Great view and close to the beach. Extremely clean and ready for our visit. Towels were super soft. A couple of safety concerns — many dishes were chipped and outdoor handle of patio is badly corroded and cut one of our family member’s hand. You can’t find a better location !!

Everything was wonderful! The master bed was a little soft, but I would give the unit a 55 star!

This property was amazingly comfortable for our family birthday trip to Seaside. It was close to everything and the view was incredible! This property does show a little wear and tear, but it's a rental property and to be expected. Fabulous view condo!

Extremely clean location with a fantastic view. Some updates needed to maintain the property (blinds, coffee maker, dishwasher) but very well appointed for the most part. Probably just needs some items replaced others have removed from the kitchen area like measuring spoons and cups

Cute, clean condo with very comfortable beds. Could use more silverware but that is very minor as everything else was flawless.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at this property - and in Seaside. The view of the beach from the condo was stunning. The accommodations were generous and, best of all, exactly as advertised. And that gas fireplace? It was a real plus on cooler mornings and evenings! Our stay in the area was relaxed and rejuvenating, and we're already looking forward to our next visit to the Oregon coast. Thanks!

The view was outstanding. The property was clean and comfortable. The location is convenient to local restaurants and shops. Walking along the promenade by the beach each day is definitely a bonus. The kitchen items were a bit dated. The knives were not sharp enough to cut an apple and there wasn’t a cutting board. No small bowls for snacks.

Our experience here was excellent. We had everything we needed and the condo was warm and welcoming. View was amazing as well as the sunsets. Condo was very quiet and relaxing. Internet didn’t reach to the master bedroom, but that could just be the positioning of the router being next to the tv and facing the windows. Would definitely come back and stay again.

The condo was very clean. Access to the beach and the view was amazing. The condo could use some updates, not enough dishes (table ware). The frying pans were old teflon and could not use them. The master bathroon toilet would run when flushed. These are not major issues but for the price of the condo, should really be addressed and taken care of. A little inconvenient when not enough dishes to serve 6 people. We would however stay again.

Pros: Location was super handy and convenient to downtown. Cons: both toilet seats were broken, but manager was contacted and quick to communicate that they would get repaired. Unit is aged but seems well taken care of. Overall a pretty great stay for my family.

This was our second time staying at #304 condo and it was just as fantastic as the first time! The view is exceptional, right on the Promenade. The condo is neat, clean, comfortable and offers everything you could possibly need. Just bring your personal items and food. The elevator is a huge plus bringing up your bags or after a long day on the beach. Communication with the hosts was awesome, Lisa responded quickly with any questions we had. We highly recommend staying at #304 Promenade! We will be back for more relaxation and fun!!

There were so few plates, bowls and silverware, that we had to either wash the dishes by hand after each meal or run the dishwasher after each meal. We purchased silver foil, plastic wrap, sugar, pot holders and left them for the next guest. There were no tongs or pizza pan. The towels in the master bathroom smelled sour, like they were just left to dry. We washed them. One of the sisters slept on the fold out couch. We found sheets, and finally a quilt, but no blanket. The table was so large, it was difficult to get to the north chair, and impossible to use the tall chairs at the counter if we were using the table. A smaller table would have solved this problem.

We loved the views from the unit and it was very clean when we arrived - with the exception of a filthy waffle iron. The kitchen pots and pans and many utensils need to be replaced. We could not use any of them for cooking except for the 2 slice toaster. The one non stick frying pan was extremely scratched. The rest of them honestly looked like it was from out grandparents, and we are in out 60's. We ended up eating out or bringing food in. The 2 bedrooms actually had CRT TV's and one of them was connected to a VCR. The one with a VCR was not connected to cable. We haven't seen TV's like this in years. The unit needs maintenance in many areas - too many to list here. We were surprised there were no blinds on the patio door or kitchen window. The kitchen faced the large WorldMark unit and the patio door faced the walk in front. We have stayed in other units in this building and loved them but this one was not worth the cost.
