The bathroom was absolutely covered with mould. Not clean at all.

The lobby is nice. The women part of the staff was kind. Location is good.

The women part of the staff is really kind. The men were all awful. Really. Lowsy attention. The bedroom was dark and kind of dirty. The shower and the bathroom overall were absolutely horrible. You have to wait for 3 minutes to get hot water. Breakfast is basic. I personally choose fruit for breakfast and there was neither variety nor quality. The coffee sucks. I would not recommend a friend to stay here.

Large bed, USB outlets on both sides of the bed, central lighting activated by room card, portable closet in the room, large common areas, plenty of room, parking place, amazing breakfast, good WiFi, very attentive staff, fan, heater and fridge in the room.

One of those rare cases where the actual property looks exactly as the photos. Everything was clearly recently remodeled, and colorful and beautiful. The common areas and rooms were comfortable, very clean and and well cared for. The night we stayed, the hotel had a special dinner option, which was a Spanish Menu. For $375 (pesos, which equals 6 usd today) we had a slice of Spanish tortilla, a large dish of paella (or rice with chicken), a dessert (churros or flan) and beverages. People from many other hotels and locals were coming and waiting to eat there, and we were surprised by the experience. Breakfast was basic but ok. Continental. Toasts, a few fruits, yogurt, coffee, tea, juices. Nothing to write home about but sufficient.

The rooms have windows that open to the sidewalk, so people could potentially look into the room (there are bars, so there is not a security issue). This was a minor thing though, and we just closed the windows and used the AC for ventilation.

Great hotel, comfortable rooms and common areas. Secure parking for our motorcycle. Short walk into the town centre. Staff aware foreigners don't pay IVA tax so no issues on check out.
