Idéalement situé entre North Conway, Bartlett et Jackson, à 10 à 20 minutes de la plupart des principales stations de ski (Attitash, Cranmore, Bretton Woods, Wildcat, Black Mountain, etc ...), des sentiers de randonnée, Saco, Echo Lake, Settler, magasins et Storyland .
Une piscine extérieure sur place et des courts de tennis sont inclus pendant les chauds mois d'été. Restez cool pendant les mois d'été avec un tout nouveau système de split A / C et confortable en hiver par le tout nouveau radiateur Rinnai.
L'unité dispose de 4 chambres avec lit king-size, lit queen et 3 lits superposés / lits jumeaux sur une grande taille et un tiroir en taille réelle.
Nous disposons de WIFI, câble, téléphone et Internet. Nous proposons toutes les commodités de la maison (cuisine intégrée, laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur, TV avec câble et DVD). Weber Barbecue sur un pont spacieux pour la détente du soir.
Nos invités peuvent utiliser toute la maison de ville, à l'exception d'un couple de portes / armoires verrouillées qui a des effets personnels pour la famille quand elle l'utilise. Beaucoup d'espace pour tous vos besoins!

My family stayed here for our first visit to Story Land. The owners were great communicators and the location was perfect, very centrally located.
The place was nice, pretty well cleaned, but there were some areas that had been missed by the cleaning crew when we arrived. The only downside was that one of the rooms had two sets of flimsy metal bunk beds and they were VERY squeaky. We had kids in the top and bottom of both bunks and any movement caused the beds to wobble and squeak loudly, which made settling at night challenging.
We'd definitely stay here again if something was done about the metal bunk beds. All the other beds and the rest of the place were great!

Even with 8 adults - there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out. We could all sit in the living room together, play games at the dining room table together and eat on the deck together. The condo was VERY well stocked and everything was in great shape and spotless. It made it easy to relax and enjoy ourselves. The location was great - in a nice quiet community, but only a short drive to restaurants.
Andy was quick to respond to all of my questions and was extremely accommodating to our group. He went above and beyond providing us with information on special spots on the river that we could walk to. We relaxed in our tubes on the East Branch for hours - it was magical!

The owners of the property were extremely responsive. Within 15 minutes of booking, I received an email from them explaining the 9property. They asked about the ages of the children staying and provided activities for them, as well as recommendations for restaurants in the area. The check in process is very easy. I would highly recommend this property.

Great vacation home. Kitchen was well stocked and open to the living room and dining room allowing everyone to be connected even during meal prep. Pool is very close to condo. Nice location for accessing StoryLand as well as North Conway and the outlets. Owners were very responsive and check-in / check-out was very easy. Plenty of parking too. Would definitely stay here again.

My family enjoyed spending the July 4 weekend on this property.
Very cozy and relaxing home. Easy in and out. Owners were very attentive and answered all our questions. Townhouse is very roomy and enough rooms for everybody. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your property.

Ski trip MLK weekend 2020
Andy and Liz were amazing and easy to communicate with both phone and email. This condo is a great location, less than 10 minutes to Attitash Mountain Resort. The kitchen was clean and well stocked. A lot of room for everyone, the kids loved double bunks room, the big couch was very comfy. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to come back again! 😊

The property is a great location for anyone planning a stay in the North Conway area. The property easily accommodated my extended family. We'd definitely repeat this vacation.

Great Location
We stayed 2 nights and had a wonderful time. The house is very close to Story Land , and we all had a great time in the stream located just a short walk from the unit. I think this was the favorite part of our trip.
We did buy a child safety door knob for the door, the youngest 2 1/2 year old was able to open the door, even when the door is locked you can open it without unlocking it.
I would stay here again.

Well maintained vacation home!!
We had a wonderful time during our time at Andy & Liz's family vacation home. The home is new and updated with modern appliances. The kitchen was well stocked and well maintained. We were three families and were easily able to use the available bedrooms and sofa for sleeping. Andy was very responsive to our questions and made sure that we were comfortable and settled in the home and did not have any problems.
We would definitely visit again on our next vacation to the area.

Beautiful clean condo
Owners Andy and Liz were fantastic to deal with. They were prompt in responses either by phone or by email. The welcome packet that is sent is all encompassing and lays out everything about the condo. They even went so far as to recommend ski rental places and area attraction information. Would absolutely rent from them again in the future!

We had a great weekend here. Loved the space.... pool was nearby. The BIG couch was so comfy. There are so many fun things to do nearby.

Nice condo for families
Andy and Liz were very responsive and quick to answer any questions. The condo itself is very nice, with brand new bathrooms and a brand new kitchen. There is a lot of room for everyone and a nice deck to hang out on. The only downside was that we had 11 people, and though it is advertised to sleep that many, the bunk beds have a weight limit of 75 pounds, which was not enough for us as we had several teenagers with us. We made due with a couple of air mattresses and the very comfy couch, but I don't think it would be fair to say it would sleep more than 8 adults comfortably. It is absolutely perfect for families.

Great ski condo!
We had a group of 10 adults doing a ski weekend at Attitash and Wildcat and this condo was perfect. Plenty of space and much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Andy was extremely responsive and super easy to work with. I would stay here again in a second for my next North Conway ski weekend.

We really enjoyed our stay. This condo is very close to all attractions. We found this rental to be very comfortable and it suited all our needs. The owners were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. I highly recommend staying here.
