Needed a lot of attention. Sunroom was unusable due to the musty smell. Fridge also had a stale smell. Could not figure out how to use fireplace, need basic instruction sheet. Overall needs maintenance and upgrading, paint etc. would not use this site again ... had much better results with VRBO.

The location and the amount of space. Having both a deck & a sunroom was nice.

This was a comfortable spacious unit. Conveniently located to beaches and entertainment.

Was very disappointed to learn the pool was an additional fee, $8 pp per day. No where was this disclosed in the property details or the reservation information. I inquired with vacasa about possibility of getting passes or reimbursement, no response.

The house was very nice and included almost everything you need to enjoy a home away from home. The area was nice.

There are somethings in the house that could have been touched up before we arrived but that wouldn’t keep me from returning. The twin size bed wasn’t the best to sleep in. It wouldn’t be a bad idea to probably upgrade it.
