Cette propriété dispose d'un garage privé avec accès direct aux unités individuelles - les clients peuvent également y accéder depuis la rue. En entrant dans la maison de plage, vous trouverez un salon ouvert récemment rénové avec une grande télévision à écran plat (lecteur DVD, Netflix et wifi gratuit), une salle à manger, une cuisine et une salle de bain complète. Le canapé confortable se transforme en un grand canapé-lit avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme.
Au deuxième étage, deux chambres récemment décorées avec de nouveaux lits queen-size et de grands placards. La deuxième salle de bain complète est située entre les deux chambres pour un accès pratique. Il y a une broche de jeu portable et une chaise haute avec une porte pour bébé dans le garage pour nos jeunes invités supplémentaires. Nous voulons qu'il soit facile pour vous de passer un bon moment, nous avons donc stocké notre condo avec deux vélos, deux planches de bodyboard, un barbecue portable, un wagon, des chaises de plage, une glacière, un parapluie et quelques jouets de sable à utiliser pendant vos vacances. Nous avons également une laveuse et sécheuse dans l'unité située dans le garage. Condo fournit également A / C pour les jours d'été trop chauds.

Stephanie's condo was the perfect location and accommodation for us. We spent two weeks over the Christmas/New Year holiday to spend time with family who live in IB. The condo was generously supplied with everything we needed, including some holiday extra goodies. We enjoyed some of the nearby restaurants within easy walking distance. Nice to have a secure garage space. Communication with the owner was easy, quick and efficient. Would be happy to stay here again.

We had a great time at Stephanie’s place. The location was perfect (easy walk to the beach and all of the great shops and restaurants in the area). Everything was perfectly clean, well stocked and we loved the special treats on arrival. The extra items for beach fun in the garage were a great addition as well. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks!

This by far has been the most beautiful and functional space we have rented for a family trip. The condo is immaculate and neatly stocked with cooking supplies both essential and some extras. The location is prime! It's so close to the beach were my son walked to spent most of his days. The local restaurants are close and affordable. The neighborhood felt safe with a laid back vibe. We felt like it's a home away from home. Stephanie was quick to respond to any questions I had prior to and during our stay. I'm grateful for finding this gem. I look forward to coming back in the in future.

The property was perfect for our family of four.
There were snacks and bottled water when we arrived which was absolutely brilliant. The chairs, toys, and bikes were much loved by our 10 year old son.
The property was cozy, clean, and spacious…and wonderfully decorated. The location is perfect to walk to get ice cream, dinner, or to go fly a kite on the beach. My son and I are early birds so we walked thousands of steps on the beach, grabbed breakfast, and just enjoyed the area.
This was our best VRBO/rental experience yet!

My mom and I had a wonderful stay and made wonderful memories at Stephanie's condo just off the beach. This cozy place has ALL the amenities of home -kitchen, bath, beach toys...everything you could imagine and it's all a block and a half from the beach. The house was clean and decorated so cute. There were even little snack provided on the kitchen counter :) The neighborhood was relatively quiet and neighbors we met in passing were very nice. Stephanie was easy to get hold of for any questions.

User friendly, manager went above and beyond to communicate and help us to throughly enjoy our family Thanksgiving week at their rental condo. Would highly recommend and hope to be back again and rent same place.

We chose this property partially for the photos of the outdoor space which looked clean, comfy and full of bright functional furnishings. What we got was wholly lacking- only two sad chairs, a dirty bbq, dirty rug and the neighbours overgrown landscaping.
Tile floors in bathrooms were very clean in contrast to grimy rugs and floors in the main room. Deep cleaning grossly overdue.
Location was good, as expected so was the garage, we felt safe in this neighbourhood.
I wish we could say we will be back, but we won’t.

Can’t say enough good comments about this condo! It was clean, and had wonderful amenities. The appliances are top notch and the beds were extremely comfortable. And the shower… never been in any better!! It’s only about a 15 second walk to the ocean. Wonderful stay!!

We had never stayed in Imperial Beach before and were pleasantly surprised. The condo is steps from the beach and yummy restaurants. It was equipped with everything we needed to feel at home. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect family beach getaway
Stephanie and Bernardo's condo is the ideal home away from home in sunny San Diego. Just a short walk from the beach, it is cozy and equipped with everything a young family needs.
The little touches like bikes, beach toys and boogie boards in the garage to breakfast pastries to smooth over a delayed flight to a birthday cake(!) make Stephanie and Bernardo amazing hosts.
Imperial Beach is a charming laid back community, away from the busier tourist centers but still close to the city and the beach.

Can’t say enough good about this condo. It was spotless! It was packed with all the essential amenities and more. The hosts were attentive and answered all questions quickly! And the beds were soooo comfortable! It is close to lots of restaurants and the beach. The garage is packed with all kinds of beach toys, grill, wagon, boogie boards, and much more. We will definitely be staying at this condo the next time we are there. Thanks Stephanie and Bernardo!

Great location, very comfortable, comes complete with boogie boards, and all the beach toys you would ever use. Two wonderful outside patios. This was one of the best equipped places we have ever stayed - a terrific value.
We had a couple of problems - T.V. and garbage disposal - Bernardo was there immediately once we notified him, and everything was back up and working within hours. We cannot say enough good things about how Stephanie & Bernardo were so responsive to our needs.
This is a place we will stay again.

We loved our stay! The condo has all we needed and more for our stay to San Diego. We loved being able to borrow many items for the beach (blanket, beach toys, waggon, chairs). The condo is very close to a beautiful beach we were able to walk, daily, and find shells (including sand dollars). There are many places to walk to and eat as well.
We were greeted with a clean condo and included were shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soaps, toilet paper, etc. We didn't have to go to the store to resupply. We also found the washing machine and dryer in the unit very convenient. Having a garage was so nice, and was large enough for any size vehicle.
We also found the two outdoor areas with chairs a wonderful place to relax. We also played some games the owner left for guests. They also have a nice selection of children's and adult books to use during your stay.
We recommend this condo to anyone looking in the area! We look forward to staying here again.

Bright and Cheerful with Thoughtful Touches
This beautiful beach condo was clean, cozy, quiet and well-stocked. The host thought of everything, including laundry detergent. The beach and lots of great restaurants were within walking distance. We truly enjoyed our stay and couldn't have asked for a better host!

Perfect beach escape experience!
Perfect location for a staycation in Imperial beach. Booking & communication with the host was seamless, yet personal and they were genuinely interested in making my experience flawless. Condo is super cute, well equipped with whatever you need, very comfy, and so convenient to all the attractions of Imperial Beach. Garage parking is also a huge bonus. I will definitely book here the next time I need to escape the downtown noise and stick my toes in the sand.

Beautiful vacation condo
We stayed in Stephanie’s condo with my husband and my 12,15 years old kids. We all enjoyed it very much. It was super clean, very convenient for a family, the parking spot just under the apt. , washing machines too.The condo has absolutely everything you would need- from kitchen and living, bedroom area. I just only wished we had 2 full baths but we managed it. I loved the terrace and enjoyed my coffee every day there. Very quiet and great exposure. Being in that property can really make you feel you are on a beach vacation
Stephanie was a great host- easy check in, followed up on everything, easy communication. She had left for us some baked goods when we arrived which was absolutely sweet. The location is convenient for a family if you have a car as it is 10 min drive form Walmart and the grocery store, many restaurants nearby. The beach is few blocks away but in July there was some spill so we couldn’t go to the nearest beach in Imperial beach, instead drove to Coronado- about10 min drive . This one is very clean and nice beach, has restaurants as well.

3rd Time and Counting!
Yes, its true. This is mine and my families 3rd stay in this property. The unit never disappoints, very well stocked with all the necessaries. Until discovering this little gem I had to pack up all the beach gear. The sun tents, mats, umbrellas, beach towels, and yes even a wagon to haul it all. Oh, and boogie boards ;). But Stephanie and Bernardo have thought of it all. Everything you need is there.
Speaking of the owners, they are absolutely wonderful to work with, extremely responsive, always professional and kind. Checking in and out is a breeze. The location is as advertised, from the unit you can go shoeless to the beach, after of course getting a scoop of ice cream from across the street. If your planning to get wet, stop by the Surf Hut, the guys there are great and they’ll rent you a wet suit to keep you comfortable, All things considered a fantastic retreat. Again, many thanks to Stephanie and Bernardo for providing the comfort we have grown to know in IB.
