This was our 2nd time staying at this rental & it is truly wonderful! We weren't sure what to expect due to Hurricane Ian, but the host was wonderful! Very up front, honest and the communication was amazing! The property is beyond beautiful - has everything you could possibly need and the beach is just steps away! Can't wait until our next visit!

We were scheduled to stay 9 night but, thanks to hurricane Ian, we were forced to evacuate after our 3rd night. Cathrine was wonderful about everything. I was glad to hear that the Place went thru the hurricane without damage. We will be back for a vacay do over!!!

We totally enjoyed the time we spent at this property.

My husband and I came down with our infant for our anniversary with the hopes of seeing sea turtles. The property did NOT disappoint. The views from the bedroom and porch are spectacular and you really can’t be any closer to the ocean than this. There were many sea turtle nests in view and at the end of our stay, we did in fact get to see a hatchling make it’s journey to the ocean. We can’t wait to come back and bring the rest of our kids. The house has a lovely beach cottage vibe and it’s perfect for a beach getaway! If you love the ocean, amazing views and a cozy place to sleep, this is the place for you!

Another amazing week at the beach. Everything we needed and Catherine is very quick to respond to any questions. Saw the early morning turtle patrol help baby turtles to the water,, relaxing on the beautiful beach, and amazing sunsets in the evening. It was great.

This property was great for a family of three plus grandma for a long weekend. We had sufficient space, everything was well-stocked. Obviously an older.property so don't expect the Taj Mahal but very cute, charming space with beautiful Gulf views. Owner was very communicative and helpful.

We had a great time! Quiet, relaxing, and loved the seclusion. We are not big crowd people and this beach was perfect for us, especially since it was the week before a big holiday. Thanks for a great experience.

This is old time Florida. Very much a beach house. (4 units). As close to the beach a you could be. Most everything you could want for soaking up the sun and being near the water. Peaceful and not a crowded area. We had a very pleasant stay.

We absolutely loved this property! The decor was cute beach and ocean decor. The views from the screened in balcony and the dining room was awesome! Shelling galore! We found so many shells and even shark teeth! Sunset views are beautiful. We even saw a dolphin swim by one morning. We will definitely be coming back!

We stayed here a few months back and loved so much we had to come back. If you are looking for a relaxing place to unwind by the ocean then this is a must! We will be back!

Despite the red tide limiting our time in the water and on the beach, my husband and I had such a nice stay. The location couldn't be any more perfect, with the beach just steps away. The sunsets were amazing! The beach area was not busy at all, so it was very laid-back and relaxing. We found many unique shells and some shark's teeth as well. I loved the screened in porch where you can just sit and enjoy the sound of the waves. I would definitely recommend and would love to come back some day.

My 18 yr old wanted to return to Manasota Key, she was 13 when she first stayed there. So for her post graduation trip, I found this place since where we stayed before was not available. We were not disappointed. It is a beautiful place to stay and you never want leave except for groceries. The condo had a “beach cottage” feel to it. It was clean and check in was just knowing a code and walking in. We never met with anyone but had a number in case of emergency. It had everything we needed and what it didn’t provide, we had brought. I would recommend this place to anyone. If you’re looking for a luxury condo, this is not for you but if you want clean and right on the beach, you won’t find a more perfect location. Our downstairs neighbors were fantastic and we loved getting to know them. We had everything we needed there for the beach except good beach chairs and the local store was charging $89 for one so we made do with the two we brought and what was offered. My family will definitely be back.

Great communication with the owner. Found lots of shark teeth on the beach and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets when weather allowed. Had issues with ants getting into our food on kitchen cabinets Such as cookies, chips etc even though we had packages closed so we had to throw some of the food away. None of the electrical plugs in the bathroom work and the bathroom sink was very slow to drain. Washer and dryer are coin operated so bring lots of quarters. Overall, we enjoyed our trip and the great location of the condo and the beautiful clear water beach.

If you are looking for a relaxing stay with a great location then look no further! This place is perfect for a small family looking for a beach vacation. The place is clean and well appointed and the owner is super to work with. We spent three days here fishing, collecting sharks teeth and shells and just plain relaxing. We live on the east coast of Florida and the Gulf side is a very nice change of pace for us. We will be back for sure!

My family and I stayed a week in this cute unit in 2021. We've been coming here and staying in this unit since the kids were little. It is right on the beach, which we love. Cathrine has always been very kind and helpful if there is an issue. The unit/property is clean and well furnished. There is a beach deck a few steps from the unit. I always wake early grab my cup of coffee and sit out on the deck so I can watch the dolphin make their run down the coast. The walk to Stump Pass is always a must every time we come. The wildlife and shelling have always been in abundance. It is about a 30-minute drive to Gasparilla Island and Boca Grande where there is a lighthouse if you wish to do a little sightseeing. It's definitely worth the drive. We have always enjoyed staying here.

Family had a nice time staying here. The gulf view was fabulous. The table/desk in the screen room was great for teenagers doing virtual homework! Check in was easy! Beds/pillows were not very comfy though. We headed to Walmart and purchased an air bed for our son to sleep on, so that helped with the situation for him. Since drove, we were able to bring our own pillows. One thing to point out was that the couch was uncomfortable as well as dirty and old. That was the one issue we had in the evening when we wanted to watch a family movie before bed, and nobody wanted to sit on it. The kitchen was fully stocked. There was everything we could have needed to make meals at home should we had wanted to do so. There were more pros than cons for us. Catherine was great to work with. Extremely responsive.

Perfect getaway on the beach. All the things you would expect from a beach front rental, clean, comfortable, kitchen with all the amenities, great view, spectacular sunsets, beach walks.

I always take my kids somewhere different for spring break. We have been to Siesta Key, Amelia Island, Clear Water and Fort Myers. This year I found this condo on Manasota Key. It is our absolute favorite place we have stayed so far!!! We loved the old Florida feel of Manasota Key! It has a few restaurants, beach store and a convenient store and that’s about it. The condo was absolutely amazing! When I walked in the first thing I saw was a huge window that perfectly framed the beach and beautiful blue water. The condo is literally right on the beach! We ate dinner on the screened in porch every night watching the sunset, that we could see perfectly from the porch! The condo was comfortably decorated and felt very homey. The room on the beach side had a queen bed and another huge window that overlooked the beach. I could hear the waves breaking from my bed every night. The kitchen was fully stocked. A lot of the places we have stayed just give one roll of toilet paper, paper towels or one extra trash bag. This condo had plenty supply of everything. They had beach chairs and floats in the shed outside and tons of beach towels inside. The owner was so easy to work with and responded to me quickly with any questions. If you have an opportunity to rent this place jump on it. You will not be disappointed!

We loved this condo. Right on the beach and walking distance to restaurants/bars. Beautiful sunsets of the gulf from our porch! Would definitely want to go back!

We had an awesome vacation here on Manasota Key. We loved the beach which was right outside our door! We could walk right outside our door and start our search for shark teeth. This condo is walking distance from several restaurants or you can grab the free shuttle!!We walked to Stump Pass State Park and to yoga on the beach. The sunsets from the deck on the beach are amazing! We had a wonderful vacation and hope to make this a yearly tradition!The owner was very helpful and friendly. She responded quickly to all my emails, texts, and calls! Thanks Catherine! We loved our stay!

Stayed here for a week with my husband. My Grandmother moved to Englewood back in 1972 and I have stayed at a lot of places on the beach there. Our condo was super clean and very well stocked. We loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing in. It was also so nice to step right outside and walk a few steps to the water. We will definitely stay here again. The owners are super sweet and get back to you very quickly if you have questions

I stayed with my wife and 4 year old son. This house was clean and had an amazing view of the Gulf from the patio! Can't wait to stay again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was awesome, and the accomodations were great. The kids found plenty to do on the beach, and sunsets in the evening were most enjoyable.

Just returned from a weekend at Sunset view Condo,on Englewood Beach, it was amazing. Was so impressed with the decor, so beach-y. The extras provided were exceptional. Everything except your toothbrush. Will definetly be returning to same....
