The apartment is fully furnished and as nice as you can see in the pictures, and very clean.. there is a little terrace too where we had our breakfast, lunch or dinner. Excellent the position, in three stops of the bus 🚌 you are in the city centre and the bus stop is close to the apartment.

The apartment is on the first floor on the street, it is a little bit noisy because the 🚊 runs very very close to it. We have had a problem with the wifi (we were out of it) but the staff didn't solve it.

The access was good and secure. Parking was secure. Access to the trams was easy. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was large. The lounge was well appointed.

Being summer, the place got uncomfortably warm at times, especially overnight as you could not sleep with the windows open because of the street (tram etc) noise. Fans in the bedrooms helped but it really needs air-conditioning. We had a few minor maintenance issues.

This apartment is like walking into a French persons home, maybe Grandma’s. So if you want a genuine French experience then this is it. On the tram line so easy to get into town and from the station. A supermarket across the road. Comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen.

At first I wasn’t sure about the location but actually the trams were ideal for getting around. Also great supermarket on our doorstep

The location of this apartment was excellent for the closeness of a tram stop and also a supermarket. The trams go right past the apartment very frequently, but you get used to their noise and didn't really bother us too much. We were happy to have an excellent tram service so nearby. It's also a surprisingly quiet area at night (once the trams stop running). The apartment is very nice and spacious! Would stay again. Bordeaux is a beautiful and vibrant city to visit. There was so much to see and do. We all had a really good time and there was enough to keep the kids happy too. Recommend you visit the History Museum, the public garden (Jardin Public) and the Natural History Museum (in the park). Also the Cathedral is amazing! Take the tram line C to Emile Counord, to get right to the apartment, if you arrive at the town centre by bus, from the airport. You can also take a boat ride along the river to the wine museum, science place and lots of eateries. Your tram ticket of 1.70 euro covers trams, buses and the Bat3 river boat if using the ticket within the one hour it is valid from validation. Lovely holiday, highly recommend.

Wish we'd know the tram routes before arriving, would have made journey to apartment much easier as taxis are expensive from airport.

Great travel cot and highchair provided. No issue with late check out. A beautiful apartment with a central location. Would definitely stay again.
