Le condo de 1800 pieds carrés en bord de mer a une grande salle qui comprend une cuisine entièrement équipée avec tous les nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable, des comptoirs en granit partout, un bar de petit déjeuner assis et une salle à manger attenante à un grand salon joliment aménagé avec beaucoup de sièges et de nouveaux meubles tout au long de. Vous avez votre propre laveuse et sécheuse dans la buanderie. Profitez de la vue depuis vos grands balcons privés sur votre chambre principale et votre salon donnant sur l'océan et les îles environnantes. 1800 pieds carrés offrent beaucoup d'espace pour la détente et le rajeunissement. Profitez de la nouvelle salle d'exercice. Vous avez également une belle piscine à débordement en bord de mer avec bar swim-up à quelques pas. Votre condo peut accueillir 8 personnes, ce qui est idéal pour les grandes familles ou un groupe d'amis. This place was absolutely perfect and gorgeous. The pictures were spot on but in person its even better. The view was amazing the room wonderful and very clean the beds were so comfy and the staff- wow! I cannot say how wonderful Richard is at the pool and Kevin at the restaurant and Janis at the front desk were to name a few. But honestly all the staff that we encountered there was so friendly. Looking forward to our next year's trip already. Thank you Andrea for this amazing place being so friendly and being so easy to work with

Awesome view and one of the nicest and clean place I have stayed in. Highly recommend especially if you are looking for quit relaxing place to unwind. Great pool and large.

The condo was excellent. The resort is still recovering from the damage from the weather. Once this is all complete it will return to the luster of the past.

Beautiful New Condo and Friendly, Accomodating Staff
This property is coming back even better than before. The island was hit hard by Irma, but the smiles and hearts of the people there show they are so happy we came. Dawn Beach Club was relaxing and we enjoyed the infinity pool and beach so much. We ordered food right at the pool bar and they serve great drinks too. We had three couples so the 3 King bedrooms were perfect. We had a tv in each bedroom and all could enjoy the living area comfortably together. The ocean views were so beautiful watching the sun come up and the sailboats going by. We enjoyed both the Dutch side and French side during our stay. We can’t wait to get back there.

The 6 of us had the time of our lives living in luxourious comfort - we fealt like royalty. Fantastic restaurants abound and the scenery on the island is magnificant. Customer service at the condo was first class - the pool glorious! We definately will do this condo again!
