Cette spacieuse cabine de quatre chambres avec trois salles de bains complètes comprend une salle de jeux avec table de billard haut de gamme, une table de baby-foot, une table de billard pouvant se transformer en table de poker, une immense baie vitrée donnant sur la forêt pittoresque et une télévision à écran plat 4K plus Roku, HBO, Showtime et le forfait sport. Ceci fournit l'espace idéal pour que les enfants aient leur propre chambre pendant que les adultes se détendent dans la grande salle du niveau principal. C’est si les adultes ne prennent pas cette chambre pour eux-mêmes.

The home is cozy, but does have a few things that need some attention. Coffee table wobbles. Refrigerator handle also wobbles. Some cookware unstable. Plenty mugs, not enough glasses. Flatware not all there.

The location of this property is great. Unfortunately it has not been maintained at all. The pictures are many years old and does not accurately portray the condition of this home. An example: the table on the deck looks like it would be a great place to sit outside and enjoy a meal. In reality it has been exposed to the elements so long the surface is peeling and there is black mold on the table and chairs. Didn’t want to touch it. The inside is the same. The kitchen pots pans cookie sheets etc are disgusting. Very over used and need to be replaced. The rest of the house has potential but again other than dusting, vacuuming and wiping down bathrooms between rentals nothing is done. Game room is broken down and old. Pool balls missing and poolques are bent and broken. Carpet and upholstery is in desperate need of a cleaning. All the furniture in the house appears to have come from a thrift shop years ago. I went and bought sheets to cover them before we sat on them. Downstairs bathroom shower head was so corroded with calcium deposits we had to scrub it off to use. Their idea of COVID compliant is leaving a bottle of disinfectant spray on the kitchen counter with a note on it to use. Overall the house is filled with junk and very dirty.

The location of this property is great. Unfortunately it has not been maintained at all. The pictures are many years old and does not accurately portray the condition of this home. An example: the table on the deck looks like it would be a great place to sit outside and enjoy a meal. In reality it has been exposed to the elements so long the surface is peeling and there is black mold on the table and chairs. Didn’t want to touch it. The inside is the same. The kitchen pots pans cookie sheets etc are disgusting. Very over used and need to be replaced. The rest of the house has potential but again other than dusting, vacuuming and wiping down bathrooms between rentals nothing is done. Game room is broken down and old. We actually didn't stay here because the cabin was unacceptable- contacted Big Bear destinations and they were so helpful in finding us another unit. This unit would be great for a large college party that doesn't care about cleanliness or pride of ownership in a place.

Thank you! We came at Christmas experienced a snow storm. Loved it. It was a bit pricey for what was offered. With that being said. My family made some beautiful memories. My husband and I loved the view from the master bedroom. We had a lock on the door and our own bathroom. I will be back. Grandkids loved sledding down hill in the back of cabin.

We actually didn't stay here because the cabin was unacceptable- contacted Big Bear destinations and they were so helpful in finding us another unit. This unit would be great for a large college party that doesn't care about cleanliness or pride of ownership in a place.
