We stayed at this location last year and loved it so much that we had to return. We were so excited and we had such an amazing time. The condo unit is meticulously maintained and so close to everything Great unit and very family friendly

Perfect location to walk anywhere - restaurants, shops, bars, and beach. Close to waterfront to grab a souvenir or watch the musical fountain. This condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies and an air fryer. Great for 2 couples or family. We will be back. 😎

This condo was in a great location walking distance to all the restaurants and the musical fountain, and a short few minute drive to the beach. The condo itself was just like the pictures. Nice decor and good layout for two couples with two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The balcony was awesome for sitting outside and people watching. Tim and Kim were great hosts, making the stay very easy. Definitely recommend for a pleasurable stay in Grand Haven.

We had a delightful 5 day break - loved the apartment, cleanliness, amenities & location - close to the centre of town, but still quiet & an excellent place for walks to the beach. Parking indoors took away any stress or concerns over security.

The condo was an amazing place at an amazing location and close to everything. We still drove to the beach - as it was easier with 2 kids. We also drove to muskegon beach one day. Condo was beautiful and well kept. Owners were amazing on answering questions and helping out

Love Kim and Tim’s place and the details they provide but also little amenities you may not have ever even thought you’d need but we’re great to use! Like a beach umbrella and plenty of towels and even a high ball ice cube! Beautiful all around’

I had a great time and the condo was terrific. It had everything I needed, was super comfortable, beautiful, and was walking distance to everything I needed (boardwalk, musical fountain, farmers market, shopping, dining, kayaking, biking, and more). Kim and Tim were so easy to work with and it was a great first visit to Grand Haven.

We endorse all the positive reviews previously posted about this lovely abode. We can add that you will absolutely want to nail down the condo for the annual Coast Guard festivities as it is the best of both worlds-convenient to all the festival has to offer; literally at your doorstep! But once inside, the condo is a quiet, relaxing respite from it all. From check in with Tim to check out, we had a seamless and rewarding experience.

The condo is ideally located—within walking distance of the boardwalk, the beach, and the downtown shopping and restaurant district. The condo itself is spacious anddocorated tastefully.

Wonderful, modern, clean, condo in the heart of all the fun in Grand Haven! It was the perfect location-easy to walk to shopping, restaurants, the boardwalk and the beach. We enjoyed the rooftop deck almost nightly to watch the musical fountains. Tim and Kim were great hosts, very easy to deal with. We are looking forward to coming back to Grand Haven next year!

The location of this condo is right off the main downtown strip with plenty shops and restaurants and within walking distance to all Grand Haven has to offer. The condo is just beautiful, tastefully decorated, extremely clean and equipped with all we would need for our stay. The owners are wonderful and great to work with. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a home away from home.

We had a great time at this centrally located downtown grand haven condo. The condo is right downtown with close walking proximity to the lighthouse, pier and right in the midst of all the shops and restaurants. The building was quiet and had parking right outside. The condo was extremely clean and decorated very nice which made it a great home away from home for our family summer vacation. The kitchen had everything you would need and the outside patio was nice a nice treat. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a getaway in Grand Haven. We have stayed in GH a few times, and this location is a great balance of being close to the beach and also the downtown area.
