Le condo est une unité au rez-de-chaussée avec deux lits queen et offre, WIFI, câble avec 3 télévisions grand écran, terrasse extérieure, piscine extérieure / jacuzzi (veuillez noter que la piscine est ouverte du 1er avril au 1er novembre), espace de stationnement assigné, marche aux restaurants et bars. Condo très propre comprenant de nouveaux comptoirs en granit, de nouvelles armoires, des appareils en acier inoxydable et une laveuse sécheuse. Belle cheminée à bois véritable pour le confort. Emplacement calme et serein. Ceci est une unité non-fumeur / sans animaux. Il est permis de fumer sur la terrasse.

Good location for us on this family adventure. The hosts were kind and responsive via text.
Adequate facilities, yet there's room for improvement in a few areas : loose cords became tripping hazard in bedroom. Cables haphazardly hanging from tvs detracted from the neat appearance presented. Shower faucet was difficult to adjust without getting a blast of cold water because of fixed shower door.

It was a very comfortable place. Host communicated the day of the stay with access code and instructions. Only issue was with microwave not working and found out it was being replaced the day we left...oh well. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay, quiet safe neighborhood with close access to convenience store and churches. It was a great choice rather than staying in the strip. Great communication from the property manager and the place was very clean. I would highly recommend.

From start to finish the stay was awesome the unit was spacious neat clean and well maintained it was located ground level for easy access the parking area was well lite and close to the entrance door Our hosts provided us with a cell number so reaching them was easy even on thanksgiving day ,there was a minor appliance problem and Ms B answered the text promptly offered to find a repairman but didn't believe she would be successful for that day It was not necessary and we were able to solve the problem via text.Our host did every thing possible to make our stay worry free providing easy access to unit concise detailed written instructions on all features ie tv's and thermostat.Although we have stayed at many VRBO'S this has been the best and we would rate the unit and owners AA plus

This place is perfect for 2 couples - two bedrooms and two bathrooms and laundry provided. Showers were good - plenty of water pressure and hot water. Great location - easy access to everything and neighborhood felt safe. We made several trips to Red Rock Canyon - about a 20 minute drive. There is a 6 cup coffee maker and a Keurig. Kitchen had everything we needed. The couch is different than the picture - still a sectional and very comfortable. No area rug on the floor. Beds were good and we did not have issues with internet or noise from Vegas Blvd. Nice quiet complex with close parking to the unit. Owners were very good about communication and great to work with. We would stay here again!

The property was clean and quiet! We were on the go most of the time but it was nice to relax at night. The only thing I would recommend is to furnish soap and shampoo, but other than that it was a good place to stay! I would recommend it!

This is a very clean, comfortable, vacation rental. The owners have thought about everything one may need - even before you realize it. The pool is very private and warm. The jets on the jacuzzi are strong and powerful..
And when you think you may need a special kind of coffee or tea, sugar etc. the owners have already provided a variety that is really helpful for travelers who may not have access to a car to drive around and buy the things themselves. Those Uber costs were kept low because almost every tiny item that I may need to drive out and buy had been thoughtfully provided by the owners of this vacation rental. Even shower gel and an abundance of clean towels .
Also the TV provided had Netflix Hulu and all the regular entertainment apps .
My 16 year old felt the Wifi was slow - but it was good enough for me to watch Netflix, though not fast enough for certain video games. But that meant he spent more time enjoying the pool and the jacuzzi with family which is what vacations are for

We have a large vehicle and didn't want it parked at a resort on the strip. So we rented this unit. We felt safe here and the property was nice and clean. Theres a 7-11 on the same block for treats and gas, coffee nearby, shopping. Great location one of the better areas in Vegas. We had a great time. Highly recomend.

We enjoy cycling and walking in warm dry climes during the rainy, cold months in the NW. The 2 bedroom coco was perfect. We loved the location with walkability to Albertson’s,, Winco, Trader Joe’s, The Real Crepe Cafe, Shadow Hills Church, and a huge park complex. We felt safe and bike paths were abundant. People in the complex were friendly, and the family above us was quiet. There was road noise on Vegas Blvd. it was greatly diminished during the night time. Kim and Brian were great, we needed to make a change in our original dates and they were very accommodating, easily reached via text or phone. We would stay there again and recommend it to others without hesitation.

This place doesn't disappoint - looked just like the photos, if anything a little better. Very central in Las Vegas - easy to get to everything. Rooms are spacious, and the beds were comfy. Good kitchen supplies for the bit of eating we did in the condo. The pool and hot tub were also quite enjoyable.

This was a ideal condo for our Las Vegas vacation. No hotel hassles. The laundry facilities were great. The beds were comfortable. Only negative was the price increase months after we booked.

The host got back to us quickly and easy to chat with. The place was easy to find and nice with the two separate bathrooms and bedrooms. It was good having a kitchen to cook our meals but needs some dish rags or drying rags. The kitchen wasn't the cleanest with lots of sticky stuff and dirty finger prints on the handles and cupboards we had to wipe down. The couch also had crumbs on it that we had to clean. It's close to the road so you can hear the cars going by at night just to be aware if you are a light sleeper. Overall we rate this place a 4 star with having to clean and the noise at night.
