Notre espace est idéalement situé entre toutes les principales attractions. Vous pouvez facilement vous promener à l'Arc, au Stade Busch, au Centre des Amériques (centre de conférence), à Scottrade, au Musée de la Ville, à l'Opéra et à beaucoup d'autres. Il y a aussi une épicerie à 1 pâté de maisons, et de nombreux restaurants, cafés et bars que nous recommandons vivement.

Nous avons aménagé notre espace avec des meubles design partout. Le centre du salon est une chaise longue Womb conçue par Eero Saarinen (le même designer de la rue Louis Arch) et notre canapé gris descendant de l'article. Aidez-vous à Netflix sur notre téléviseur 60 "4k.
Dans la cuisine, vous trouverez une table de tulipe en marbre (également conçue par Eero Saarinen). La table accueille 4 personnes et l'île de cuisine peut accueillir 3 autres. Nous avons une cuisine entièrement équipée avec des verres, des tasses, des pots, des casseroles, des assiettes, des couverts, des ustensiles de cuisine et des couteaux de cuisine de Chicago Cutlery.

Le quartier est le mélange parfait d'être super proche de toutes les attractions, mais encore à 1-2 pâtés de maisons des bars fort pendant la nuit. C'est la zone la plus souhaitable du centre-ville à vivre. Nous avons une note de 96 pour savoir si vous êtes proche de tout! L'épicerie principale est à 1/2 pâté de maisons avec les meilleurs restaurants classés tout droit juste à côté. Il y a aussi un excellent café juste en bas de la rue. La zone entière est également incroyablement sûre!

L'entrée de la station de métro la plus proche se trouve à seulement 2 pâtés de maisons. De plus, les options d'Uber et de taxi sont nombreuses. In town for a concert. Easy stay downtown.

My buddy and I took a quick trip to St Louis for some Cards games and this was the perfect spot for us. It was surprisingly larger than we expected, quiet and cozy. Centrally located to everything we needed. We’d definitely stay here again.

My son and I flew in from out of state and stayed here for the extended Labor Day weekend. It was great! We were able to walk to the City Museum and Union Station. We felt safe the entire time we were there and had no issues whatsoever.
The owners were responsive and nice. The place was quiet, the AC worked well, and the water in the shower was hot. That checks off a lot of boxes right there. There are two things I would have liked to have though:
1.) Hypoallergenic pillows. All of the pillows were feather pillows. It is possible they could have been swapped out had I asked, but it is rare these days that I find a down pillow as opposed to a synthetic one so it didn’t occur to me until going to bed the first night.
2.) A water filter. The refrigerator had a water filter, but did not appear to have a water line connected to it. There was no tabletop/pitcher water filter or filter installed on the faucet. Unless you bring your own bottles of water, you will be drinking water straight from the tap.
A third thing that really wasn’t an issue, but it caused us some slight concern on our first day, is that the alarm box directly inside the building on the first floor was ringing the entire duration of our stay. We didn’t know this initially and thought perhaps we triggered it. You can’t hear it after you leave the first floor but we had to get used to it since the alarm was on every time we entered/left the building.
Other than those small issues, we really enjoyed our stay.

We were attending a concert at Stifel Theater and this was a perfect location for that. It was a little chili but we walked to the theater & back. It was late when we walked back & I would have been scared by myself but was fine with my son. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness was because I am a clean freak and the tv stand needed to be dusted & someone had spilled a dark drink on the yellow chair. Other than that, it was perfect! Great place to stay for downtown activities!

Check in time 3pm, didn’t get the codes until exactly 3pm. Standing on the street with our bags in a sketchy area.
The place was not very clean, blinds in the bedroom nearest the bath are broken and could not be lowered. No privacy in that room.
The place is quiet and close to everything .

This is a very nice place to stay while visiting downtown St. Louis. It is conveniently located to the major points of interest, as well as eating establishments and grocery shopping. Would highly recommend and should I have occasion to need similar accommodations in the future I’ll try to rent this one again.

Great Experience
Really enjoyed staying here. Location was perfect for us. The grocery store being so close was great. The apartment itself was nice. Only complaint there was whoever cleans doesn’t dust very well and the blinds in the bedroom nearest the bathroom are broken so you really can’t close them so if you like to sleep in take the other bedroom I did let them know so if they are still broke the owners obviously don’t care. Would definitely stay here again

The apartments are clean and elegant and wonderful! And the hosts were amazing and even when I showed up a day before I was supposed to because I got my schedule wrong they made accommodations for me and when above and beyond it was necessary to make sure that I was taken care of!

We easily walked every where we wanted to go and there was so much to see in the area. The condo was great also. It was quiet and very spacious for our family of four. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

We were on St Louis for just a few days and wanted something that was central located to the City Museum and Busch Stadium. This property was perfect. We easily walked every where we wanted to go and there was so much to see in the area. The condo was great also. It was quiet and very spacious for our family of four. If we are in the area again, we would definitely stay here again.

We were able to walk to almost everything we did. Baseball games, the Arch, dinner, parks... We took an Uber to anything else and they were always there to pick us up within a few minutes. I would definitely come back again.

We has a terrific stay. It is in a convenient (.6 miles) to the Arch and the museum. I do recommend any who wants to stay downtown St. Louis, this is the place to stay.

We recently stayed here to attend event at America’s center. Very convenient to walk to event. Plenty of good restaurants in the area and a very good grocery store is just across the street. The condo was well stocked and comfortable. Hosts were easy to reach and regularly in contact to ensure we had everything we needed.

Great location, clean and modern
First off, it’s only a 1 BATHROOM unit. We chose this one thinking it was a 2 bed 2 bath (as advertised) and were disappointed when we got there and it wasn’t. Other than that everything was great. If you are ok with only one bathroom to share, it’s a great place to stay. Convenient to so many things. We parked in the garage above the market and walked everywhere. We had a good time

Set up just like the photos! Very friendly hosts!
Marshall and Jon were great to work with! What really won me over was that they messaged me during our stay asking how we were doing and it we needed anything- it was so nice! The place itself was spotless and was set up exactly like the pictures did. The only setback I was disappointed in was when I booked this place the listing said it had two bathrooms. The place has ONLY ONE bathroom which worked out fine with my group of four but a little disappointing. Overall though I have nothing but great things to say about the place and Marshall and John, and would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting St. Louis!

This is an amazing alternative when traveling with couples or a family! Everything is close by including bars, restaurants & grocery! All attractions are super close too!

Bright, modern property in the perfect location
We had such a wonderful time staying in this apartment! It was comfortable, well laid-out, and in walking distance to several restaurants, the CityGarden, a supermarket, and the Arch! Also easy access to the Metrolink, which is how we got to the airport on our way back.
Communication with the owners was really easy and fast, and they were very responsive and helpful. We had a wonderful time here and would recommend it to anyone looking to enjoy downtown St. Louis.

This is a beautifully decorated condo with all the amenities — WiFi, coffee pot with coffee, bath products, and more. The owners are warm and attentive. Location is walking distance to downtown attractions, restaurants, grocery store, and public transit. Perfect for our family’s weekend getaway!

We loved the inspiring decoor, especilly the furniture directly connected to the city of St Louis, what an amazing touch. Building is very stylish and clean and is centrally located and within walking distance to most major St Louis activity and site seeing.

Close enuf to walk to the Ball Game!
We chose this property because of its proximity to Busch Stadium; we were in town to see the Cards and Cubs play. Because of that (and since it was our first time at a VRBO property, rather than a hotel) parking was a bit crazy! We felt totally safe in the building and apartment and it was nicely decorated. Kind of minimalistic Pottery Barn. Very quiet. Would have liked some ice in the icemaker....Wish we had had more time! Would return!
