La suite est entièrement meublée et la cuisine est entièrement équipée. Nous fournissons tous les draps et serviettes de plage. Nous avons également des chaises de plage, des parasols, des Boogie Boards, des jouets de sable et 2 planches de surf partagés avec d'autres locataires.
Il n'y a pas de moquette - juste des sols en porcelaine luxueux. Comptoirs de quartz en dalle, douches européennes Hans Grohe Rain, laveuse et sécheuse dans l’unité. Avons-nous mentionné la salle de jeux? Flipper, jeux vidéo, babyfoot et jeu de palets.
La suite Surf (2 chambres / 2 salles de bain) peut être louée indépendamment ou combinée à la suite Sand (1 chambre / 1 salle de bain) pour créer une suite de 3 chambres / 3 salles de bain.
Il est interdit de fumer partout sur les lieux.
Très bien situé - nous ne sommes pas "près de Carlsbad" ni "près de la plage" - nous sommes à Carlsbad sur la plage! Marcher un bloc à l'ouest de la plage! We stayed in the surf unit. Like other reviews mentioned, this place was super clean and super comfortable and had everything that you could need for your stay in Carlsbad. We walked to the village several times, one time we walk down to offshore surf shop and rented a surfboard/wetsuit and walked back carrying boards, so it’s not too far. We enjoyed the game room as well and did use the showers when rinsing off our wet suits and boards. The place is just as described and there’s a lot of parking and very easy to get around. There’s a little table on the balcony where you can sit and have your morning coffee… Only a few houses down you are at the beach and there are amazing sunsets 🙌 will definitely be staying here again! Oh, and if you like good coffee, check out better Buzz coffee… I think that’s what it’s called lol.

We loved our stay. The apartment was clean and stocked with every day needs and really organized so it was easy to find everything. One plus was having en suite laundry. The location was near restaurants and the beach - couldn't have asked for more. The house is very quiet if you shut the windows and front door you can't hear any street noise at all. So perfect, we booked another month for next year.

Very pleased with our stay, location, and the Vacation in Carlsbad team. We stayed in SURF - upper middle door - and had enough room for two teens, hubby, and myself. Check in was a breeze as we finally arrived at 1:30 am and basically walked right in, travel weary, to a homey feel. I always bring basic cleaning supplies when we travel but did NOT need to use them - this is a first! Everything was spotless, clean, and well organized. Kitchen necessities, detergents, laundry, and high-end bathroom essentials were well stocked and easy to find. Place was decorated in a fun Cali vibe. Beds and pillows were comfortable to sleep with for the entire week. Beach was a very quick walk down the block, turn left to crosswalk, then down to the sand. If you aren't familiar, all traffic must stop when crosswalk lights are in use. Downtown Carlsbad was a short walk, down the block then turn right. Walk is 5-10 minutes to great food and fun shopping. Game room was fun but could use an update - pinball and foosball table could be replaced. We still enjoyed some evening time with the other games. Apparently there were other renters, but we didn't hear anything. No tv's, music, or even doors. The Vacation in Carlsbad team was friendly and introduced themselves when around. We would DEFINITELY book directly with the Vacation in Carlsbad team should we be lucky enough to visit Carlsbad again. If this is your first experience with rentals or Carlsbad vacationing, be sure to look up Vacation in Carlsbad and feel confident in choosing any of their locations.

Property is in a great location and was a short walk to the beach. We appreciated having two bedrooms and bathrooms. It is in a building with other units but we did not have any noice from the other people living there. The shed with beach supplies was great and our kids appreciated having everything there. Beds were comfortable and the unit was clean. Management was responsive. Would stay again.

Work/Play getaway
My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Surf apartment. It was perfectly clean, super comfortable, had everything we needed, and was walking distance to the beach and the town center. We were able to cook some meals and dine out at some truly amazing restaurants in Carlsbad. We will absolutely be staying here again! Highly recommend.

We have stayed in a number of S. Cal resort towns and Carlsbad is now my favorite. The property was less than one block from the beach. It is a short walk to the village. I didn't cook much but everything I needed was here. For unforeseen reasons, I traveled solo, but the place has two identical bedrooms and baths so is perfect for two couples or a family with kids. The apartment is fairly basic (i..e no hot tub, roof deck etc.), just as advertised in the pictures and a great comfortable clean place as home base. The key lock system is brilliant. Easy check-in, easy access--couldn't lock myself out. I had a wonderful time.

Great place and location
We celebrated a 50th birthday get away in the Surf suite. Everything was immaculate with the property and our suite. We had a party of 4 adults, and it was nice to each have individual matching king beds and baths. The common area was very nice, and the kitchen was great to work in. Had everything you would need minus the food and spices! Being 1 block to the beach and a short walk to the Village was a nice bonus also. We will be back!

Perfect
Really sharp place. Block from a not-crowded part of Tamarack beach. Half mile to all the stuff in the village - not too close and not too far. Not sure what more you could ask for.

Most relaxing, comfortable, and stress free vacation
We were a party of 5 ranging from 4 years old to 72 and the stay did not disappoint anybody. The surf suite was just a short walk to the beach and to the village of Carlsbad. The neighborhood was super quiet even on Labor Day weekend. Mary the property manager made us feel like we were family and was available to answer any questions. We will be back and we'll bring more family with us to rent out the the joining unit! Thank you VIC for a 5 star stay! P.S. Your beds are so incredibly comfortable.

Excellent condo.
Everything as advertised. Loved the individual controls for AC in each room and king beds. Parked the car and walked to downtown for shopping and eating as well as Coaster train to San Diego. Would highly recommend.

Great Carlsbad Vacation Location
Vacationed a week in the Surf Suite, our family loved it. Vacation in Carlsbad has literally thought of everything you need for a family trip to the beach. The multi unit rental is quite, safe, clean, well stocked, and a 5 minute walk from a very nice beach, and downtown Carlsbad. Also, less than a mile from the train station for a quick ride to San Diego attractions. The only negative I can think of is that all the kitchen knives were dull. So, bring one sharp knife and this will be a perfect vacation rental. Again, property managers do an awesome job, above and beyond.

Everything was perfect.
We really enjoyed our stay here. I loved the easy check in process and how clean and we'll stocked everything was, it was all so professional. The location is near perfect as well, just a very short walk to the beach and I never felt unsafe even going for a run after 10 pm.
The only thing I would suggest is, the porch light was really bright and the door has a huge window, lit up the whole place. Also, it comes with an air mattress for a fifth person but it lost air halfway through the night.
Overall we were extremely pleaseD and would stay here again in a heart beat.
