Imaginez ne pas avoir à vous occuper du stationnement de Ditch Plains! mais le pass plage est inclus! Ce deux chambres dispose d'un salon et salle à manger ouvert avec cuisine séparée. C'est une courte distance de la ville (vous pouvez marcher) et est à proximité de certains des meilleurs restaurants comme ENE et Harvest. Il est décoré avec goût avec TV et WiFi. Idéal pour couple ou petite famille. Il y a du mobilier d'extérieur, une table pour 6 et un gril à gaz. Animaux acceptés, nous acceptons les chiens de petite, moyenne et non taille.

We had a fantastic stay at this oceanview cottage! Everything was as promised in the listing. The house was impeccably clean and our host Jeanne was super responsive and had everything ready for us. The house is right across from the beach - you can't ask for a better location. A great trip looking forward to doing it again!

Not much effort was put into making the house charming. Two lights in one of the bedrooms did not work. But the location of the house was key..right across the street from a lovely stretch of beach which we enjoyed very much.

Every so often I need "get away time just for me." -No husband to cook for, or cater to his choice of activity.. This was MY TIME -just me & ME. I wrote in my journal, meandered on the beach, listened to the surf at night-had Never seen Soo many stars in the darkdark sky! A quiet comfy cottage, well cared for: My host communicated w/ me, as check in approached. It was Perfect!

The placement of the cottage was perfect, the beach was right across the road! The beds were very comfortable, and everything was in working order. Sally was a great help whenever we had questions!

A Stone’s Throw from the Beach
We stayed for a week and it was exactly what we needed. The 2 minute walk to the beach can’t be beat. And the ‘larger than it looks in the pictures’ living room was perfect for the overcast days, and relaxing nights. It’s a great cottage in a great location.

Quaint place with everything you need.
I have never been to a rental property that was so stocked with essentials. Usually you are lucky to get salt and pepper. This place had olive oil, tons of spices to name just a couple. Lovely home!

Nice weekend
We arrived late afternoon on Friday during Hurricane Dorian; it was rainy & windy. Weather cleared up on Saturday & Sunday and we enjoyed our visit. Cottage was very nice; $200 cleaning fee is unreasonable considering what we already paid and we were only there 2 nights and didn’t cook, etc.

Sweet, rustic cottage across from beach path. Very clean with everything needed for lovely week at the beach. We plan to return again. Location: Close to Breakers Motel for easy coffee or breakfast. Less than a mile to town.

Perfect Montauk Getaway
We rented the house for the Fourth of July and it was a great decision! The house is close to the beach and town, making it the perfect home base for our trip. The house was clean and provided us with all of the amenities we needed and Sally was a great host, giving us a tour of the property and tips for watching the fireworks, etc. We will definitely be back!

We had a perfect weekend here - the location could not be better, the home is very comfortable and clean, and the amenities (idyllic backyard w grill) were a wonderful setting for our weekend at the beach with our pup. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect Location and Beautiful Home
We’ve been to Montauk multiple times and this trip was at the top of our list. The home itself is in an ideal location (directly across from the ocean with private beach access, walkable to town, and easy access back onto Hwy 27). The house is so charming and solid, and well laid out for entertaining or just hanging out. The host (Sally) was in constant communication as we were unsure of pending weather, and the prop manager (Laura) had everything in order when we arrived. We’ve been home for a week and I’ve already recommended this place to three people. This home will certainly be at the top of our list for our next visit to Montauk.

Lovely cottage by the beach
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay in the Twin Pond Cottage. Sally, who greeted me, was an absolute doll. She was so warm and welcoming and was full of amazing suggestions for where to visit within Montauk. The location was across a less populated beach (which was totally to my liking). The cottage was located a 5-minute drive from the center of town. The bed was so comfortable to sleep in and the sounds of the waves crashing was so comforting. I highly recommend staying here and look forward to visiting again next time I'm in Montauk!

Fabulous Getaway
What a delightful place!! The cottage is well-appointed, tidy, and just across the street from a long, beautiful stretch of uncrowded beach. Sally is an attentive and gracious host, who's lived in the area her whole life. She'll tell you everything you need to know about the greater Montauk area. The one downside: two letters are missing from the Scrabble game...

Relaxing Weekend Away
A great place to get away from the city for a long weekend. The owners were so nice and the cottage (I stayed in #7) was great. It was fully equipped and very comfortable. The location is also good- a quick 2-3 minute drive to the town and just across the street from the beach. I brought my dog and he had a great time on the beach as well as run around on the large area of property. Overall, I'd come back and recommend this cottage.

SUPER CUTE COTTAGE WITH OCEAN VIEW
The cottage was very cute and very comfortable. The ocean is a short walk away and it's so nice to hear the ocean and have the ocean breeze! Totally recommend!
