity to visit Alaska! And to find a place with an outdoor hot tub! Our host Mike was prompt and informative. Definitely recommend!

Perfect place to unwind
This is a great location with things to do in all directions. Or a great place to do nothing at all. The accommodations are cozy and inviting, we definitely took advantage of that on a bad weather day to just sit by the fire and do nothing. The hot tub is welcome after a long hike or kayaking out to portage glacier. The owner Mike is great to work with and responds promptly. Will definitely look for this listing again in the future.

Awesome Anniversary Celebration!
The cabin was great! The yard around the front porch could use a little attention. Everything was comfortable and relaxing. Some friends we had not seen in a number of years moved to Alaska and we were able to visit with them. We ventured out and saw marvelous scenery - not like the flat lands of Florida! Location of the cabin to area attractions is the BEST! The local eating establishments are fantastic! We plan to visit Alaska again and hope this cabin will be available then!

Not too far from the highway, close to the little town of Girdwood on one side and the Alyeska resort on the other. Host was responsive and place was clean, stocked with basic household supplies. Happy we chose to stay here.

Exposed wiring, no screens on the windows, dog hair everywhere just to name a few things. It has plenty of room which is nice and the location is beautiful, if you don’t mind the people racing up and down the street. Overall it just was okay...

This properties is cute and in a very nice location. It is clean and has everything we needed for our staying. Awesome Chalet
We had a super gettaway at this cozy chalet. Lots of amazing hikes and bike rides, relaxing in the hot tub. Mike was very responsive for questions ahead of time.

This cabin is in a subdivision but it feels like you're in the woods instead. Super clean, has everything you need and is in a great location to a lot of activities.

Awesome Girdwood month-long stay!
Highly recommended!
Location - Perfect! This property is a 10 min walk from the virgin creek waterfall! Girdwood is beautifully surrounded by mountains, and is a day trip from seward, whittier, cooper landing, conservation center, byron glacier, etc.. The town has restaurants, a grocery store, and trails.
House: Great! I loved the deck, it had a nice breeze of pine from the trees around the property. Inside was very comfortable, the couch was great, and it was luxurious amount of space for two people. Wifi was fast enough for both of us who were working remotely daily. We also saw a small moose down the road on our first day :)
A month was not long enough to be here.. quite possibly the best place I've ever stayed.

Wonderful Stay!
Loved it! Mike was super nice and communicative throughout our stay. Property was conveniently located and the cabin was super cute! We will definitely be staying there again!

Third time stay
Once again we enjoyed our stay. The house is close to the ski area but in a really quiet neighborhood. Mike was easy to work with and we appreciated having the nice clean hot tub after each great day of skiing.

Girdwood Ski Chalet
I can't express how impressed we were with this chalet. It was exactly as described, other than having a new glass-topped stove and full-size refrigerator. There are more than adequate cookware and utensils supplied, and the pantry is stocked with all the essentials. The hot tub was a nice luxury after a day of skiing in subfreezing temperatures. I would definitely recommend this property for those looking for comfortable lodging in Girdwood.

Beautiful, comfy, clean place that we didn't want to leave.
