Ce quatre chambres à coucher, la maison à deux bains dans le prestigieux Point Dollar sur la rive nord du lac Tahoe est un endroit fantastique pour les familles et les groupes. Cette maison est à côté de la piscine et du tennis club de Dollar Point et est l'une des rares maisons Tahoe avec une arrière-cour clôturée. Le jardin est entièrement aménagé et dispose d'une pelouse d'herbe énorme complète avec balançoires bébé / enfant en bas âge. Il a également une grande terrasse avec barbecue, bain à remous et table à manger pour le divertissement extérieur. Holiday snow trip for our kids and grandkids. First time staying in Tahoe City and did not disappoint. The comfort of this home along with the location made it a memorable trip for us all. Plenty of room for cooking and dining together, cuddling up by the fire to watch movies and play games. The grandkids experienced their first snow and sledding at Granlibakken just like their parents did when we took them as kids and just 10 minutes away!
Definitely recommend.

This house worked well for our family group. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and the lovely fenced backyard was so enjoyable for the adults and toddler in the afternoons.

We really enjoyed the large backyard space and fully stocked kitchen. Great location and quiet, pretty neighborhood. Host was great at communicating instructions leading to an easy check in experience. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We enjoyed our family vacation.
The location was perfect and easy to get to. Loved the huge backyard where we set up lots of outdoor games to play and hung a hamock between the two beautiful trees. After long days on the boat, hiking and shopping, we came back to a nice hot tub soak. Well stocked and did not need anything.
The only suggestion is that it would be nice for them to open up the facilities to renters. We would have loved a swim in the pool and playing some pickle ball.
Other than that, it was perfect and Miriam was wonderful to work with.
We would for sure stay there again.

We stayed here for 2 nights in June and couldn’t have been more pleased with our stay. The host even returned a couple of swimsuits we had left behind. Definitely will stay here again!

This house was cozy and for us lacked nothing. Our small dog thought he was in heaven in the back yard as did we. Dinner in the back yard and then badminton that we brought. Bike trails very close. We would love to come back. Thank you, Miriam.

There is a lot to love about this house. We LOVED the location and gorgeous fenced backyard. The kitchen is well-appointed and spacious. There were plenty of towels and linens for our family. There were also plenty of fans for all of the bedrooms and living areas. We wished that there had been more outdoor seating such as lawn chairs to enjoy the beautiful backyard. Also there were no screens on 2 of the largest windows in the main living area so we couldn't open those windows in the afternoon/evening for air circulation (it was hot for Tahoe) without letting in mosquitos and flies. The house was clean but the carpets in the family room area and the master bedroom were in need of a cleaning. Considering the overall cost with fees, we felt that it was on the expensive-side for the condition and amenities.

We had a great stay at Miriam's place. We took our two dogs and 18-month old and found the place to be really well set up with a pack and play, high chair and even stair gate! The yard was also perfect for our dogs as we could let them out without having to worry about them getting anywhere they shouldn't be. There was also plenty of shade in the yard so they loved hanging out.
Otherwise the house itself it well equipped with cooking utensils, TV streaming service and plenty of fans. These were especially useful in the bedrooms which would get very warm in the afternoons in July, but thankfully cooled down before we went to sleep.
The neighborhood is quiet and the bike/walking trail opposite dollar point was beautiful and easy to access with our pups. While we knew we wouldn't be able to access the pool and facilities when we booked the property, it was irking to be able to see them right from the back yard and not be able to go, especially on 80+ degree days when a dip in the pool would've been perfect! Hopefully the covid-era rules on usage will change back for visitors soon.

Recently stayed here while in town for a wedding. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as listed. All amenities we would need! Home is a very short drive to Tahoe City, where we got groceries, went out to eat, and hung out at the beach. The backyard was perfect to play outside with our 2 year old. Overall a wonderful stay.

Clean, lots of natural light, spacious bedrooms and in a great location. Miriam was extremely responsive with a couple of questions we had after checking in. The kitchen was very well equipped with utensils, pots/pans, crock pot and a whirlypop popcorn popper! It was the perfect place for our family to gather and enjoy a cozy Thanksgiving weekend

Great property and location. In the middle of everything we wanted to do in Tahoe. I grew up coming to Tahoe and was excited to come here with my whole family again. Really enjoyed the big, fenced in yard. It was great for our dog and daughter. The mudroom was convenient, and the beach towels were nice.
The owner Mariam is very responsive and kind.
My only complaint is that the house was very dirty- it is in need of a deep clean. The plastic dish drying rack was really gross with gunk stuck in it, the vents were really dirty, and the switch plates dirty. The upstairs bathroom is missing the overflow plate, and has a rusty nail sticking out. Not really great when I was trying to give my 18 month old a shower. There were also dead bugs all over the ceiling and little gnats on the end of our bed probably from the ceiling. In need of a major paint job as well.

We had a wonderful stay with our family. The large, flat, and lush green yard with swingset and outdoor dining space was just perfect for our young children and dogs to enjoy safely. We loved eating dinner on the deck every night and cooking with the well-stocked kitchen - it had everything you might need including a great selection of glassware for cocktails! The home was comfortable and the check-in/communication process was excellent. It was great to be in such a central, convenient location. We would love to come back!

Had an amazing stay at this cabin. Everything was very clean and organized when we arrived. Great house to stay with friends / family. They have a lot of items / utensils for cooking, which made it easy for family meals. My dog loved the backyard and it was perfect for a family game night. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely stay again next year!

Let me just start by saying this house was the perfect winter wonderland to celebrate New Years Eve and my husband's birthday. The hosts were absolutely wonderful and incredibly responsive and understanding while we were trying to travel during the storm. Kitchen: Big and exceedingly stocked with dishes, pans, pots and lots of assorted cooking tools for pretty much any cooking/baking need you may have. Huge dining table for a large group. Comfortable living room with sofa/loveseat and chair with fireplace and TV. Downstairs bedroom with bath if you don’t want to climb stairs to the 3 bedrooms and bath upstairs . Details that matter: flannel linens in the winter, night lights to help navigate in the dark, thick towels for bath and spa. Get this, the vestibule between front door and living space is so awesome. A great place to pull on/remove boots and jackets - this is a big deal in the winter. The backyard is even better than it looks. Huge, secure for kids and your pet. Nicely sized Hot tub is just steps from the back door. Owners are extremely responsive to any communication. A wonderful place to spend a vacation.

It was an absolutely wonderful weekend! When we arrived there was a power outage in the town of Tahoe City and Miriam was extremely easy and timely in communicating the expected return of power. The property was gorgeous and the fenced backyard was perfect for outside enjoyment amongst the trees. The bike/walking paths are close to the home and Tahoe City is a quick few minute drive away with tons of fun shops, restaurants and beautiful vistas! Wonderful Dollar Point Weekend
It was an absolutely wonderful weekend! When we arrived there was a power outage in the town of Tahoe City and Miriam was extremely easy and timely in communicating the expected return of power. The property was gorgeous and the fenced backyard was perfect for outside enjoyment amongst the trees. The bike/walking paths are close to the home and Tahoe City is a quick few minute drive away with tons of fun shops, restaurants and beautiful vistas! We look forward to our next family vacation to Dollar Point!

I booked this for my boyfriend bday celebration but my sister passed away just shy of a week from our stay. We were able to celebrate him and for me to get away in a beautiful peaceful quiet area to get away. The property was perfect besides the slow draining upper shower. The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet and most friendly( I had one encounter with a neighbor who became upset at me because I was driving too slow lol by going the speed limit)
There were a lot of activities in the area and even sitting at the home we had tons of fun in the hot tub playing games or watching tv

We had a great time at this home. The pictures listed make it seem much bigger than what the home actually is, but overall it was a cute little place. The location was perfect and the backyard was beautiful.
