Chairs out front weren’t useable. they were saturated and dirty. I’d have liked to enjoy the front porch.

The apartment was small and sparsely furnished. Shabby. The exterior was unkempt. The location was good. It was just adequate.

Clean up the yard. More surface areas. Larger closets. More kitchen equipment. Ice trays. Towel bars. Extra blankets.

Laundry was promised then denied and manager even dared said that she was sorry n shud hve made it unavailable God damn it

There was no one there when we arrived and some confusion on how to get the key. The dishes looked like leftovers from the owners kitchen. It wouldn’t cost that much to get some new dishes.

Property is spotlessly clean

Owner has several properties. Ours was changed last minute (due to ferry strike.) At times we didn't have cell service in Alaska so we didn't get messages -through booking.com- in a timely way and couldn't always read them. Kelli is very friendly and tries really hard. Our complaint is (we are tv junkies using vacations to binge) and it was a hassle to use this. NO local channels ( there are four in Juneau) There is Roku for which you need your own streaming services - and a smart TV with no programming instructions - also need your own streaming services. Also would have been nice to have an "introduction to the property" sheet there so we didn't have to call her for things like the wi-fi (slow)

This is a nice little cozy apartment very close to the Mendenhall Glacier hiking trails and located in a residential neighborhood so it feels like home. Location Coziness Cleanliness Kitchenette Responsiveness of the host Flexible self check-in/check-out process

These are not things that I did not like, but rather things to note: I thought the bed was rather soft After showering, the bathroom remained quite humid (even when opening the window or leaving the door to the bedroom open) so the towels could not really dry well between showers (but there was additional towels in the closet which was nice!)
