Situé sur la promenade du port, cet appartement au deuxième étage offre des vues qui sont hors de ce monde! Il n'y a littéralement qu'un seul espace comme celui-ci en ville! Les vues sont incroyables et dégagées! Regardez les bateaux entrer et sortir du port de Resurrection Bay. Jetez un coup d'œil par les grandes fenêtres du salon pour regarder les animaux (phoques communs, otaries, loutres de mer, oiseaux,) jouer dehors dans l'eau et attraper les poissons de la station de nettoyage des poissons! Regardez à travers la baie (attention aux baleines qui traversent) dans les montagnes où vous pouvez voir des glaciers et au printemps une avalanche occasionnelle! À travers les fenêtres de la chambre, vous pouvez regarder les randonneurs escalader le célèbre mont. Marathon! Le 4 juillet, vous pourrez regarder la course allongée au lit! We stayed in the condo the third week in September. The area was not very crowded and businesses were starting to shut down for the season. The condo is located right in the harbor. The view is incredible. You can see boats and sea life. We enjoyed looking out at the harbor. The condo is very clean and comfortable. We stayed for two nights and found the condo well stock with everything we needed. We would definitely recommend staying here!

My husband and I stayed 3 nights before heading on a cruise. The pictures dont come close to how amazing the views really are and how nice the apartment was. Very clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to make a meal of salmon caught right outside with the fishing poles included in the stay. The host was absolutely amazing and helped out in so many ways, starting with helping figure out what was the best choice for us to travel from Anchorage to Seward, letting us check in early and keeping communications going through the whole stay. Wish i could give more stars to the apartment and host.

Loved being able to see the harbor and all the activity. What you may not realize in the listing is there is no curtains or blinds in the main living area which at first was uncomfortable but then you got used to it and got over it. They were great host and quick to respond.

Even though this rental is right by the waterfront where fishing boats come in, it is very quiet. The view over the water to the mountains is astonishing. The host provided very comfortable furnishings, sheets, towels, and basics in the kitchen. There was even a private parking space offered about a block away.
We enjoyed sitting at our back window watching the fishing boats come in and people cleaning their fish. Ducks and otters swam by. What an amazing experience!

Absolutely the most incredible views. Condo was Immaculate. Super convenient location to restaurants and coffee! We could sit all day and watch the boats coming and going. Eagels, harbor seals and sea otters right out the window. I can't say enought about it. Loved every minute even the rainy days!

We loved this Vrbo! My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon. We enjoyed going out and hiking during the day, and coming back here in the evening and watching the fisherman and charters process their fish outside our window. The views were amazing and the apartment was very clean. Sarah was helpful and responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend!

This is the perfect apartment for 2 for a visit to Seward! Exactly as pictured. The view is so gorgeous you may not want to go out! Convenient to the free shuttle that pops you around town too! Can I give it 6 stars??

This is the best place to stay in Seward. It is right on the docks with all of the towns life. Walking distance to everything Seward. Wildlife to see from anywhere in this apt. The owners were terrific. Great people watching as well as wildlife. Eagles, sea otters, harbor seals,and much more. The apt was first class and and very clean. No place better in Seward to stay and enjoy all the beautiful life of Alaska

You can just sit in the apartment and enjoy the view of the harbor and mountains from the couch or the “kitchen” table. Or simply step outside to the dock right in front of you. We were able to just walk a very short distance to our tour boats… a couple of buildings away…restaurants, gift shops as well. A 3” drive to the grocery store.
Because of the exceptional location, parking was a little inconvenient. It was about a 2.5” walk to where you parked but drop-off and pick-up locations are much closer.
Communication with the owner was also exceptional. Would definitely return to this place in the future. A great place overall

Stunning views from every window, wonderful and clean
Wonderful views, super host and extremely comfortable accommodations. The host has thought of everything…if you even say the words “I wonder if they have”, trust me, it will be there. This apartment is super clean, modern and comfortable. The views from every window are amazing and the location is convenient. We would most definitely stay here again.

Comfortable bedding & mattress along with comfortable furniture to sit on during our down time. We had the most incredible view of the harbor. It was like a picture. Just incredible. We watched all of the comings & goings on the dock. Fish being weighed, cleaned and tourists admiring the boats. The owner had even left binoculars for the viewing. Check in was simple and Sarah communicated with me periodically. I would highly recommend renting on your visit to Seward. I know that my husband & I will reach out to Sarah again on our next visit to Seward. You have “the best”location and a great rental to boot.

Fantastic location!
We truly enjoyed our stay. The location simply cannot be beat! Sarah's place was clean, comfortable, and right at the harbor. We loved watching the boats come and go, and watching the fishermen clean their catch each day. We will stay here again next time we're in Seward.

This is a perfect place. One of the best VRBOs we’ve stayed at. Clean and comfortable. Sarah has thought of everything to make the stay wonderful. View is incredible and fun to see the activity from the large windows. We will be coming back.
