Nous avons la télévision par câble dans la chambre et le salon et le Wi-Fi. Cuisine complète avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour cuisiner un repas. Élimination des ordures. Balcon privé avec une vue limitée sur l'océan. Abonnement gratuit à la salle de sport du centre de remise en forme du Players Club (à 2 pâtés de maisons) qui comprend une piscine intérieure et un bain à remous. Il y a aussi deux vélos de plage et des chaises pour votre usage.

This condo was perfect for me! Steps away from the beach and short walk or bike ride to the Tiki Hut Bar and Coligny Plaza. I enjoyed riding the bike to explore the area and the pool was very quiet and clean. This was my first solo trip and I felt safe my entire stay. Met lots of locals at the Tiki Hut and enjoyed some live music. Perfect weather and perfect stay! Can't wait to visit again 😎

We love staying at Seaside Villas for the easy access to the beach. The villa was very nice and the host was amazing. The thoughtfulness of leaving us ocean themed cookies was a surprise and appreciated. Definitely recommend and would love to stay here again. Thanks Kendal.

This property was the perfect stay for my boyfriend and I! The area is perfect and there is so much to do, we biked everywhere. The owners are amazing, easy to contact, and very accommodating! We loved it!

This ocean Villa is very nice. Perfect location and very clean. My husband and I enjoyed the porch for having coffee and breakfast. We loved riding the bikes on the beach early mornings. The Villa was everything we needed. Would definitely rent again.

Great location, right on the beach and close to restaurants. Only thing I would note is the mattress has seen better days. If you have back or neck problems this may not be the rental for you. Otherwise, amazing vacation!

My husband and I traveled down for a few days to celebrate my 60th birthday! Everything was great! The owner checked on us a few times to make sure we had what we needed. We were able to park our car and not have to get back in it until we left!

My 23 year old daughter and I decided on a whim to sneak off for a few days and we are so glad we did! The Seaside Villa studio apartment was clean, well appointed and the perfect location on Hilton Head. Kendall and Jeremy were excellent hosts. They answered all of our communications almost immediately and went out of their way to accommodate us. We were able to walk to dinner, shopping, nightlife and even caught an awesome free concert in the nearby park. We will definitely be back! Thank you Kendall and Jeremy for being the perfect hosts!

The place was very convenient and had chairs for the beach and beach towels too. It was just a hop skip and jump to the beach that my grandson and I enjoyed going too daily. Kendall was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. They had bikes that we could use and I loved that.

Beach vacation
The location can't be beat. The beach is fantastic and it's an easy walk or bike ride down to Coligny Plaza, either on the sidewalk or down the beach. The condo had everything we needed and the host even left us a little anniversary gift. That was such a nice, personal touch and much appreciated. Communication was perfect before and during our stay. We definitely will be back.

We loved this unit! The location with the building being on the beach as well as it being near to a lot of great restaurants and stores was perfect! The pool was just down the stairs from the unit which was nice, and the 2 bikes that came with the unit were great especially because there’s so much to ride around and see just a short distance away. The hosts were great as well! Very nice and communication was great.

Communication with the property owner was excellent. We did not have any problems, but we had her number in case we needed it. It was our anniversary, so she left us a bottle of champagne and cookies, which was so thoughtful! The condo was described accurately with a limited beach view, but I was hoping for a little more of a view than we had. The villas are beachfront, but this one is at the back. Even so, the beach was right there, just a few minutes of walking, and it was lovely! Nice soft sand without a lot of sharp shells and beautiful blue water! I would definitely stay here again.

We enjoyed staying at Seaside Villas. It is perfectly located near a plaza with restaurants and shops. The bikes were great. Just wish we had known that the condo was so close to the roadway and the trash.

Easy to find packet with keys. Check in and out simply. Easy beach access and close to shops and restaurants. Car would be optional if you were only planning to beach or bike.

The condo was as described, in a great location. Easy to walk to shops and restaurants that coligny has to offer! The only complaint I had was that the bedroom was very hot even with two fans. Had a great vacation and would return!

Great place to stay, super close to the beach. Communication with the owner was great. Bed frame was a bit wobbly but that wouldn't keep us away next time.
