Construit en 2008, 6 chambres, 3 salles de bain, maison de 2 étages, cuisine complète. La cuisine du bas a tout ce qu'il faut pour cuisiner (mixeur, mixeur, tous les types de casseroles et ustensiles de cuisine). Le premier étage dispose de 4 chambres, 2 salles de bain complètes. Une chambre au premier étage a un roi, deux des chambres ont des reines, une chambre a deux lits jumeaux et il y a un canapé-lit dans le salon. Au deuxième étage, il y a une salle de bain complète, une chambre avec un lit queen et une chambre avec un lit king size, la chambre king a également un réfrigérateur. La maison est située côté golfe de Via Deluna. La route sur laquelle se trouve la plage est située directement derrière la maison. Il y a un trottoir à côté de la maison qui vous emmène à la plage. Il y a un placard en bas avec des chaises de plage, des parasols, toutes sortes de jouets.

Property was as described, Danny was easy to reach and we had no issues at all. We would certainly recommend this place and would rent it again. We had a family group of 11 and everyone was happy.

I loved the home, it was spacious and had a studio area on the top floor. The location was also beautiful but the issue was the cleanliness. The sheets were not washed and itched. The couch in the second floor room was stained with dirt and looked yellowish as if it was brough in off the curve, it even had food splashes on it. Downstairs the dark colored carpet was an attempt to hide nasty stains. I dont know who cleans the home but it was obvious that they do not do a good job and cut corners where they can. Also, someone must of left a door open at some point because the scratcjing upstairs behind the refrigerator made it seem as if a sand mouse got in, It screeched and moaned all night and when it got quiet... at first I thought it was the refrigerator but after a little more listening it was a sound of some animal that had obviously got in at some point and was having issues getting out, the last night it was giving high squeals, probably due to starvation. The lack of time spent to properly clean the home took away from such a beautiful home.

My husband & I wanted our kids & grandchildren to get away with us for a each vacation. We did a little 10 year vow renewal on the beach. Everyone stayed together in this house. 7 adults and 4 children. We had plentyyyyy of space. This home is very well taken care of and clean. Quick 2 min walk to the beach. We do not have a bad thing to say about it. We will definitely be back!!!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. It was a 7 minute walk to the closed convenience store. Beach was beautiful and it felt like we had it all to ourselves. The neighborhood was quiet and very nice to go for walks around. Would recommend!

Perfect location. Plenty of restaurants within minutes. Check-in was easy. The house was very clean and the floor plan was great. There was plenty of room to lounge with the family and then enough bedrooms for each of us to have our own personal space if needed. The sidewalk leading to the beach access was right beside the house, which was perfect. We felt super comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation would be to replace the mattress on the king size bed. Other than that the house was absolutely perfect for me and my family. I plan to return in the future so I definitely recommend staying here!!

I would love to return sometime!! Location to the beach and the strip is excellent!! Just hail a golf cart for tips and you are off! Excellent location to the crystal white beach!! 5 minute, if? walk to the beach, along a boardwalk. Home has lots of beach toys with even a wagon available to lug the loot to the beach! Perfect porches to enjoy morning coffee and soak up the sun. Communication with Dan was very open and personable which made our stay that much more comfortable. Thank you Dan! and Dan!

This property is just a few minutes walk to the beach. A lot of outdoor space to hang out and play in. The soundproofing was excellent. We were right off the kitchen but could not hear anyone. The owner was very responsive.

We really enjoyed our stay in Pensacola. It was my son's spring break trip and the house was perfect for us. The upstairs room was a hit! An easy walk to all the restaurants and pier. Tons of beach toys and supplies. We really appreciate the amenities in the kitchen as well. We are already talking about when we can go back! Highly recommend!

We rented this place to go to my best friend’s wedding. The place was very spacious and in short walking distance to the beach. The beds were very comfortable. Had one issue but contacted the owner and he quickly responded and took care of it. Definitely recommend this place to stay.

We came to Pensacola for my son's wedding so we needed a large place to lodge 14 total people. Awesome house. Great that everyone had their own space and a bed of their own except the two babies who slept with parents in the king beds. Each room except one had a balcony door and the property was very clean, neatly kept yard, and all the items we needed to make this an awesome family weekend. It was very cold so we only went to the beach a couple of times but it was very close and the path was well marked. I highly recommend this property.

We were looking to do something totally different for Christmas now that some of our kids are older and moving off. We took a tree and had them all make ornaments for it. It was by far the best family vacation we've ever had. Not one complaint from any of them which is a victory in itself. There was plenty of space for all of us. Loved the upstairs so much. We took over the whole upstairs for ourselves and the kids had downstairs. The views are amazing!!!! We cooked most of our meals and they had anything we could possibly need in the kitchen. The beach is absolutely gorgeous!!! We're from a town near Houston, Texas so we have Galveston beach which is gross in comparison. We still can't believe how clear Pensacola beach is. The owner was really easy to contact and responds very quickly. We had no issues and the owner recommended Flounders for dinner and it was amazing!!! Also if you love pizza like we do then Sky's Pizza Pie is the best around!!!

We experienced one of the best Pre-Christmas get-aways we’ve ever had. The property was EXACTLY as it was described. It was clean. The location was great. The proximity to the incredibly beautiful beach was superb. The nearby entertainment was vast! We enjoyed ourselves so much, we’re considering making this a yearly trip.

Villa Primera is a block from the beach down a sidewalk. Close to restaurants and the pier. Some in our party walked to the pier one afternoon.
The house is spacious and comfy. The kitchen was well equipped. We lacked for nothing.

The entire family really loved this place! Great access to the beach, walk to food and activities. We enjoyed the corn hole and grill. There are plenty of chairs and toys for the beach. The kids loved the big room upstairs as an escape from the adults. We all gathered to watch a movie upstairs as well. Highly recommend!

We loved the space in the home. Lots of space to hang out and great sleeping areas. The upstairs bedroom with a queen bed, couch and small kitchen has a fold down queen Murphy bed.
You can see the beach from the upstairs deck. The main level deck is where we hung out most often, and it's partial ocean view too..
The proximity to the beach was great. Just a few houses back and a really easy paved pathway to get there. Easy walk and the house had lots of chairs, etc to use.
With a bigger group having three bathrooms takes a little coordinating but we made it work.
The only negative that I would say is that it's time to repaint the whole interior and just do a good scrub down of doors, cabinets, surfaces. Time for new carpet too, especially in the master suite. Just some upkeep that all rentals need, it's time to do.

We stayed here for our beach wedding on 9/24/22. The house is beautiful and spacious. Eventhough it was a busy time for us, we still got a chance to relax on the multiple balconies and enjoy the ocean breeze. Mr Root is a gracious host and I highly recommend this property. We will be looking to book this property again in the future.

We stayed as a family with young children. The layout and bedrooms were just right for us. The kitchen and eating area were plenty big. The walk to the beach was easy along the path which helped for the older guests. We would definitely stay again! The owner was responsive all the way leading up to and through our stay.

The house was great for a family stay, with 3 separate areas of the house almost like private suites, allowing private entry without disturbing others. The grill, picnic table and cornhole game made for a perfect spot for outdoor entertaining. Beautiful decks on the 2nd and 3rd floors with lovely views. Easy walk to the beach made it convenient to go back and forth during the day with small children. Close to local restaurants and shopping.
