Deer Valley La Maconnerie # 5 a été entièrement rénovée et décorée par des professionnels. Il est le meilleur des meilleurs avec son emplacement de ski aux pieds situé directement sur la piste de ski Deer Valley Success. La maison dispose de 3 200 pieds carrés, quatre chambres, mezzanine et quatre salles de bain et demi, pouvant accueillir jusqu'à 14 personnes.
Lorsque vous entrez dans la maison au niveau principal, vous serez présenté à la grande salle - le salon, la cuisine et les salles à manger avec un plafond voûté, de beaux planchers de bois franc et de superbes vues environnantes.
Le salon a été repensé pour inclure plus d'espace et des fenêtres supplémentaires. Il comprend tous les nouveaux meubles entourant la cheminée et une Smart TV à écran plat pour un espace somptueux mais confortable.
La cuisine entièrement équipée est un régal pour les gourmands avec des appareils haut de gamme, notamment des appareils en acier inoxydable Wolf, Subzero et Viking et un évier de ferme. De nouvelles fenêtres plus grandes ont été ajoutées à la salle à manger adjacente afin que vous puissiez profiter des vues spectaculaires depuis chaque siège. This home was perfect for our family vacation. Each bedroom having its own bathroom was convenent and very comfortable. Decor was modern traditional and was a beautiful atmosphere to spend our down time. Would definitely book to stay here our next vacation.

Beautiful, spacious home with gorgeous mountain views. Great location - only a few minutes drive down to Deer Valley Resort and a few more minutes over to Park City. Kitchen was very well equipped. Property is definitely ski in ski out, however during our stay accessing the Success run involved trekking our skis up an incline under the neighbor’s home and then down an icy slope. It’s doable and better than parking at the resort, but it was more of a schlep than we expected, especially with a young kid. Overall we had an awesome stay and would rent this lovely home again!

This is a lovely house that had everything we could ever want - Large bedrooms and bathrooms, well appointed kitchen, wonderful hot tub overlooking the mountain, and multiple fireplaces. No complaints about anything. Would highly recommend this property.

While we had snow boarders , the properties location with an adjacent run was perfect for skiers. Wonderful views overlooking the valley and across to the incline to the Ritz Carlton . Under a full moon it was quite a setting.
The property itself was fully equipped with ample room for the 9 for us. With a spa, three fire places, gourmet kitchen, ski room, two car garage , beautiful furnishings , the property lacked nothing . The coffee center would compete with a Starbucks.
A great place to return to after a full day skiing. and relax in the spa over looking the mountain.

We had a great time in Park City. The house was new on the rental market and some kinks are getting worked out. This was in March. Great location to walk to restaurants and shop.

The entire family agreed we would be glad to stay at this property again. The renovations made there were phenomenal. The place was gorgeous, and they had thought of just about everything to make our stay enjoyable from plenty of dishes, ice maker, boot warmers, games, firewood, some basic grocery supplies, garage, hot tub with towels, heated balcony, many TVs, comfortable and stylish furniture, excellent views, great accessibility to green runs and ski school, king beds in all but bunk room, etc. The only negatives we could find were that there was not a yard for kids to play in, clothes dryer was not working properly, and living room coffee table was very dangerous - heavy glass top unsecured to unstable base. It tipped over several times. I’m sure owner will take care of this issue. We’d love to come back!

The property was very clean and well furnished. The unit had clearly been updated and had everything we could have possibly needed. We had plenty of dishes and cookware, comfortable beds with extra pillows and blankets , games and cards to use, a nice big hot tub and lots of firewood!
