Ce condo fraîchement peint de 2 chambres à coucher, 2 salles de bain, 1 110 pieds carrés dans le golfe est situé directement sur Indian Rocks Beach. Cuisine mise à jour avec des appareils en acier inoxydable et de nouveaux comptoirs et toutes les commodités de la maison pour profiter d'un repas cuisiné à la maison ou utiliser le barbecue pour préparer vos prises fraîches.
Dans la suite principale, vous profiterez d'un lit king size, d'un dressing et d'une salle de bain privée. La 2ème chambre a deux lits jumeaux. Télévision par câble dans les deux chambres ainsi qu'un téléviseur grand écran dans le salon avec lecteur DVD pour regarder votre film préféré tout en profitant d'une nuit à la maison en écoutant le son des vagues qui se brisent sur le rivage. I do not mind making sure the place isn't a mess when I leave...such as garbage out and dishes in dishwasher but to paid a large cleaning fee and then have to basically clean the place before I leave (and I had and early flight so was up at 4 cleaning) makes me rethink staying in VRBO's.. I'm thinking I get more bank for the buck at a nice hotel with all the amenities.
No coffee sugar tea or sugar.

Our stay here is always a relaxing and fun time. Indian Rocks Beach is my families favorite place to go. It was a plus seeing all the new decor that has been added. The condo is always clean and ready for us each year. The beach is not crowded and the water is amazing.The views from inside the condo are undeniably the best and the sunsets are always a great way to end the day. Being so close to the beach and to several restaurants are perks of staying at Island Sands. Our experience for the last few years keeps us coming back! It was a great week at the beach. The unit is very clean and it has lovely furnishings. Larger than what the pictures look like. The kitchen was well equipped with everything that you need. The location is the absolute best and the beach is amazing. Sue was polite and very pleasant to work with. I read some of the previous reviews about hearing footsteps from the unit above. I heard footsteps as well. That simply tells me that the occupants wanted to spend time in a beautiful area just like I did. If I had been up one level, someone would have heard my footsteps. Small potatoes in the big scheme of things. I am happy my upstairs neighbors were able to visit IRB. I will be back!

This condo was perfect! We were traveling with 2 small kids and the location couldn’t have been better. The house was very clean and very well stocked. From reading the reviews we knew the pool was small, but for our kids it was just right. You cannot beat the view, perfect sunset every single night!

Everything one outstanding. The view the stay the pool. One thing that needs to get fixed is the hide away bed. The head rest when the bed is out collapses when you but too much weight on it. Sucks when you have to sleep with it up part away up. Both support backets on the bed are bent and when you apply just somewhat weight on it, it will collapse on you. We are going to try and book that one or 203 next year for 3 weeks again. Chris

Our condo was exceptionally clean & well-stocked for our needs, the beds very comfortable & the location was just what we wanted for a beach getaway. Being on the lower level, we did experience a lot of overhead noise at night, but that was the only negative. I can't imagine a better place to stay!

Such a wonderful condo. Beautiful decor, super clean and stocked with so many great household items. But the view…wow!! From the kitchen to sitting on the couch to going out and sitting on the lovely balcony…just a spectacular view.
Condo is walkable to not only being steps from the beach but also to several eating options, coffee, shops, and ice cream and drug store. We will be back!

Such a wonderful condo. Beautiful decor, super clean and stocked with so many great household items. But the view…wow!! From the kitchen to sitting on the couch to going out and sitting on the lovely balcony…just a spectacular view.
Condo is walkable to not only being steps from the beach but also to several eating options, coffee, shops, and ice cream and drug store. We will be back!

We booked this condo based on the view and located right on the gulf. Our original reservation was around the time everything was shutting down due to the pandemic (April-2020). We had to cancel and unfortunately couldn’t get a refund. We were given a credit though and a lengthy time to use it, so that was good. Unfortunately, what I didn’t realize is we now had to book our vacation when the unit was available rather than when it was most convenient for us. But we made it work and the gulf-front view did not disappoint! We loved the location because you could walk to so many places.I would recommend replacing those beds in second bedroom. Not comfortable at all. Everything else in the condo was great - clean, comfortable, and everything we needed was there.

We always love staying at Island Sands 202 and this time did not disappoint! The view from the balcony and the proximity to the beach is the big draw! We also love how close all the restaurants are to the condo, no need to drive anywhere.
We haven’t been in this unit since 2019, but the beds have definitely changed. The twin beds were uncomfortable for children and my husband complained that the king bed wasn’t as comfortable as he remembered. We wondered if all the mattresses had been changed?
There were some minor broken things but we reported them and maintenance came and fixed them Monday morning. The pool umbrella is broken and remained broken all week but we forgot to ask about it when maintenance was here.
In the past the pool was cleaned a few times a week in the mornings but this time we saw someone come late in the day one time and clean around people who didn’t get out of the pool. We would have liked for it to be deep cleaned more often because two units had very large groups of visitors that all used the pool and it was so cloudy that my kids didn’t want to use it the last few days.
We will continue coming back to this condo because we love it so much and my kids say it feels like home. However, it does need some sprucing up like paint on walls and doors. The new living room furniture and dining room table is beautiful! We loved everything available in the kitchen for use and it’s so nice to have a washer and dryer that is quick and efficient. Thank you for another memorable week! We always love it here and we will be back!
