Construit à l'origine par le propriétaire de la station, il a sauvé le meilleur emplacement et les vues dans le complexe de 650 acres pour construire sa maison de ville personnelle pour sa famille. Le cadre est à couper le souffle! Superbes vues sur le lac, la plage, le canal du port et un coucher de soleil spectaculaire chaque nuit. C'est le couvent de toutes les commodités de la station mais pourtant très privé. Aucun doute, quant à savoir pourquoi c'est le meilleur emplacement à Izatys.
La maison de ville a de nombreuses améliorations «uniques», comme de grandes baies vitrées, une terrasse privée / patio, foyer au bois en pierre. et une cuisine gastronomique dispose d'appareils de style professionnel et de comptoirs en granit.

We stayed here with our 5, 3, and 1 year old and it was great. Steve had games and movies on hand. We were just across the street from the pool and had a great view of the lake from the panoramic window view from the living room. Awesome patio where we ate our dinners. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone.

Comfortable home with nice view and outside space. The owner communicated with us about things to do in the area and local restaurants. We enjoyed our weekend visit!

We had a great time at this beach villa for our wedding anniversary. In fact, within an hour of arriving we got to witness a lakeside wedding right from the patio! The villa is just as described with nice furnishing, a kitchen stocked with lovely Fiesta ware, and fantastic views from almost every room! We enjoyed two great sunsets and watching boats going through the channel. It made a great home base for exploring the state parks.

We really enjoyed our stay at the unit which was very attractive and comfortable. There were many large windows to view the lake and a screened in porch which served as a great play and sitting area. We had waterfront and side yards and were within eyesight of a great beach for throwing rocks and skipping stones, which was enjoyed by kids and adults alike. A nice restaurant and outdoor pool were very close, as were beautiful pickle ball and tennis courts, and a play area for the kids. There was a full kitchen and a well stocked grocery store and excellent bakery about 10 minutes away. A loon showed up some days and a family of geese was also at home on the lake, as well as a variety of duck families. Nice sunset views across the lake, and many stars were visible on dark clear nights.

Great Family Getaway!
The location was excellent (corner unit closest to the pool and marina!), accommodations were superb, infrastructure & grounds were perfect for a wide variety of activities (golf, pickle ball, pool and marina), and the staff were friendly.

Great unit (only one with private patio overlooking lake) . Golf course is awesome; challenging and fun. Fantastic mountain biking nearby in Milaca and 45 min away in Crosby/Ironton.

Overall this was a great getaway for us. The convenience of the pool, and lodge being close by was great.
Beautiful views of the lake from inside the Villa's large windows.
The kids had a great time swimming in the pool, and fishing off the pontoon.
The owner seems like a nice guy.
The only issues we came across were lots of spiders & webs inside the Villa along with Cobb webs. When I got home and unpacked my keurig coffee maker a spider 🕷 ran out from underneath.
This place could use a deep interior and exterior cleaning.
I still love Izaty's resort and will return soon. 😘

Location is fabulous! Right across from the pool and lodge. This unit has a wonderful deck with great views of the lake. Highly recommend.

Writing Retreat
Such a quiet place to come for rest and rejuvenation after a long academic year. The waves from the lake are soothing and helped fade the angst of the year. Lovely outdoor and indoor accommodations. We hope to do future writing retreats here. Mayflies were horrible at this time of year, but that is nature. Owners were very hospitable and welcoming.

We had a wonderful week at Steve’s property. Of all the VRBOs we’ve done, this was the best. The kitchen is so well appointed, beds are comfortable, just all around wonderful.

We had a great view of the lake from 2 sides of the condo.
Everything was very nice and clean on the interior. Plenty of extras like games, DVD's, map of the lake, spices in the spice rack and even had a nice bottle of wine. We will be back.

Some issues but great location
We really enjoyed the views and the amenities at Izatys Resort. The complementary bottle of wine was a nice touch. Our questions were answered promptly.
We found the town home unit to be well appointed and the layout was perfect. The views of the lake from this unit and the patio were beautiful.
One thing that was unsatisfactory however was the seeming lack of cleanliness. The microwave was dirty and there were cobwebs and bugs in the corners of the kitchen and other areas of the unit including light fixtures. There also seem to be a lot of dust on surfaces and there were stains on the comforters. For the price paid, I was expecting things to be a bit more tidy.
We were never able to get the Wi-Fi to work. Even after several attempts using the password provided by the owner and resetting the router.
The fan in the master bathroom wasn’t working. We were told the heater for the main outdoor pool was working but we arrived to find out that it was actually broken. So it was too uncomfortable to swim for long. The indoor pool though small, was nice and warm.
If a deep cleaning was done we would definitely be interested in returning. Disappointingly, I contacted the owner following our visit but didn’t hear back.

Great Labor Day getaway with the family
The other reviews of this unit are spot on! It really is the best location at the resort...close to the marina, pool, restaurant, and golf course. And of course the lake is just steps outside your door.
The unit itself was comfortable, clean, and the perfect size for the 4 adults and 2 kids in our group. The owner, Steve, was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would definitely book here again!

Perfect midsummer getaway
We spent 3 days and I didn’t want to go home. The townhome was well equipped with everything we needed for fun and relaxation. You won’t be disappointed!

Great views and amenities
It was great being so close the water as well as being just across the street from the resort's pool, marina and pro shop. The owners were very responsive and provided helpful suggestions of things to do in the area. We liked it so much we wanted to extend our trip a day longer but the unit was already booked.
