La piscine et le solarium de 60 pieds de Miramar sont une symphonie d'eau, de tuiles et d'herbe. La piscine est assez grande pour faire des longueurs et comprend un spa à jet d'eau. La plongée en apnée est fantastique avec une entrée d'échelle pratique. La plateforme de saut unique est un défi ExtremeSport pour petits et grands. Mais il y a un escalier pour une entrée et une sortie faciles de l'océan.
Tous ceux qui ont vu ce condo fougueux récemment rénové l'ont trouvé dramatique, moderne et à couper le souffle. C'est un spacieux 2BR situé à un point d'une beauté particulière sur l'île de Cozumel. Sa piscine et son solarium sont une symphonie d'eau, de tuiles et d'herbe. La piscine est assez grande pour faire des longueurs et comprend un spa à jet d'eau. La plongée en apnée est fantastique avec une entrée d'échelle pratique.
Tout dans le condo est absolument neuf, frais et de première classe.
Un élégant canapé plateforme en ciment avec des fauteuils inclinables en cuir décore le salon. Le nouveau mobilier est fait sur mesure d'après les conceptions d'un architecte mexicain moderniste. Des piliers de maçonnerie spectaculaires et des alcôves murales définissent le salon spacieux et la grande salle à manger. Toile, peintures murales peintes à la main par Judith Kjenstad décorent les murs et les alcôves. Judy est une peintre folklorique scandinave bien connue qui a produit pour notre condo des peintures remarquables inspirées de la peinture folklorique mexicaine.
Si vous aimez cuisiner, vous serez étonné de cette cuisine. Comptoirs en granit, électroménagers GE Profile incluant un lave-vaisselle et un four à convection.
La chambre principale a un lit king avec un nouveau matelas à plateau-coussin. La chambre dispose d'une commode sur mesure ainsi que des encastrés dans le grand placard. En raison de la taille du maître, il y a un coin salon / lecture pour votre plaisir devant les fenêtres en verre avec vue sur l'océan. Une vanité séparée vous attend et il y a une grande douche à l'italienne.
La chambre arrière dispose de deux lits doubles et d'un grand placard et d'une commode intégrée. Deux jolies fenêtres donnent sur un jardin intérieur. La deuxième salle de bain a également une vanité séparée, avec une grande douche à l'italienne.
Nous avons emballé ces espaces avec des équipements dont nous profitons, comme une chaîne stéréo audiophile avec station d'accueil IPOD et un combo TV LCD / DVD pour vos films ou les nôtres.
Le Costera Norte est le quartier calme exclusif de l'île où des condos de luxe sont en construction. Si vous louez une autre unité au sud de San Miguel, votre semaine à Cozumel sera confrontée à des milliers de croiseurs quittant les navires pour la ville et les taxis qui les suivent. La plage de San Francisco regorge quotidiennement de visiteurs sur la plage des bateaux de croisière et du jet ski et des activités.

Nos condos sont situés sur l'une des rives les plus vierges de Cozumel.
LE SOLEIL ET L'OMBRE SUR LES TOURS NORD ET SUD DE MIRAMAR - Chaque condo Miramar offre une vue spectaculaire sur l'océan depuis son balcon. Les condos de la tour nord sont en retrait à environ 11 pieds des condos de la tour sud. Le résultat est que les condos South Tower reçoivent le soleil direct sur leurs balcons de la fin de matinée au coucher du soleil. Les balcons de la tour nord sont partiellement ombragés de 25% à 40% pour la lecture, le repos et les repas en plein air. Miramar 102 et Miramar 302 ont une ombre partielle, notre préférence.
Nous possédions une auberge historique à Stillwater au Minnesota depuis 18 ans. Nous savons à quelle vitesse une propriété peut devenir une "location". Notre objectif est de donner à ce condo l'impression que vous séjournez dans la maison du propriétaire, ce que vous êtes en effet!

You can tell this is someone’s home as opposed to just a rental property. All kitchen and towel supplies abundant. Snorkel gear, chairs etc. Immaculate, spacious and well designed. Who needs a beach covered in seaweed when you are literally in the ocean snorkeling out your patio door? Not me!

My husband and I booked this condo with our 9 and 13 year old girls for the week and it was amazing!
We enjoyed being able to unwind at the end of each day in the pool, watching the sunsets and the cruise ships leave. The girls loved jumping off the platform and the snorkeling was actually really good right in front of the condo. There is a current, but we had no problem at all with flippers on. (The condo also had a life jacket and pool noodles in the closet that came in handy).
The pool was never crowded. We never shared it with more than one other family. Everyone we met was so nice and we looked forward to sharing and hearing everyone’s must-do’s on the island. A few evenings we felt like we had the entire complex to ourselves.
The location was perfect. It’s just 5 minutes north of town. Very quiet and safe. We rented a car for one day to explore the east side of the island, but other than that, grabbing a taxi was just too easy and cheap to justify renting a car any other day. It was $5-10 to get downtown. The most we spent was $40 to get to Playa Palancar, which is a beach club on the southern most part of the island. The taxi drivers were all very nice. It was very different from being on the main land.
The condo was stocked with so much…they have an entire closet full of towels, laundry detergent, ice chest, some snorkeling gear, just to name a few!
We booked this place because of the repeat customer reviews and we hope to be another repeat!!

Our 4th trip to Cozumel & finally found a great place to stay with a perfect location! Condo was beautifully decorated; lots of space; all amenities just like the listing shows; plus lots of kitchen extras -- if you want to cook. Plenty of towels for the pool or beach day. Having the washer/dryer is best so packing extra clothes is not needed. We kept busy each day but always made time to enjoy the pool that was just outside our door or have a nice quiet evening to sit by the pool. We rented the buggy beach car for the week, but really didn't need to since the taxis come by all the time and take you wherever for $6 - $10 plus tip. Onsite support staff was very attentive, reliable & can help with any excursions. Highly recommended to couples and families. We definitely plan to come and stay again. Gracias! Etta & Robb/Denver

The condo and the location are simply amazing when we first walked in our jaws dropped - the size, decor, view of the sea and Rivera Maya beyond it were stunning. Assume everything I am NOT writing about is simply perfect.
There were few issues with the condo - one big surprise is that there were no dishwasher, all other appliances were there and in decent shape, but we spent an hour a day washing dishes - not a huge deal but annoying. All the infrastructure in the apartment is dated and seems to be falling apart: it took 5-10 minutes to coax warm water out of the showers (one day we managed to get it all the way to hot). There was water constantly leaking out of the AC closet and for the most of the stay we had half an inch of cold water on the kitchen floor which was already very slippery, so we had to throw down a bunch of towels to make it safe if not comfortable. The front door locks didn't work very well and one evening we were stuck returning from dinner for 30 minutes trying to open a door. We had to call the managers, wait for them to drive and it took them 10 minutes to figure a way you had to lift the door while simultaneously pushing it and turning the key to make it open. They told us to stop using one of the locks. On our second day the cable modem died taking with it internet, most of TV aside from basic cable and the phone. Took couple days to fix. We were told internet outages were frequent on the island but we could see our neighbors' wifi was up all this time. We tried to watch the extended DVD collection while there was no TV but the player was tone dead too. You get the picture...
The main issue however was access to the sea. Our patio door was less than 100 feet from the water but it could as well be 10 miles away. The condo is on a sheer 15 foot coral cliff. There were 3 ways to get into the water: jumping off a 15 foot high dive board (not for the faint hearted), waling down few steps to the base of the collapsed pier and trying to make a running 2-3 feet leap to avoid banging your head on the rocks but only one way to get out of the water - taking a dangerous spiral stairs which lacked handrails were always slippery wet and so narrow that you had to put one foot sideways and then climb up/down rickety wobbly vertical pipe ladder while being slammed into the sharp rock by waves. And you had to do it while wearing fins because the current was too strong to swim against it. It took us 2 days to muster the courage to get in.

Perfect condo, perfect location, perfect trip. The pictures do not do justice to how beautiful this condo is and how beautiful the location is. The condo manager was wonderful and truly helped to make this the perfect vacation for our first vacation since the pandemic started.

2nd Time staying in Unit 102 and we love it. Great ground Unit with nice Patio to watch the Sunsets and walk right out to the pool, no stairs Yay. Unit is very well stocked and beautifully decorated. Laura was there to help with T-Stat at arrival to get AC going. ( Needs a New One that's operator friendly). Love the Location, 3 min walk to Pepe's Scuba every morning. Can't wait for the next time!! Thx Jill !!!

Just came back from Cozumel and had an amazing first experience. We arrived a little early, around 1-2:00pm and was able to get checked in immediately. The property exceeded our expectations. The views were just amazing and diving off the Platform into the ocean was great.
On our first day we walked into town for breakfast, lunch and a day excursion. Simply some of the best food and tacos I have ever had. The walk was easy, about a 2- 21/2 mile walk each way. The next day we rented bikes and traveled around the entire island. What an amazing experience.
The property is in a great location that allows you to walk, bike or even rent a car. It’s very clean, has everything g you need and more. The recommendations were spot on and it was obvious the owners took a significant amount of time to prepare everything for their guests. We were even greater with a gift basket of some amazing coffee and local vanilla.
The nights were a little cool so I would sit outside on the patio and listen to the waves coming in. Very relaxing.
The pool was not crowded and was maintained very well. Maintenance was there first thing every morning cleaning up.
I highly recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Cozumel and experience a fantastic property.

Amazing 4 Night Stay
Just came back from Cozumel and had an amazing first experience. We arrived a little early, around 1-2:00pm and was able to get checked in immediately. The property exceeded our expectations. The views were just amazing and diving off the Platform into the ocean was great.

This property is amazing! The view is gorgeous!! They are more strict in Cozumel than the states about masks and sanitation. It felt very safe. I would highly recommend this condo! It is perfect for 1-2 couples. It has a full kitchen for cooking and their are plenty of restaurants if you would rather go out. We will be going back.

This condo is just about perfect in every way. The location and the ease of going in and out being on the ground level is great. Everything you could need is supplied and the furnishings are so nice. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. We would highly recommend staying here.

Treasure Found!!!
This our second stay at Miramar 102, it is truly is a treasure found. We absolutely love it. It’s a place of pure joy and leisure, the hectic days of your past life melt away moments after your arrive. This immaculate condo has everything you need to be self-sufficient, just like home. However, unlike home, your ground floor walkout is greeted by two palm trees framing an infinity pool and then beyond…the azure sea. The condo walkout faces west so you always have a front row seat for some of the most spectacular sunsets you could ever imagine. Some sunsets feature cruise ships slipping out of port or if you’re lucky, you might spot a pirate ship out for an evening of shenanigans. “We cannot confirm or deny we were on that pirate ship multiple times”. However, if you choose to become a pirate, you will not be disappointed… or so I have heard. The snorkeling in front of the condo along the wall is among the best, all sorts of sea creatures. The condo is chock full of amenities which does includes snorkeling equipment, pool floats (We donated two this year), hats, an excellent entertainment system and audio system, Satellite TV and excellent Wi-Fi. We love Cozumel. It is a great balance of world class diving, snorkeling, dining and nightlife. We love this Condo! Please look up Miramar Condos on google maps and check out the 360 photos I posted via “Browse street view images”, you may even find a couple photos on pirate ships. We will be back! Beautiful condo on the quiet north end!
We absolutely loved our stay here. The condo is well kept, very clean, and decorated well. Outfitted with excellent information about restaurants and things to do, as well as lots of books and videos for those nights you stay in. The patio and bedroom have a great view of the ocean, and the pool is just steps away, with breathtaking views of the ocean, and the sunset. Located on the north end, it is only a mile or so away from town, very close to the airport, and in general, the north end seems to be a bit quieter, as it is opposite the island from the cruise ships. The hosts are very kind and helpful, and so is the staff. They made us feel right at home. We would definitely stay here again!

There's nothing like an island ~ simply breathtaking sunsets and moon settings
My second time renting with Jill and Truett. As always it's so incredible to find another one of their condos supplied,decorated, and fully loaded like it is your own place that you lived at for years. There is nothing more to ask for except continued beautiful sunsets. One morning woke up at 5am and saw the full orange moon set before sunrise on other side.. A perfect day. The place is filled with,beach bags,sun hats,floats,noodles,fins,mask,snorkels,beach towels, even a robe! The kitchen has everything you need. We cooked almost every day. Went out twice for meals. Watched a few movies from the huge collection of greatest movies. The lawn chairs, hammocks and patio furniture was great for breakfast or cocktails.These folks know how to keep you coming back. Who would ever want to stay in a hotel or inclusive? This is island living at it's best.To have the opportunity to actually live like a local and see the whole beauty of the island is a blessing. Thanks so much for the perfect home away from home... I can't wait to rent the small Cantamar unit w/murphy bed when I return alone. I wouldn't change a thing here, everything is perfect. We're 4 women all married came to celebrate 2 birthdays., over 55 yrs. old.. We are all aware of the finer things of living. This place is definitely one of them....I can't wait to return...

the perfect place
This condo was absolutely the perfect place for our visit to Cozumel. It's beautifully decorated, furnished well (you'll never see so many towels), and completely comfortable. We were so happy with it. It's away from the main town enough to be quiet but not so far that getting there is inconvenient. Having been to Mexico a couple of times before, we did really appreciate that there is already bottled water in the unit. I also appreciated how much the owners helped make our stay great with informational e-mails in the weeks before our trip. We took their advice and found the fresh juice in the market downtown, and it was as amazing as advertised. They also have a binder there in the unit with lots of information (even how to treat a jellyfish sting, which we thankfully did not need). We really enjoyed the convenience of the ground floor unit and enjoyed sitting on the patio and swimming right outside our door. The views from there are spectacular! We loved our stay and would stay there again, no question! We would highly recommend Miramar 102.

Beautiful condo with killer views!
We spent 1 week at Miramar 102 during the first week of September 2018 and loved everything about this condo. There were 4 adults and there was plenty of space for us to spread out and be comfortable.
The condo itself is ground floor and literally steps away from the refreshing pool and ocean. Beautiful views both in the living room and master suite. I really liked being at ground level. We just rolled out of the unit straight to the pool or lounge chairs. Plenty of chairs in both sun and shade, plus a couple of hammocks under coconut trees. The condo was extremely well equipped in all aspects. The kitchen had everything we needed plus more. Comfortable furniture in all of the rooms, nice linens, sheets, towels, hand clothes. It's obvious the owners love this place and furnish as a home, not as a rental.
Service was great. The property managers checked on us the day we checked in, Jill called to check on us and housekeeping came a couple of times during our stay to refresh the beds and towels and tidy up the place.
WiFi worked great. We didn't even turn on the TV, but noticed there are tons of movies to watch if you had a rainy day. Washer/dryer in unit came in very handy.
Pool and pool area were well kept, and we loved the ocean right outside. Crystal clear water which was great to snorkel in. Snorkel equipment, boogie boards, hats, beach bags...all in the condo!!
We've been to Cozumel a few times and this was by far one of our favorite places to stay. We really like the quiet north end of the island, and we liked the smallness of this condo complex. Some days it was literally just us at the pool!
One last comment...we really appreciated the blackout curtains in the bedroom. While the view is stunning, it's nice to have a dark room to sleep in without having the light come through. This is the only condo I've stayed at that had sufficient window coverings for a good dark room to sleep in!

Dream vacation
The condo is improbably beautifully situated; open the patio door and walk past the infinity pool to the whitewashed stairs down to some of the best snorkeling waters on Cozumel. Everything is peaceful, thoughtfully landscaped with coconut palms, and with views of billowing clouds and the sun sinking into the horizon. But the inside is just as wonderful. Spacious, beautifully furnished with substantial furniture, custom made cabinets and shelves, exquisite fabrics, art work...we loved how everything was so thoroughly considered and cared for. A maid cleaned several times a week, and the handy Eduardo came by with tips and practical suggestions, as promised. A visitor's guide had detailed suggestions of sights, tours and activities, specific restaurants, explained all amenities and appliances, washer and dryer, the impressive flat screen TVs and extensive DVD collection, internet, phone service.
If at all possible, we intend to return!

Beautiful condo with stunning views
We have been renting on VRBO for almost 20 years and this is the best condo we have ever stayed in. Everything is thought of in the condo. My husband loves to cook and the kitchen was very well equipped. Nice big dining table inside and out! There were tons of beach towels,books,movies all the snorkeling gear, sunhats, beach bags... you name it the condo had it. The set up is perfect on the ground floor. The condo is well layed out and very spacious. The pool is spectacular and you can dive right into the ocean and see tons of fish right there. Stingrays,eels and baby octopus to name a few. The owners have a local manager to help us with any questions we might have and they even called just to check in! We will definitely be back to this place again!

Wonderful Condo
We travel often and have rented many places on the island.
Miramar 102 is absolutely a gem. The unit is far better stocked, cleaner, and overall one of the nicest places we have stayed.
With the first floor location, the convenience of walking steps off the patio to both the pool as well as the sea, is pretty hard to beat.
The close proximity to downtown is very convenient, yet being a smaller complex, it is very quiet and relaxing
The snorkeling in front of the unit is by far the best I have experienced anywhere on the island.
The pride of ownership definitely shows and the staff is beyond friendly and helpful.
Generally we like to stay at different places for a new experience each trip but will without a doubt stay here again in the future!

Miramar is heaven on earth!
This is our very overdue review to express how much we truly enjoyed our stay at Miramar in April 2017 . It is an exceptional property. The condo and its amenities, the beautiful pool, and easy access to the ocean and its abundant sea life made for a fabulous vacation. We enjoyed some amazing sunsets and loved watching the cruise ships in the distance. The snorkeling along the seawall was wonderful. There were morning yoga classes at a nearby hotel within walking distance. The property was quiet, clean, and well maintained. Jill and Truett are lovely, welcoming hosts and were eager to accommodate all our wishes and were very prompt in answering questions. We are thankful to have chosen this location and would definitely consider returning. We can assure that you will not be disappointed if you stay here! :)

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
We were extremely pleased with our stay in Miramar 102. Although it was only for a few nights, it was the perfect end to our Mexico vacation. We especially loved walking right out the patio door to the lawn and beautiful pool and we spent lots of time there swimming and chatting with other Miramar guests. It was great to be able to jump right into the ocean for a dip, but as the current was strong (right after Hurricane Nate swept past), we didn't venture far to snorkel! The ocean views were fabulous and we enjoyed watching the boats and cruise ships going past. We had a most spectacular sunset one evening as well! The unit was lovely and kitchen very well appointed, so we had all we needed to keep us very comfortable. Based on suggestions, we dined at Guido's twice and had wonderful meals both times! (Would definitely go there again!)

Live the dream of your own ocean side estate.
My wife and I with two of our closest friends stayed at Miramar 102 in October of 2017. First thing you want to do when you arrive is to open the walkout curtains to see the view for yourself. We can say from experience now, that it is breathtaking. The first thing you see is the turquoise ocean and infinity pool embraced by coconut trees gently swaying in the ocean breeze. Then, the second thing you want to do is to immediately slip into your swimsuit and pop into the pool for some well-deserved relaxation after your travel day. The condo is wonderfully appointed with anything you could need for cooking, snorkeling, entertainment or relaxation. . I really felt like we had our own private estate on the ocean, a very comfortable and wonderful place to stay. We definitely will be back in the future. Inside the condo there is a big screen TV to watch DVDS (which they have an extensive collection) or the vacation videos and pictures you took during the day. There is a great sound system to plug your iPod, MP3 player or in our case with the available high-speed internet, Sirius XM’s via our travel laptop. We would prepare our breakfast and or lunch and go out to dinner to one of the many of the excellent places located on the island. How do you find these places? Easy, the owners have a binder in the house chock full of information on best places to eat, places to go, things to do and where the grocery stores are. Another great source of information is journal of the other the travelers and their experiences on this island. The owners also have a couple of well-trusted people on the island to help you schedule things if need be. Outside the condo, you can kick back and relax in the lounge chairs, hang out in the pool, or if you are feeling adventurous, you can walk the plank or just jump off into the ocean. You can even take the stairway down and slip into the water via the ladder. The snorkeling is along the shore line is most excellent. You just head south along the shore and follow the wall. There is an incredible amount and variety of fish, coral and sponges. We spotted four species of eels, several lionfish, French and queen angelfish, sergeant majors, stingrays, butterfly fish and many more. When you are ready to head back just turn around and go with the gentle current moving you back north back to the condo. You cannot go wrong with this place. We would give it 10 stars if we could.

Nice property
This property was nice. It’s not as big or glamorous as some of the other condos on the north side but it works for smaller families or couples. The outside was maticuously maintained. Jill was a good host who called to check up on you to make sure everything was going well. The inside of the condo I wouldn’t call modern but it’s well maintained and in good condition. This is an excellent place to say when visiting Cozumel.

Spectacular location and beautifully furnished condo
Miramar 102 oozes easy living, relaxation and training 'opportunities' (we were in Cozumel because I was competing in a triathlon). The immaculate pool, right in front of our porch, gave way to some steps down to the rocks and sea swimming. David and I were able to run from straight outside the condo north along a super quiet road and track for a 10km route and similarly, bike straight from the door round the island. It was easy to buy food at the various supermarkets - especially Mega - many thanks to Laura, the housekeeper, who bought in some groceries the night we arrived. I really recommend hiring a car if you want to see the east side of the island as there is no public transport, only taxis. We went several times to an east coast beach restaurant for whole deep fried red snapper(about £12 for 2) and in San Miguel we had an outstanding meal at Guido's. The most memorable times were watching the stunning sunsets from the condo and lying on the loungers by the pool with a few other quite chilled out residents of all ages. David and I hope we can return - without the tension of a race - and enjoy even more of what this rather special condo and setting has to offer. Thank you to Jill & Hubby x

Amazing stay in Cozumel
My family and I stayed in this very clean and modern 3 bedroom condo. It has an amazing view, swimming and snorkeling. We even saw a family of dolphins swim by! We met with Eduardowho was recommended by the owners. Eduardo is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to things to do and places to eat. He recommended a dive master, "George" who was professional, patient and extremely knowledgable. We highly recommend a stay at Truett and Jill's Mirarar condo 302.
