The condo was very spacious and had just about all items needed for our stay. Bath soap not provided so make sure to bring your own. The location was awesome, great access to the beach (although the weather did not cooperate during our stay - cold and rainy), restaurants, bars, ice cream and shops all within walking distance. The trolley was great to jump on to visit St. Pete and Clearwater and everything in between. For the one day we sat at the beach, the beach chairs offered were very rusty and ripped. We would definitely stay here again.

We loved the location and the accommodations. We were able to walk to many restaurants for delicious meals and a variety of Happy Hours.
We enjoyed many walks along the gorgeous beach and the pool area was easily accessible and very welcoming. We used the BBQ two times during our visit as well.
Our condo was large, clean and very well equipped. Four very nice bedrooms and three bathrooms was key for our visit.
The communications with Sue were easy and very prompt.
We would definitely use Long Key again.

Huge condo! Plenty of space for all of us to spread out. Well equipped kitchen, beach towels, games, etc. Sue was very responsive and great to work with!

We had family coming together from different areas and there were only two parking spaces. There were no recommendations for alternate parking from the management. Overall the condo was nice. The kitchen was outdated and the dining chairs had cracks and worn areas in the seats. The water flow in the kitchen sink was low. A roach was seen on the first day, but not any other time. The storage box for beach furniture was broken and the furniture was very sandy as it had been put away without cleaning. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice. The floor in the master bedroom had sand on it and would get on your feet after a shower. The living area was good ;however, there were not enough seating for the nine people as specified for maximum occupancy. Washer and dryer worked very well. The finish on the dining table was very sensitive to warm paper plates being placed on it and plate would stick to the table. Appliances worked well. Occasionally, the front door would not open properly after inserting the code. The screens on the sliding glass doors would not work properly. The number of bathrooms was excellent. The unit was very noisy with traffic and emergency vehicles. Need to consider installing hurricane windows which would mask some of the noise.

Nice roomy place for 8 adults but had a few hiccups while there.
Had a few cockroaches visit the kitchen 2 different mornings, AC stopped working for a day and the water shut off for 1/2 day. The owner responded quickly and addressed the issues so we we’re thankful and had a very nice time overall.
Good spot with lots to do.

The building is 2 levels and has 2 large units in it. The unit is on the top floor, so be prepared to lug all your stuff upstairs. The unit was very nice. There were 7 adults in our group and we were all able to sit down and enjoy time together.
The 5th day we were there, we ended up without hot water. We contacted the property manager who was very responsive. The next morning the plumber was there fixing the problem.
The 2 negatives of the place….there are 2 parking spaces assigned to the unit. One of the spaces has the outdoor storage unit in it, which makes parking very difficult. The other issue is the beach chairs and umbrellas provided are cheap and old. We brought our own chairs and umbrella’s and we’re thankful we did.

The condo was spacious for our 2 families and was stocked with everything we may have needed. We enjoyed the pool and beach and was great to use the condos beach chairs and beach toys. Also loved to be walking distance to a CVS, ice cream, and restaurants. The only downside was the unit below us complained about the noise from our littles (we had ages 1, 2, 3, 4 & 6) - we tried to keep this at a minimum but felt we were always scolding the kids and worrying about this for the remainder of the week.

We had a great stay at this property. The property manager was accessible and very responsive to our questions. The property is accurately depicted in the pictures. The unit was very spacious for our family of 7 adults. We enjoyed the shared pool and beach. You can see the coffee and ice cream shops from the entrance to the unit. It's less than a 5 minute walk to Crabby Bill's for a drink at the outside bar with live music. Yes, there are steps to this upstairs unit and some road noise, but it didn't detract from our enjoyment of the property.

This property was perfect for traveling with children. Location was close to everything, pool was heated to a great temperature, beach was footsteps away and the condo itself was VERY well stocked to allow us to cook, and feel at home. We arrived to find everything perfectly cleaned and ready for us to begin our vacation. The property manager was great answering any questions we had. We would definitely rent again.

The condo was so spacious, the pictures did not do it justice! And the home was equipped with EVERYTHING you could possibly need. The weather wasn't the best but with all the space and board games, we still had a great time. The check in process was super easy and Sue was best with the communication. We are already planning to stay there again. I will say that there are 4 flights of stairs to go up so be prepared. But it helped me to get my daily exercise in!

Property has a great little heated pool and is maybe 50 yards to the beach. All the tenants and other renters are sweet. Unit is a large size and was great for 7 people. Rooms have plenty of space so you don't feel like you are living on top of each other. The only complaint we had was the grill burners did not all work, the dishes were put away dirty from the last guest, so we had to wash everything before use. The master bathroom had someone else's hair on the shower wall, and the porch rail was secured by straps. Lastly be ready for the stairs lol there are 30 of them to get to the front door.
Overall, this is a nice unit, just some little details were missed I think.

We had the BEST time staying at this property. We travelled from Scotland after spending the first 12 days in Orlando. We booked Indian Rocks Beach for a little chill time before returning home to the cold. We came with another family and there was more than ample space for 8 people. The home is exceptionally clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds are the comfiest we have stayed in. You can’t beat having the beach as your back garden. We took advantage of the property pool too, which was ideal. The area in general is fantastic. So many restaurants on your doorstep. We loved Crabby Bills, VIP Mexican and Villa Gallace where we had the pleasure of meeting the lovely owner (who shared a passion for Scotland) and WWE wrestler Hulk Hogan. We hope to come again, although next time we will definitely stay longer. I can’t recommend this place enough. Thank you for sharing your home with us. We won’t ever forget it.

We did bring our own towels (always do), but it seemed there would have been efficient amount. Only negative was the dryer would not dry clothes properly. Overall a good stay. Bathrooms could use upgrade and more towels. Downstairs guests were noisy late - had to complain and it was quickly handled. Not enough insulation so road noise and downstairs guests were a little annoying

Very laid community. The unit was a great fit for our family vacation. Would definitely use this unit again. The only thing I would complain about would be the road noise from the busy intersection right in front of this unit. Can’t control that thou.

My family and I had such a great time in the beautiful waters and beach. The condo was clean and had many staples for use in the first few days which was great. The partial view was nice and the sunset was absolutely gorgeous. The property Manager was nothing short of amazing. I would highly recommend. I look forward to next year.

The showers had mold in them (which I literally sprayed once and it cleared up some,which says a lot). And the tub that I was super excited to relax my pregnant body in was disgusting. Other than that, great location, convenient, and comfortable enough for a 7 day stay with everything you’d need to enjoy a family vacation.

Eight adults and an infant enjoyed our week together at Island Sands 102. The condo had everything we needed and a few things (for baby) that we didn't realize we'd like to have. We enjoyed long walks on the beach and along the gulf drive. Plenty of places for great carryout and short trips to the grocery store. The condo complex is small with very warm and friendly neighbors. We had a great stay.
