Located in Princeville, north shore in Kauai. Equip with washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience. Walkable to grocery store and nice neighborhood with walking paths. Night markets in Kauai was a nice addition since we last visited 13 years ago. We enjoyed our stay at this condo. Would recommend.

We had a very fun and relaxing week at this Princeville location. Beautiful area, close to many fun beaches and hikes. Had one issue that was taken care of with a very thoughtful gesture from the hosts. Thank you.

Enjoyed cozy end unit with lanai surrounded by tropical foliage. Light and airy with windows open, thoughtful floorplan with separate dining and sitting area. Comfortable bed, full size bathroom with large shower stall and closet space. Nice pool area with bbq. Convenient location on North Shore Kauai.

Communication with owners was excellent. Lock box easy access. Condo was perfect for my husband and I.
Had everything you need. Loved the beach chairs,snorkels fins and umbrella. I would definitely stay there again.

We had a great stay here - the place was in a beautiful area of Kauai and we really had a great time.
We hiked, kayaked, snorkelled, and just drank in the beauty of the island.
We even didn’t mind the omnipresent chickens - albeit their 4:00 am wake-up calls were a bit ill-timed.

We did two weeks on Kauai- One week at Ward & Paula's, one week at a property on the south shore and one final property on Oahu.
Ward & Paula's place in Princeville takes the cake. Had we done our trip in reverse and stayed at Ward & Paula's last I would have tried to convince my husband we needed to stay longer.
Quiet property, walking distance to the grocery store and everything you would need. Wyllie's beach was a gem & was probably the best beach we visited for swimming (I wish we knew that before we came and we would have spent more time there). We loved coming "home" after a hot day of hiking and exploring and going for a swim. We had the pool to ourselves almost everyday, it was the perfect way to wind down.
Thank you Ward & Paula for an exceptional stay. If I can convince my husband to travel for 15 hours by plane again we will be back & for longer!

We had an incredible stay! This place is in a great location and is a short drive to everything you could want or need. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and we really enjoyed the quiet lanai surrounded by lush gardens. We would recommend this place and would stay here again.

The apartment is nicely appointed, new shower/updated bathroom, updated kitchen, comfortable bed and furniture. There is a ceiling fan over the bed (lifesaver!) and another fan in the main living area--we were never overheated or uncomfortable from a temperature standpoint, even with no AC as long as the fans were on. At the time of our stay (early June 2023) the golf course area out the back door was under construction, and with that, there was some construction noise. We did not find this disruptive as we spent most of time out of the condo and by the time we returned in the evening, the workers were done for the day. Communication with the owner was fast and great--they made some recommendations for us that were appreciated. There was some slight confusion regarding the check-in because the instructions posted on the VRBO app said to "turn left" upon entering the hall (it is actually a right turn to get to this unit) and VRBO gave different wi-fi info than what I got from the owner--I assume that info was for the other unit, as well. The wifi worked great the entire time we were there, the washer and dryer in the unit was definitely appreciated, and the parking was easy. We had ZERO problems with the rental and that's just the kind of thing we want! This unit is perfect for a couple. Quick access to everything on the north side of the island by car and walkable to several good places to eat. Great location for a laid back vacation!

Super great place for my partner and I. All the amenities that are listed were exactly as described. We really appreciated how close this place was to foodlands, 76, and hanalei. Half a mile walk from a beach hike. Barely heard/saw our neighbors. Comfortable bed and tons of extra bedding. Shower was spacious and they had extra sunscreen, bug spray, and lotion. Back lanai had a box full of beach/snorkel gear. Overall great experience. We would definitely return!

First trip since pandemic; great to be outside. Condo is in good shape, appliances etc easy to use. Quiet except for sounds of nature and rare footsteps from condo above. Beach toys in bin on back porch helpful. Walk to Anini beach is 10-15 minutes. Hanalei Bay and others short drive. It’s about an hour drive to South shore of island.
I would come back for sure.

Beautiful property with above and beyond what might be needed for a week's stay. beach toys, spices and condiments, great wifi, easy access to beaches, hikes, and even walking distance to foodland. The pool was lovely too. Thanks for a great stay!

This was my second time staying at this condo and it was just as great as the first time! The condo was spotless when we arrived and the neighbor who cleans between guests, Shelby, was once again super friendly, kind and helpful! The location is great for North Shore activities.
One note- the upstairs condo is a short-term rental unit as well and the ceiling/floor is very thin so if the guests upstairs are heavy footed you will hear every step that they take, something to keep in mind if that bothers you.
The beach equipment is about ready to be refreshed (only one beach chair and it's nearing the end of its life) and a folding drying rack that could be used to dry swimsuits and towels would be a great addition to this condo, but otherwise it worked out great for us.
Would absolutely recommend and can't wait to stay here again!

We loved this comfortable and cozy condo which was a great base from which we could explore the beautiful north shore of Kauai. It was beautifully furnished with a remodeled kitchen and bathroom so very nice. Quiet and an excellent location in Princeville.

Excellent property, great location near the beaches and Na Pali coast trail. Enjoyed the kitchen for home cooking. Also wonderful breeze through the property in the afternoon and evenings. Would definitely stay again! Highly recommend.

This was the perfect size and location for us. Studio was clean. Kitchen well stocked with everything I needed to cook "in". Grocery store was extremely close. Host left lots of helpful information about the area. We loved the back patio area, and especially all the gear at our disposal for a great time at the beaches.

Great place and great stay
I can’t say enough good things about my stay at this place- it was perfectly spotless when I arrived and really well stocked (bathroom, kitchen, for the beach, HUGE washer and dryer, etc.), the only thing I found myself wigs hung I had was a drying rack for the lanai. The kitchen and bathroom had clearly been updated and everything was very clean and comfortable. With the slat windows I had a great cross breeze all day and night. The wifi was good and reliable enough to work remotely. The only thing I will mention is that the ceiling is extremely thin/the upstairs neighbors walk heavily without indoor slippers and you can hear every step they take. This didn’t bother me at all, but I will mention if you’re sensitive to upstairs neighbor noise this may not be the best place for you. With that minor caveat aside, I recommend anyone and everyone stay here and I will definitely book again the next time I’m in Kauai.
