Un endroit idéal pour accueillir un groupe nombreux en tant que base à Boston pour un week-end court ou long La fête est la bienvenue Les enfants vont bien, mais le bar du rez-de-chaussée pourrait ne pas convenir, ce qui n’est pas recommandé. Nous avons été sur Air BNB et avons 100% classé 5 étoiles. Nous faisons tout notre possible pour que tout le monde reste parfait. 15 heures de sommeil sont au maximum et nous utilisons tous les lits et tous les canapés. Il y a 3 lits doubles, 4 lits simples et 3 canapés-lits doubles. Cependant, nous pouvons ajouter jusqu'à 4 matelas pneumatiques simples si nécessaire, mais ils prendront beaucoup d'espace et ne seraient que pour les personnes qui ne veulent pas partager de lits S'il vous plaît n'hésitez pas à me contacter pour toutes questions

Couldn’t be happier with our booking, we had 13 guys for a bachelor trip, and it was perfect! There is everything you need close by, and a two minute walk to the train that takes you downtown. Smooth process of working with the owner, and tavern at the end of the world bar right below us was a crowd favorite! they had live music on Thursday night, so that is the only time you could really hear the bar from the space above. Would definitely return with a larger group to this spot!

From the minute we walked in and met Paul we were off to a good start. The place was stocked well, clean & spacious. The staff downstairs at bar was MORE than accommodating to everyone that stayed in the house. Easy commute nearby - comfortable neighborhood to walk around in (We're from Philly). 10 out of 10. The live music can be heard through apartment, but we were there for that so NO Complaints here! Thank you everyone that we interacted with. You made our stay that much more enjoyable and Again, Special Shout Out to Paul! We'll be back to wreck his head again. :)

Great, quirky, colorful place to stay up in Charlestown. Bar downstairs is fun and a great way to unwind after a long day.
Would note: it can be noisy at night with the fun people are having downstairs.

There was a group of 10 of us and it was the perfect stay! Everyone had their own bed. Everything in the apartment was stocked with so much extra supplies. It was super clean!! The host was so great, helped us with what we needed, and answered fast. Bar downstairs was AWESOME

This place is great for a large group in the Boston area. The host couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful - be sure to check out the bar downstairs for delicious drinks and food!

Great people to deal with and an awesome property. Had a blast playing ping pong and loved the fully stocked kitchen. Definitely will be returning.

This was the perfect spot for my bachelorette party!! The bar below helped with anything we needed and when I let the owner know the current coffee machine was not working, a new one was at the bottom of the steps not even 2 hours later. The house has SO many extra supplies which some rentals do not (towels, paper plates, sheets, toilet paper etc). There was no worrying about being quiet because we were on top of a bar and we were so close to the T line which helped us get around all weekend. I definitely recommend for a fun filled weekend!!

Lots of individual beds for a group of friends. About a five minute walk to the Orange line so really easy to get downtown. It's over a bar so there is noise into the early morning until it closes but the listing made it clear it was over a bar so it was expected from our group. Plus, they had earplugs in the cabinet just in case you needed them. Overall, a good stay with friends.

The property has a good location to the bar downstairs, the train, and all the popular area's in Boston (10-12mins each neighborhood). We all had a good trip and spend more time at the house/bar than we thought.

My buddies and I rented this place for a bachelor party and had an absolute blast! The house has tons of room and lots to do, and the location was perfect. Close to the T, the casino, and the pub downstairs was fantastic. Would highly recommend and will hopefully be back in the future

We had a group of 12 and everyone loved it. There were enough beds for more people too. The unit was nice looking, clean, and well stocked with everything. We played pool, darts, and ping pong in the unit. The owners were very responsive before and during our stay. The unit is over a tavern as the ad states. The bartenders were ready to help us with anything we needed. We didn't really need anything but ice though. Everyone working at the Tavern was very nice. When we would go down to eat or drink, they always asked if we needed anything upstairs. We left there with new friends. The location is fantastic. A short walk to the T. Only a 10 minute ride to downtown. Dunkin across the street. Food and drinks downstairs. A liquor store next door. We walked to a wonderful place for brunch on Sunday for Mothers Day, called The Tradesman. The Tavern also had a great brunch Saturday and Sunday. There is a casino that is a short bus ride away. You can see it from the unit. There is no way we could have found a better place for our large group. We celebrated a graduation, two birthdays, and Mother Day. We can't wait to go back!

Perfect listing for a large groups of friends. Property is located right above a tavern so it can get a little noisy later in the night. Would definetly stay again if returning to Boston with a group.

This place is set up perfectly for a big group of friends to have a place to relax, have fun, and call home base. The beds were comfortable, the layout worked for us and the location is awesome. Dart board needs to be replaced and that’s the only constructive criticism I have. Absolutely loved the stay

The apartment was perfect for our stay.When we arrived at the apartment it was not ready for us.But Kenny sorted out the problem and sorted out our party with a meal and a few drinks.kenny was a star.Overall a great stay.Kenny you are a star

Our hosts were super accommodating and provided us with the perfect property for our friends trip. The bar downstairs and the bartenders were amazing and very helpful with anything we needed. Would recommend 10/10 to anyone trying to visit Boston with a large group. Food and drinks at the bar are great and reasonably priced.

Rented this location for the Frozen four and 8 guys. Convenient to everything - a 5 minute walk to the subway directly to downtown. Staff at the bar is wonderful - not only good bartenders and hosts, but answered any questions we had - about the rental or Boston in general. Everyone in my party was impressed with this location.

Good Spot for Friends Weekend
I rented this apartment for a friends bachelor party. It was perfect for the event. There were plenty of beds and the pool/ping pong table kept us entertained when hanging out.
It has a good location near the casino, and quick ride into downtown Boston. Would highly recommend.

Great for large groups
We have an awesome time staying here with our group of 15 guys. The check in process was super easy and we loved that the bar was right downstairs. It was convenient to end the night right below where you were sleeping. The only difficulty was parking because there were a lot of restrictions and road cleaning days. We wound up paying to park at the Holiday Inn down the street. Overall a really great place to stay close to Boston with a large group.

Great location for a younger crowd and large parties! Bar downstairs is awesome but can be loud - bring ear plugs if you want to sleep prior to 1/2am. Owners are great and very responsive and super personable! Had everything we needed there - great for a home base in Boston!!!

Perfect for over 21 group get togethers!
Amazing location for get togethers that might get a bit rowdy. T station within walking distance was a plus. Furniture could use a little “tlc” but the overall state of the place was great. Only waning I would give anyone thinking about renting is that live music at the bar directly below can easily be heard and will go till midnight or 1 am. Not an issue for our group, but those who want to turn in before midnight might not be able to until live music is finished!!! Overall it was a great place to stay!!
