Il ya deux rois et 1 Lit Queen dans 3 ch, l'un étant un maître avec salle de bain privée et terrasses, plus un canapé-lit dans le salon, lits superposés pour 2 et un futon dans la salle de séjour à l'étage pour 2 personnes. Grande cuisine avec coin qui ouvre au dépistage dans la piscine chauffée avec plus de 2000 pieds carrés de terrasse assis. Terrain privé en cul-de-sac. Cour clôturée avec ouverture à l'arrière de la porte pour sauvegarder la route directement dans la communauté Mer et une passerelle vers les plages, boutiques et restaurants. Impossible de se rapprocher de la plage sans payer pour la plage. Service de chaise de plage gratuit fourni de mars à octobre (4 chaises, 2 tables et 2 parapluies mis en place tous les jours, comparer à 500 $ par semaine). Two Scoops was perfect for our group. The golf cart was great. The location was perfect. So close to the beach. Having a pool was a must. The pool heater came in handy one night due to the drop in outside temperature. I forgot it was pet friendly and didn't bring my beagle. I loved the dog photo board upon entry.

We've been vacationing in the Destin/30A area for the past 10 years and had yet to find the place that was perfect for the entire family until this year. The spacious home, layout and location was exactly what we needed. Kitchen was large and well supplied. The second fridge was a nice bonus! The living area next the the covered pool and kitchen was so convenient. The garage was large enough to park our Tahoe plus the owner supplied GEM cart. The master bath and bedroom was really too big (but my wife loved it). The owner was easy to deal with and resolved a couple of small issues within a day which was super impressive and appreciated.
All in all the perfect place for us. Will be looking forward to coming back to this spot or one of the owners other properties.

We stay in this area twice a year and this has been my favorite house yet! The house is spacious, clean, has awesome amenities…I can’t say enough good things about the house. The pool is great (we love that it’s heated) and the golf cart was really nice. The parking is just a little tight but we had 2 Yukon XL’s and were able to park both in the driveway. No complaints over anything. My entire family agreed this has been the best house yet and we can’t wait to stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at Two Scoops so much. The house is lovely--beautiful just as the pictures show and in a really great location. The beach is a less than five minute walk away. Seaside is a mile away. We were able to do some excursions in Destin and Grayton Beach with a short car ride. The golf cart is very handy. There is a Publix a mile away and many restaurants close (in both directions on 30A), so it was great for those things. There are plenty of beach and pool toys, and also many bikes. The only issue we ran into was that my 9 year old couldn't ride any of the bikes as they're all adult sized. She's very tall, and rides a smaller adult bike at home, but the bikes were all still just a tad too big for her. That's not a fault of the house though. The pool was a perfect size for our group of 6. The two kids spent so much time out there. We would come back here in a heartbeat!

The description of the property and it's location were accurate. This home is truly a gem! The bright, cheery kitchen had wonderful appliances & well equipped for cooking all the wonderful seafood available from close by markets.
The neighborhood was private, quiet. The home was truly clean as was the heated pool. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were wonderful.
It's a short walk to the easily accessible beach. Having bikes and a golf cart was icing on the cake! The host has truly thought of everything!
We're definitely thinking of returning here!

Photos don't capture the gem that this house is for families. Truly the kitchen was better equipped than most homes...the beds were comfy and the pool was a HUGE hit for kids. Lots of space on patios to relax. The use of a golf cart was an added bonus. Wonderful experience, we were ready to book again but it was already snatched up. Even the location on a cul-de-sac was perfect!

Truly enjoyed our stay!! Beautiful home, fully stocked kitchen utensils and cookware, neat clean and plenty of room! Close walk to the beach! The observation deck on the 3rd floor was amazing to catch the stars in the sky!

This house is very spacious! Has own pool and fenced in backyard. Very private. Situated in a small neighborhood. Has a great location, but Is located across the street from the beach. Comes with a golf cart, so that helps tremendously if you have elderly adults or small kids that you need to take tons of stuff to the beach. It’s too far in my opinion to lug it all by walking. 1 mile or less to seaside. Close to other restaurants as well. Great walking paths to walk dogs. We would stay there again!

The house was everything the website promised. Beautiful with plenty of room for all. The perfect home away from home! We had the best time and nobody was ready to leave. The neighborhood was quiet and held the privacy we prefer while only being a mile away from all the fun of Seaside. We will definitely be back!

July 4th Trip
We enjoyed our stay at 2Scoops. The location to the beach is amazing. Just a short walk out the back gate and you are there. Having the golf cart was so handy to zip to dinner and the bikes made for a fun evening. Lots of beach stuff to use and jumping in the pool after a day at the beach was great. Would highly recommend this beach house!

Great Neighborhood
The house was very nice and in a great neighborhood close to the beach. It was also great to have the pool. Golf cart was really handy to have, and the kids loved it.
It would have been nice if the kitchen had some nicer pots & pans and better knives.
I wish the bunk beds were upstairs and the double bed downstairs. That way if adults sleep in that double bed they could have their own bathroom. Plus, the younger kids could be by their parents' upstairs. We wouldn't let them sleep down there alone because of the pool. So, they have to sleep on the floor or mom, or dad had to sleep downstairs on the bunkbeds.
Overall, it worked out great for us.

2 family weeklong getaway
We had 2 families of 4 people for a total of 8 people stay comfortably in this beautiful home. Beds were comfortable, plenty of towels, and bonus there were some beach towels as well. Kids enjoyed the pool on afternoons we got home from the beach. We were pleasantly surprised to find there were some basic pantry items like spices and salt and pepper. The backyard exit and wooded path to the beach was a nice walk and under 5 minutes to get to the beach. We would absolutely stay here again! Thanks for a lovely stay.

There is a rotted plank in the walkway by the lanai that one of us tripped on, a brick was sticking out unevenly in the pool area, the door handle to the garage door came off, two fans aren't working on the back porch which needs painting, the electrical switches in the bedroom bath upstairs don't work right, there was water damage in the ceiling in the family room and the wifi worked intermittently which was frustrating. All in all it was a good house, just needs some loving care and maintenance.

The house was as described. It was plenty of room for 4 of us and our dog. We loved the short walk to the beach and walking to local restaurants/shops. The neighborhood was quiet which gave it a relaxing feel. Highway 30A and this house might turn into our new vacation destination.

The location was great for walking over to the beach, walking, riding bikes or taking golf cart to Seaside and Watercolor! Short car ride to downtown Santa Rosa and easy drive to Baytown Wharf. Very close to grocery store, liquor store and restaurants. It was nice to have the pool in the backyard and all the porches were wonderful. The icing on the cake was having two refrigerators!
