Un charmant 3 chambres 2 salles de bains, unité à l'étage d'une maison. 1 maison de retour de la plage. Situé au cœur de la rive nord d'Oahu.
Notre location entièrement meublée North Shore Oahu est un 3 chambres / 2 salles de bain pouvant accueillir 6 personnes. Comprend cuisine, salon, véranda avec télé grand écran et DVD. Arrangements de sommeil: lit King, lit Queen, 2 lits simples. Un endroit idéal pour les nomades qui travaillent ou qui passent l'hiver ici ou profitent d'un été sans fin à Hawaii.
Notre maison est à quelques minutes de la célèbre Sunset Beach, du pipeline, de Sharks Cove et de la baie de Waimea, à quelques minutes à pied du point chaud, de la boulangerie Teds et à quelques minutes en voiture de nombreux autres restaurants. Nous sommes à 20 minutes du centre culturel polynésien, à 5 minutes du complexe de golf et de tennis de Turtle Bay et à 45 minutes de l'aéroport international d'Honolulu. Une excellente plongée en apnée peut être trouvé dans la cour! Des sentiers de randonnée dans les collines de la magnifique vallée de Waimea et des chutes ne sont qu'à quelques minutes.
Prenez vos repas à l'extérieur avec vue sur l'océan, projetés dans une véranda et dormez au son des vagues de l'océan. Chaque hiver / printemps, observez les baleines à bosse se diriger vers les eaux chaudes d'Hawaï pour se reproduire, mettre bas et prendre soin de leurs petits. La piste cyclable commence ici. Parfait pour faire du vélo ou du jogging.

Ce quartier est très calme et axé sur la famille. Les clients doivent donc être respectueux et calmes également. Ce n'est pas un endroit pour les grands rassemblements.
Nous avons de très bonnes brises dans la maison, nous n'avons donc pas besoin de climatisation. Chaque chambre a un ventilateur.

I had some work on the north shore for about 5 weeks and didn’t want to be stuck in a hotel, I wanted a home away from home.
This place is as described, it is in a quiet neighborhood and just steps to the beach. The property owner is very responsive and really wants your stay to be as enjoyable as possible. One thing I will miss is falling asleep to the sound of waves on the beach.
On future trips I would definitely stay here again.

Great North Shore Experience
We loved staying here for a month, and would do it again in a heartbeat. It's not a shiny, new, fancy place, but it's incredibly comfortable and livable and truly feels like Hawaii. We all worked remotely there, and the wifi worked great, but even more importantly it was just a beautiful spot to be living in all day long! Mountain and ocean views, breezes blowing through, a perfect lanai for lounging or eating, and lots of comfy hang out spots.
The location truly is steps from the beach, but unlike a lot of North Shore areas, you're well off the main road so you're in a quiet, friendly neighborhood.
The kitchen is stocked like someone lives there, and what issues we did have were dealt with as promptly as possible by Rachelle.
If you're looking for a gorgeous spot on the North Shore and you don't want to spend $750 a night (which is probably how much the houses across the street cost!) this is your place.

Great house, beautiful views of the ocean, very short walk to the beach.. Owner communicated throughout the stay. The sunsets were gorgeous and it was great to walk out on the beach and see the surfers. Only thing to be aware is that the house is not air conditioned and there were times where it became quite humid and sticky.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay, stunning neighborhood. So quiet. The house was beautiful. The geckos in the house are SO cute!! The beach is gorgeous!!!! Big bathrooms, nice open floor plan. A very lovely home for a family to stay at.
However there were a few things that would have made it a bit more comfortable.
- the broom could be better. Or a little vacuum would be nice? We did rinse the sand off each time but liked to tidy up each night before bed.
-the bath toys are mouldy. We did try and find some replacement ones, but couldn't.
-also the sofa bed listed for the master was just ripped cushions that used to be attached.
The bonus to this awesome property is it is minutes to some incredible beaches and Ted's Bakery.

Sunsets and surfers
Great house, beautiful views of the ocean, very short walk to the beach.. Owner communicated throughout the stay. Wonderful Stay
We had an absolutely wonderful stay, stunning neighborhood. So quiet. The house was beautiful. The geckos in the house are SO cute!! The beach is gorgeous!!!! Big bathrooms, nice open floor plan. A very lovely home for a family to stay at.

The house was an idyllic abode on the North Shore with amenities including a towels, a grill, beach chairs, and a perfect set-up just a few steps away from private beach access. Being near Ted's Bakery, Sunrise Shack, Banzai Bowls, and a walk to Sunset Beach made this the perfect spot to spend our New Year's weekend! Mahalo nui loa for your aloha & hospitality, Janna! We ABSOLUTELY recommend this place to others - Note to any raucous travelers: the house is situated on a cul-de-sac in close proximity to residents w/ children so it's important to be mindful of noise late at night.

As it says, the house is mere steps from the beach. You're also only 1.5 miles to the Ehukai Pillbox hike. Plenty of space in the house itself, and also for parking. Very receptive property manager who's quick to answer any questions you may have prior to and during your stay. Hope to return again in the near future!

The house was exactly what we expected! We had 5 teenage girls and there was plenty of space for them to spread out. Great location with easy access to a great quiet beach.
This home is located in a quiet area of the north shore. It has convenient walking access to the beach. No worries about parking or dragging all your stuff to the beach like other beach access points. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others to stay here also.

nice neighborhood
enjoyed the stay, quiet area with easy access to beach. relaxing sounds and breezes from ocean. good setup for family & friends, privacy in studio downstairs. secure yard and parking area. upstairs living room/kitchen a bit cramp, but functionable. some minor repairs needed to make it a better rental. screens worn so mosquitos came in, cookware overused, doors broken or need adjustment, beds, towels & linens old, needed to replace lightbulb and buy own paper towels.

A comfortable north shore house
This north shore rental house in old Hawaii is exactly what we were looking for. Views of the ocean, steps to the beach and a very comfortable well kept house that was well supplied. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook. Good knives for chopping vegetables.
I would have liked another set of towels in the bathrooms with washcloths and some cleaning rags for wiping up floor spills. I did find them in the laundry room a few days in. The furniture was comfortable, the beds a little soft but ok. Nice breezes flowing through the house so the temperature was pleasant. Janna was available for answering questions and very helpful. I would recommend this rental to anyone with a family or friends.

Perfectly Positioned North Shore Oahu Holiday Home
Makai Hale is situated in a quiet cul de sac only steps away to beautiful Sunset Beach. No traffic noise! We felt so spoilt being able to walk on down each evening to enjoy the sunsets that make this beach so famous. Pipeline Beach was an easy walk away too. Makai Hale was well appointed, in a relaxed retro Hawaiian style which is just what we wanted to experience. The Pupukea food trucks provided relaxed eating venues with delicious food and for something special Haleiwa Beach House is a must!

Amazing location and great vibes
The SURFING magazine staff spent two weeks here and we enjoyed every second. The house was even better than advertised. We'd highly recommend.

great location, okay place
We LOVED the north shore. Great beaches, laid back people, good food. This house is a convenient short drive to many awesome beaches. The house was a little more run down than I would expect for the price tag. Upgrades are nice, but kind of like putting a bandaid on. We were also discombobulated that it was up a pretty steep flight of stairs, not really suitable for older parents or young children. Same was true of the short walk to the beach...not accessible for anyone with mobility limitations. The place was clean, and certainly sufficient for us, but spendy for what it is.

Great home in an ideal location for family
The two-level home was a wonderful place to accommodate a family trip. The house is on a cul-de-sac down the street from Ted's Bakery (yum!) and Sunset Beach. The neighborhood also has multiple private beach access roads to get onto the beach just next to Sunset. The only iffy of this beach is that it is a rocky one and can be difficult to swim in during low tide. Other than that, it's perfect! The house was also stocked with all kinds of beach equipment - chairs, boogie boards, water shoes, toys for the kids, etc. Janna was also great in regards to coordination. It was a great family vacation!

Family house
This is a very comfortable, no frills, beach house. We've stayed here several years in a row, and will come back again! The location is great. Nice quiet neighborhood.

Great location on Sunset Beach
I was pleased with the location, condition and size of the house. Furthermore the house had virtually everything you need for a relaxing vacation i.e. you really just have to bring some food and scandals. Everything else is there. It was great with a large family with kids to be so close to the beach. We could easily walk there in 2 minutes for fun in the little 'mermaid' tide pools at low tide and gaze at the sunset. Also just blocks away is Ted's bakery a staple of the north shore. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. I too would visit from the other side of Oahu again.
