We had a great trip and cant recommend booking with Craig enough. Room was clean, beds comfy, well supplied kitchen which lets be honest is super rare. Location of condo was definitely a fav for us, just steps from the pool and beach access. Covered parking not far from room so you dont have to haul all your belongings far! Already thinking about booking our end of the school year trip with him!

We had an excellent stay. The pool really is steps away and the beach a couple more steps. This is first floor and the view is the dunes, but we were fine with the view. Pool is cleaned every morning. The condo is well equipped and very comfortable. Covered parking was nice. Clean

My family and I visited for a baseball tournament.
When we booked the room we received a message immediately from the homeowner who kept in continuous contact with us throughout our stay. We arrived early and enjoyed the beach while our room was being cleaned. The condo was clean and had all the amenities we needed and more. Including an air fryer and all kitchen supplies.We were traveling with an infant and the rocking chair in the master came in handy for bedtime.The condo came with two chairs and umbrella beach service daily which was an added plus! There was also extra chairs, beach toys, and boogie boards available for us to use. We were thankful for this because we were limited on space to travel with these items. We had plenty of towels but were only left 2 wash cloths for our family of 4.The cleaners were in a hurry due to the renters before us not checking out on time. I assume this could’ve been an accident but we made it work.The air conditioner was leaking upon our arrival. The homeowner kept in contact with us and the air was fixed within a few hours.The air worked very well for the Florida heat.The condo was ground level which we loved. We didn’t have to wait to use the elevator and it was nice for bringing in groceries.We were also close to the pool but thankfully not right in front of the pool because it got pretty loud there some nights. The only negative was not being able to see the beach being in the ground floor.We would definitely stay here again.

The condo is fabulous. Everything you possibly need is available. I absolutely love how there is NO smelly cleaners or detergents used to wash the linens and towels and because I have a serious allergy. The gel beds are great. I wasn't sure but very comfy. I always bring extra garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper. I have been going to Ft Walton Condo's for years and I know this is an issue. I don't get why you all do not supply a box of garbage bags and at least one extra roll of TP. Wow, those dining chairs are loud scrapping across the floor. When the people upstairs do it all hours it's so very disturbing. They must be the same or similar chairs. Maybe the owners could get together and purchase those pads that stick to the bottom of the chair legs, they would glide across the floor. I am giving some suggestions not complaints. If you happen to know the owners upstairs, it will make a world of difference for your renters. The TVs are fantastic. Love the ease of the curtains open and closing. The patio is beautiful to sit in the evening and relax. The fireworks from our patio were great and the FWB from out front were breathtaking. The first night we arrived there was a full moon. It couldn't have been better. The condo is decorated beautifully, less nick nacks would be better. LOL No place to set our things. The full length mirror was good. Extra linens would be a good suggestion too. I'm a realtor and I notice a lot of things others may not. Stay here you will love

We loved our stay at this beautiful ground floor condo! It was clean, nicely updated, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Very convenient to walk to the pool or beach- love that we didn’t have to deal with elevators or stairs! Easy in and out to the car as well. No complaints- everything was in working order! There were 5 of us- 2 adults, and 3 kids and the condo fit us well. Thank you!

We rented this condo for World Series for my daughter and it was amazing! We loved the fact that it was on the ground floor because it made it so easy to carry our things in and out. The condo was clean and matched the listing perfectly. We had everything we needed in the kitchen. The beds and pillows were super comfy. Very beautifully decorated. The pool was so close to the condo and was kept very clean. Easy access to the beach and easy to rent chairs and umbrella. Close to a lot of stores and restaurants. Will definitely plan to stay here again!

This place is beautiful and super clean. As soon as we walked in I said to my husband you can smell how clean it is. The location is perfect ( I just wish this unit was up higher to see the ocean) But it was so nice being able to walk out the door and go to the pool and beach. The grounds were very nice and well kept also. My husband and I even said we wanted to look into purchasing a unit in this building since we loved it so much. We were there when Hurricane Ida came though and had several days of rain but it was ok because the unit was beautiful so staying inside was easy. The beds are super comfy as well. Thanks for sharing your place.

Property was easy to get to. Pool was about 20 steps away, although we did not use it... We just crossed the little walkway bridge went to the Beach every day.
Went to dinner each night - restaurants were usually within about 10 minute drive. Had lunch in the condo most days.

This was our family’s first time using VRBO and I was pleasantly surprised at how easy the whole experience was! The condo was exactly what we wanted and the location was perfect! It was a few steps to the beach and the pool. It was located near everything making it convenient to get to where we wanted to go. We had covered parking and the condo had literally everything we could have possibly needed. We will definitely book this place again if we go back! What a great experience!

What a beautiful condo with everything you could possibly need. Loved being on the first floor and even without the beach view, it was only a very short walk away. The pool was extremely close as well. Loved having beach services available with our rental as well as covered parking for our vehicle! Definitely a place we will return to!

It was my daughter’s first trip to the beach! We enjoyed our stay. We were steps away from the pool and ocean . Sand toys provided as well as convenience of having a washer and dryer in the condo. We would definitely come back 😊

My friend and I stayed here for a girls week. It was easy to check in, easy to find and use everything and while we were there the smoke detector started beeping. So I contacted the landlord and they had someone there within the hour to fix it which was great! The unit is ground floor which was VERY convenient to get to the pool and hot tub and beach. The beach is private to the property so there aren’t many people and it’s fairly quiet. We were there during spring break and the weather was gorgeous. Cool and cloudy in the morning and sunny and 70/80 in the afternoon. The beds were comfy and there were extra blankets and pillows available. The kitchen had everything we needed including a blender for protein shakes and really anything you could think of. Stores and restaurants are walkable as we did walk to multiple. Plenty more options a short drive away. Great central location. From here we explored Pensacola, Navarre, Destin and even Panama City Beach which I also recommend! I’d recommend this condo to anyone including families!

Very clean condo. Easy walk to pool and beach. There are a few steps to get to the beach. Only negative would be could not see beach from condo. I knew this when I booked though. Would definitely rent again.

Lisa was a gracious and helpful host -Unit is spotless. Upon arrival everything you need is there Also great showers and shower pressure. can't beat being on the first floor. I highly recommend Lisa and her unit to everyone that wants to just relax and have fun with no worries at all - Thank you and we look forward to returning soon!

New appliances, granite, leather couches, roomy shower and umbrella service every day, heated pool and hot tub. I loved being on the ground floor but there was no ocean view because of the retaining wall. Unit was at the end, would have been great if we could have used the public beach entrance as it was ramped and much closer . Other than that, it was fabulous

We spent a week in Lisa's condo. I gladly would stay two. It is very spacious nicely decorated and updated. Nice big kitchen. Nicely stocked with utensils, plates and glasses. There is plenty of drawers to put stuff away in the bedrooms. Loved that the washer and dryer are in the condo. Very convenient. Like others have said the only thing is you don't have a view. But the condo makes up for it. 3 doors from the pool and close to the beach. It was very convenient for a family with a very pregnant mom and toddler. The only thing that i could not find was a mop, after a couple of days with a toddler the floor gets kinda sticky. Would have been nice to have one. I highly recommend staying here. Super close to Publix and nice restaurants. Beach is also nice, arrive early to get the chairs in the front row. For October it was a bit more crowded that we normally like but we still enjoyed our stay a lot.

The location of this condo is perfect. Literally a short walk to the emerald waters and the stay includes 2 beach chairs and umbrella set up for you daily by the resort. We spent lots of time at the pool as well (an even shorter walk). It was never too crowded or loud.
This condo is a VERY short drive to many restaurants, Publix grocery, souvenir shops, Adventure Park putt-putt and arcade, the Gulfarium, and the Okaloosa fishing pier (which is only $2 to walk out on if not fishing and we saw dolphins and sea turtles daily!).
The condo was very clean and well kept. And spacious. The photos are accurate and you will not be disappointed. Comes with wi-fi, netflix, etc.
We are ready for our next visit!

I can not say enough about how convenient this condo was. First floor was perfect for my family. The room was close to the pool but yet not so close it got foot traffic. The room was clean and well stocked with everything we needed for the week. Also loved the grills being just our front door. I would give this room a five star but the Wifi was so slow that our phones were useless the whole week. So maybe my only suggestion would be to upgrade the Wifi. But we would definitely rent again.
