House was perfect for Thanksgiving with friends. Two ovens and two refrigerators were fantastic for dinner prep. The location and beach are beautiful!

We loved everything about our stay. The view was amazing (gorgeous sunsets), the beach was a blast (both dogs and kiddo loved it), the kitchen was well-stocked, home was clean and neat, and we had a fantastic time. Thank you Bob!

Our group of 13 ladies thoroughly enjoyed a relaxing and comfortable 3 day weekend in this unique family retreat property. The location right on the beach with Olympic Mountains and sunset views is very special. The house is well equipped - we had everything we needed and more!

The cabin has a great layout that everyone fit comfortably in. It is on the nicest beach on Whidbey Island and the kids loved it. Can't wait to rent again.

Bob’s place is an absolute gem. We had a perfect stay here with my sister’s family. The view is spectacular!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3-day stay in this very private beachfront rental. The home was comfortable, clean, and inviting, having everything (except hairdryers, oddly enough) we needed to enjoy a cozy family-friendly get-away. Although I felt, with all fees added in, it was a bit expensive, we would definitely recommend it to others — and already have!

Beautiful home. When we were there the kids cabin was very dirty. We needed to organize the kitchen so we could find the space for a weeks worth of groceries for 12 people. Also we organized the games so we could find what was there. Overall the location was worth it!

The views from this home make it worth every penny! Fantastic location for exploring South Whidbey and Puget Sound. We enjoyed the hot tub with a view, making fires in the living room fireplace. The added bonus of including firewood was so convenient and thoughtful. Plenty of room for all the guests to gather and play games, share a meal, and explore the beach. We bird watched, saw a seal every morning, and enjoyed the stars when we finally had a clear night. Just a few cons: cleanliness left something to be desired. One of the bathroom sinks was dirty. The den couches had popcorn in and under them from previous guests. The kitchen cupboards and drawers need to be emptied out of old, expired dry goods/cooking oils etc and thoroughly cleaned. The silverware holders were straight up dirty, and we ended up washing everything we used first. The wooden path in the yard is in need of repair; two members of our party nearly fell when the boards separated and moved. This is definitely a safety issue they should address immediately. Also, the wood stoves seen in pictures of rental aren't functional. They aren't necessary, as the heat works just fine, but we were kind of excited to use them. (City slickers, 😆) Nonetheless, still a solid 4 star rental. It's a great, comfortable home with a fantastic location and fair price. And those views!!! ❤️ 😍
