L'unité 903 est un magnifique condo direct sur la plage / le golfe! Professionnellement décoré et conçu pour le confort! L'unité dispose d'un plan d'étage très spacieux avec un salon spacieux surplombant le golfe du Mexique et la plage !! Le salon offre de nombreux sièges confortables et un téléviseur HD surdimensionné. Tous accédant au pont avant spacieux du golfe! Le pont a une vue imprenable sur la plage, le golfe et même le col Perdido!
La chambre principale comprend un lit king-size, un grand placard et une salle de bains privative. La deuxième chambre a également un lit king size. La troisième chambre a 2 lits queen. Avec le canapé-lit, ce condo peut accueillir confortablement 10 personnes! Nous avons des téléviseurs à écran plat dans chaque chambre.
La cuisine a de nouvelles armoires, des appareils en granit et en acier inoxydable et est équipée de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour manger.

The Phoenix 6 was a very nice place to stay..very clean and neat. It was everything i expected and wanted it to be. I will be going back again.

We really enjoyed our stay in this unit. The views were perfect, with lots of boat traffic to watch being fairly close to an inlet. The living room and balcony furniture were very comfortable and clean. While the mattresses in the 2-bed room left quite a bit to be desired, the others were adequate and all the linens were very clean. This company provided excellent communication and customer service, far exceeding our stays in other places. The amenities were in great condition and well maintained. Parking is very pricey at $55/car, but this seems to be typical in this area. The only other place for improvement is the hall bath which the two secondary rooms share. It’s very small and the bathtub could use a redo. Otherwise, we loved our stay and would return!

We love staying at the Phoenix 6 and this unit was perfection! I loved the beach themed colors and furniture. The balcony furniture was comfortable as were the beds! We had a wonderful week!

The room was clean and nicely equipped with everything we needed. Check in and out process was easy with communication by text message. Liked having a code rather than a key or card to keep up with when entering the room. Would definitely recommend this room for your visit. 9th floor with an amazing view of beach. Thank you and hope to stay here again soon.

We enjoyed our stay here . We loved being so close to the beach with a convenient walk out and balcony to overlook the beach. The condo had plenty of room for our group of 4 adults and 3 kids.
The communication with the property owner was great - we needed batteries for a remote control and they responded quickly and has someone up there within a couple hours .
Cleanliness was ok- had a shard of glass on the floor when we got there , and some dusty baseboard corners , but really not too bad.
We would definitely come back !

We had a great stay at this condo! We had zero complaints! The owners are very friendly and easy to contact. They were good about communicating about early check ins as well. We would definitely revisit with them!

This unit was beautifully decorated with lots of room and a beautiful view!! Seating in the den was plentiful and very comfortable. Beds were also very comfortable. The only problem we encountered was that the light bulb outside entrance to the unit was out and it was dark coming in at night! We would definitely book this condo again for sure!!

We hadn’t been to OB in a few years. We vacationed with all family this year. We were looking for something spacious to spread out instead of stuffing everyone in a bunk.
I was very happy with the layout of the condo and plenty of space on the beach.

Such a cute place! Plenty of room with 2 king bedrooms, and another bedroom with two queen beds. Sofa pulls out into a bed. Washer/dryer right in the unit. Trash shoot just down the hall. Great view of the beach! Big outdoor pool and big indoor pool with multiple hot tubs. Located in a central spot with multiple restaurants and things to do. Property owners are available 24/7 for any questions or concerns.

Lovely furnishings, beautiful water views of ocean and bay. Enjoyed every moment outside in the morning and sunsets on the veranda and we appreciate the furniture it was comfortable. We loved the 2 swivel chairs in the living room! The Accommodations were perfect! And we would stay there again.

The outdoor pool was closed and the cable t.v's in the bedrooms were not working. The management of the unit did not follow up with me about my issues.
