Notre maison dispose de trois chambres.
Chambre 1 - lit king size, salle de bain privée, télévision à écran plat.

La chambre 3 a un lit double, une petite chambre et partage la salle de bain.
Nous ne sommes qu'à un pâté de maisons de la place Hyde Park avec de nombreux excellents restaurants, bars, boutiques, super boulangerie, café et palais / yoga.
Un pâté de maisons d'une petite zone commerciale, Rookwood Commons. Centre-ville en seulement 10 minutes et facile à déplacer. L'université Xavier est à seulement 5 minutes en voiture et l'Université de Cincinnati est à 10 minutes. Le zoo de Cincinnati est très agréable et à seulement 10 min. L'aéroport de Greater Cincinnati / Northern Kentucky (CVG) est à environ 25 minutes en voiture. Nous sommes à 7 maisons de l'arrêt de bus qui vous emmène facilement au centre-ville.
Le quartier est sûr avec beaucoup de marcheurs et de coureurs. Vous êtes invités à traîner sur le patio extérieur ou le porche avant.

Beautiful house in Hyde Park, conveniently located to many things and central to the city. Communication with the owner was outstanding and the home is exactly as advertised. Our entire group (5 adults) was very happy with this property and we highly recommend.

Our family of six had a very comfortable stay at Connie's home over the Thanksgiving weekend. The house was roomy and we found the living area a great place to congregate, visit and watch football games on the wide screen TV. The kitchen was well equipped even though we didn't cook the Thanksgiving dinner, but ate at a relative's a couple of miles away. There was plenty of parking and we were close to restaurants and a well used walking trail. The day we arrived, we heard a smoke alarm chirping and Connie came over right away and fixed the problem. The noise was coming from an alarm on the third floor! The backyard looked inviting although it wasn't the season for sitting on the deck. If you come in the winter, pack a sweater. All the big windows let in a lot of light, but are also hard to insulate.We visit Cincinnati twice a year and would certainly return for a stay at Connie's.

This is a great house in a great location. Easy walk to Rookwood and Hyde Park Square. Nice front and rear porches, comfortable beds. We had a great stay and hope to be back.

Fabulous house! Everything just as described. The location is perfectly situated for touring Cincinnati and enjoying its museums and conservatory. And it's a delightful neighborhood. We took an evening stroll past shops, and enjoyed hearing the neighborhood's history from the friendly local fire station attendants. At the house, we thoroughly enjoyed our host's thoughtfulness -- from a stash of items you invariably forget to pack in the upstairs hallway to the well-equipped kitchen, which made cooking a breeze. We also enjoyed the privacy of the back porch and appreciated having a full set of outdoor furniture and grill too. We'll readily return and recommend to friends!

This was by far the best short-term rental we've found in the Hyde Park area of Cincinnati. The house is a great place to hang out, and it's on a quiet street, yet only a short walk from restaurants and stores. Everything went very very smoothly.

We loved our stay at this delightful property! The location was beautiful and within walking distance of Hyde Park Square which has wonderful restaurants and shops. The house was immaculate, comfortable, and had everything we needed and more. Communication with our host was also great. Everything went so smoothly from check-in to check-out. She even gave us a heads up on an event happening in the neighborhood. We hope to stay here again when our daughter graduates from CCM.

Perfect house and location!
This home worked out great for our three night stay! The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms downstairs were roomy and the front and back porches were perfect for hanging out. Walking distance to shopping and restaurants.
I would definitely stay there again!

Our stay was warm, comfortable, and worry free. We were able to communicate with the property owner easily and efficiently via text.
One warning: This is an old home (built in the 1940's?) with a steep stairwell, and there are no bathrooms on the lower level.
So if you have trouble managing stairs, you should beware. These are not easy stairs, even for young people.

Connie is a great host and very responsive when the need arose for questions. The house is very homey and comfortable, fully outfitted with cutlery, pots, pans, utensils, stemware, everything you need to create meals at home. Great stay!

Wonderful 100 year old home in Hyde Park neighborhood. Lovely home, clean, inviting and reasonable
We just spent a few days in this home and enjoyed the home. It was clean and inviting. The owner (Carrie) was lovely. No one had been in the house before us- so she offered to have us come in as early as we wanted. she also extended a late check out for us due to later in the day airport departures. We would rent it again- and for the price, we thought it was a good value- and close to shopping, restaurants and Hyde Park Square.

Great Location and Beautiful Home
Connie was an amazing hostess. She let us check-in early to her spectacular home close to shopping, restaurants and a local brewery. I grew up in Cincinnati and was returning for a baby shower. We walked to my childhood favorites LaRosa's and Graeter's. Connie's home gave us a peaceful stay and plenty of room to stretch out. We even played Yahtzee in her spacious living room. Connie provided the basics just like a hotel which was wonderful since my daughter forgot her toothbrush. I would love the opportunity to stay here again!

Lovely and comfortable house in an ideal location
We loved this house- spacious, clean, well-equipped and perfectly located. Additionally, Connie is a very responsive and helpful owner, which was much appreciated. We will stay here again if we travel to Cincinnati in the future.

Wonderful home and great location
We were in town for a family reunion. The house was lovely, the beds were extremely comfy, the kitchen was so well equipped, and the front and back yard was perfect for our grandkids to play. We will definitely ok this house the next visit to Cincinnati.
