amazing views, great host and good location. convenient to the beach, town and local shops.

Being in the 2nd floor it was too noisy especially at the weekend, people outside making noise very late, not the hosts fault, but it did spoil a couple of nights sleep. The bathrooms have recently been renovated and were very nice, I feel the rest of the apartment needs a similar uplift, especially charging approx £220 per night.

Great location, stunning view. Excellent communication. Good kitchen facilities, nice balcony with an unobstructed view of the sea.

A bit noisy at times, there's a main road between the apartment building and beach.

The best view in Alicante, balcony with sea view, great hospitality - Nico was very helpful, arranged airport transfer and informed us about the best spots for shopping, sightseeing and leisure in Alicante. Top man!

Everything was perfect! We’ve stayed for a week, maybe more towels and toilet paper for longer stays?

Beautiful views of the beach. Very close to all amenities and the castle.

Great apartment - well stocked with everything you might need. Beautiful view of the beach which was only 5 mins walk away. Very near the centre so easy access to shops, market, historical sites, bars and restaurants - but not so close that it was noisy at night. No rush to leave on departure day (we had a very late flight). Nico was super fast and efficient at organising taxis for us (to airports and waterpark).

Great location overlooking the ocean - the pictures don't lie! Downstairs is a small supermarket where you can buy all the basics including fresh fruit and baguettes. The owner arranged a taxi pickup from the airport and he was waiting for us with the key when we arrived, even though we only got there around 1AM. He was very helpful during the stay and if we had questions we just sent him a text and received a reply quickly.

Everything was as expected.. the apartment had everything we needed for a family with kids. Really comfy and very nice new bathrooms. The photos of the apartment match what was waiting for us. Also has a very good air conditioning and nice kitchen. Location very close to the beach and entrance to the St Barbara lift. They've also provided a baby cot.

Not really not like but what can be improved would be replacing the water kettle, refreshing things a little bit here and there. Also we had some price differences on the airport transfer where the 1 year old baby got booked as an adult .. we where told that it will cost 25 euro per trip but it turned out that the road back to airport was 50 euro.

Exelent evenings in balcony terrace. Air condition in apartment worked well. Cozy atmosphere inside.

Before ussing dishes in the kichen it was necesarry to clean it one more time.

Location was great

The bathrooms were old, one of them was even leaking water from the roof. The electricity was a disaster as the main circuit blew every time so we were forced to turn off the AC many times (the solution that the host recommended). One day we were without electricity for more than one hour so we decided to ask booking.com for early check out buy neither booking.com or the host accepted it. Also the furniture were very old except the beds.

Couldn’t beat the location or the views. Comfortable beds, good kitchen facilities and a lovely balcony which got sun first half of the day. Nico was brilliant with communication and helped us book taxis.

Location location location ... Close to town, close to the beach and a great view 😎 (The main road is also pretty close but not really a problem) The apartment has everything you need!

The location was fantastic. We could walk to the beach ,town, marina and the tram ...the apartment is very spacious and comfortable. The owner arranged taxi from and to the airport and couldn't have been more helpful. Alicante feels an extremely safe and friendly city to stay in ...we would definitely go back .
