Excellent property. WiFi was not always working

Great location! Especially for those with little ones—direct access to beach, indoor pool, rec center, tennis court, sauna and everything needed for the beach is available to rent onsite.

Beach front property with all the amenities. Place is very clean and beautiful. What's not to love...every morning waking up hearing the ocean waves and seeing beautiful skies. Will stay here again. It was a very special birthday indeed with fireworks on the beach.

We love SPI. We enjoyed this condo. The entire building was very quiet and lots of open parking if needed. The condo had everything that we needed for our stay. We enjoyed time on the balcony with the beautiful view. Beach access was easy and close. We would stay here again. Cute place! Great communication with the property manager.

We loved everything about our stay. The host was so easy to communicate with and quick to respond. The views, location, and everything about the condo was above and beyond expectations. We were so appreciative of everything provided! We can't wait to book with Cynthia again. She is the reason everything was so great! Thank you!!!

Very nice , spacious condo with a beautiful view from both sides. It has a large, well equipped kitchen, many cabinets, large refrigerator, great cookware. Also, it has very comfortable living room recliners. The complex offers wonderful amenities with a nice indoor pool and is in a convenient area of SPI. We had some trouble with the living room TV controls, the door key pad (have to tap the lower left corner before entering the number) and the entry gate (enter # before the number). After a few days and with some help from others, we got them all working. We would definitely return and hope to do so!

Very nicely appointed unit as advertised. Nice view of the beach and large balcony. Updated amenities and kitchen. Main complaints were that the door lock code was wrong so we had to call manager and get anew code which required a 10 minute phone call while we waited with our stuff in the hallway at 10pm. And secondly the internet service was very inconsistent and often did not work at all for many hours at a time (sometimes would disconnect and other times was slower than 1Mbps). The manager Cindy was very responsive before the visit and during. If internet was addressed and stable we would definitely stay again.

Perfect view, location, size and the property manager/owner was the nicest person. Everything went so smooth. Property is beautiful, staff is friendly and the privacy is awesome. So relaxing from the bed to the beach and everything inbetween. The condo is well stocked, full kitchen and there was even a grille. Lots of great restaurants just a block away. The view and sound of the ocean day and night is wonderful and easy access too. Only downside, the fish were not biting sadly!

Property was well located and the condo was perfectly sized for the group with very nice furnishings an excellent amenities. Property managers could work on customer service but the condo owner, Cindy was very responsive and communicative. Definitely recommend.

Once again, we were completely satisfied with our vacation. Thank You so much for providing a property so superbly taken care of.

This is a very nice place. We enjoyed the unit. Great location on beach. Great balcony view of the beach. We suggested a few upgrades if they want to be 5 star. A few little maintenance issues, like being sure all light bulbs are working; providing a condo user’s guide - how to use equipment, TVs, where to drop trash; beachgoer’s advice, etc. And just an owner/management follow up while we were there. We would prefer firmer mattresses, but I am picky about sleeping. Good supply of kitchen equipment. Good furniture quality. Easy to use pools. Easy walk to beach. Quiet property, at least when we were there in June, 2019. To get 5 star, just step up a few things. We would stay here again. Thanks for the opportunity to stay here.

We almost exclusive stay in the Breakers/Plaza condos and I can honestly say this is one of the nicest, most well-stocked condos that we have stayed at. The condo was incredibly spacious and I was able to find everything that we could have needed and/or wanted. We will definitely be back :)

The condo was very clean and modern with everything that we needed. The building and grounds were also very well-kept and secure. Beach access was quick and easy. There was no competition with elevator or swimming pool use, we felt like we had the place to ourselves. It was very nice to have both indoor and outdoor pools to choose from. We will definitely stay here again.

This condo had it all! We were so impressed with the size of the condo, the cleanliness, the decor and how the owners truly thought of everything to help make us feel comfortable and welcome. It was an amazing convenience to have a washer and dryer...that definitely helped! From the moment we arrived, we easily made our way to the condo because we had received detailed instructions in advance. The keyless entry did pose a bit of a challenge for the adults but our 10 and 8 year old quickly got the hang of the touch screen entry and had us trained immediately =). Staff was very friendly and the entire complex was beautiful and surprisingly quite and peaceful. The only thing to point out, which is not so much a negative, is that the cable in the bedrooms was not working. Although we did spend most of the day outside, it would have been nice to watch a little TV as we were getting ready for bed. But not a big deal as my son brought his XBox and connected it to the TV and my kids were able to watch a little NetFlix. Again, definitely not a deal breaker and we didn't think it was worth contacting anyone to get it fixed while we were there. The TV and cable in the living room worked great. My kids have already requested that we rent the same condo next year and will be recommending this to friends and family!

This place was perfect, had everything what we needed including cookware/dishes/glasses/pots and pans. I'm a chef and love to cook even on vacation:) Our bedroom was spacious with two queen size beds and a big master bathroom. I don't remember sleeping so well on vacation. The condominium is right on the beach and convenient to everything. The view from the condo is picture perfect. Both the water and the weather was fabulous. We will be back ! Thank you!

Property was clean and very well maintained. Everything you need - we even cooked a roast all day in a crock pot! Balcony is awesome with comfortable furniture.

The pictures don't do this condo justice. It was absolutely beautiful. Newer (than pics) comforters on beds done in a floral botanical print. Upon entering the place was spotless. The last condo we stayed at thru home away was filthy! On site staff is very friendly and helpful. I even had my sunglass lense fall down elevator shaft and they got rt in and got it for me. Very quiet there in February and close to everything. Had an issue one day with a/c called Jerry and it was fixed rt away! The only bummer was it was a cold February so outdoor pools were freezing. Grandson enjoyed the indoor pool though. Beach chairs were great. Would have rebooked for next year but it was already taken. Bummer. Would definitely stay again. Comfy beds and furniture! Everything you need. Couldn't find wine opener and needed new flipper/ spatula so bought and donated to condo. Outdoor grill was an added bonus! Enjoyed great steaks on grill.

This condo is in the heart of South Padre Island and was just outstanding. The location was easy to find. The condo personnel were very professional and assisted us with any questions and/or concerns we had. They were helpful and assisted me in unloading our personal items for the month that we rented this facility and also delivered to the door packages that we had forwarded to the condo. The facility itself was very clean including all pool and hot tub areas. The workout facility was very well keep and the equipment available was like going to a small Planet Fitness or Gold's Gym. The actual condo itself was very well kept and well stocked with cooking utensil. The view of the Gulf and access to the water was excellent. Parking was in the covered garage, which is an advantage in the summer months. Overall, we had a wonderful month and highly recommend for a couple or family for a great getaway. in a great location. If our future plans work out, we'd love to go back next year
