Such a lovely little apartment right on the beach! We had a great time and were comfortable in the space. So convenient to tons of restaurants.

Better furniture in bedroom with solid surface, water glass fell over during the night sitting on what looked like wheel spokes. Access to the beach was a problem and dangerous as walkway was closed for what appeared to be painting although very little was going on. Tripped and scrapes from the vegetation. Walkway could have remained open.

Easy rental experience

The location of the condo was excellent. The beach and pool is right out the door. Coligny Plaza with all its shopping and restaurants and grocery store is right across the street. It was so convenient. The condo could use a good update but given that on a beach vacation you are not hanging out inside, it was fine.

My grown son and I needed a clean and well equipped place where we could see and hear the ocean. Our trip was primarily for a service at the Beaufort National Military Cemetery … the ocean part of the stay was for some respite time after the service. And this condo was perfect for us! Very clean and updated with Coligny Circle shops and restaurants also just a few steps away. We will return!!

A mini vacation to recharge. This place is fantastic for it. Great condo and anything you may need is within walking distance. 10 stars out of 10.

The place we stayed at was good. Had everything we needed and clean. Did have some problems with the internet. The negatives were the comfort and placement of the main bed. Also the couch was very uncomfortable to sit on. It is a sleeper sofa which I get, but just not comfortable to relax on.

Our stay was fantastic! The place was clean and comfortable. Communication with owner was superb, he was prompt with all repies. It was just me and my 2 children and they loved it there. Walking distance to beach, shopping, and food. Will definitely stay again!

Very easy and nice to reserve

We stayed at this unit for a week at the end of June. The property as a whole was well maintained and is right on the beach. It is a very kid friendly complex and was quiet at night/early morning. The beach is beautiful and although it's crowded with the public beach access next door, it is large enough to spread out and find your own space. Pros- Property Location- It is within walking distance of tons of shopping, restaurants, groceries, basically anything you need is only a block or so away. Security- There was security when you entered the parking lot checking parking passes and they also frequently walked the property. There is an elevator available although the property has multiple sets of stairs all side making it easy to access all units. Pool- The pool was maintained by a local pool company that was there every morning cleaning and checking the water. Large covered parking stalls Unit had- Lots of kitchen utensils Extra blankets for all the beds if needed Washer and dryer in unit Came stocked with some essentials (T.P. paper towels, paper plates, plenty of bath towels) Cons- Patio door- is almost impossible to open. Our 12 year old could not open it and we struggled to open and close it. This is a fire hazard! Couch- The couch is so old and is terrible to even sit on. The whole thing leans forward so the floor was more comfortable to sit on. Being a small unit this is the only place to sit other than dining chairs. Bathroom vents were covered in black mold and entire unit had a musty smell to it. We would hands down stay at Breakers again as the property was perfect for our family vacation. I would however choose a different unit that was a little more updated.

The property is listed with a a pull out sofa which it has. The problem is the mattress appears to be super old, torn, broke down and not clean at all. When we opened the couch there was still trash folded up in it. I had to go purchase an air mattress for my child to sleep on. The patio door can hardly be opened or closed. If a child had to get it opened they can’t. The owner would not take ownership of the door issue.

My boyfriend and I came here for my birthday weekend, and this place was Great! It was comfortable, beautiful views, right by the beach, and a bunch of ships within walking distance. The host, Robert, was excellent with his communication. Unfortunately, my boyfriend and I couldn't do much within the first 2 days of us being there due to bad weather. However, once it cleared up, the beach spoke for itself. We managed to enjoy the last day and a half of our time left at Hilton Head. I will definitely be visiting and booking with Robert again! 👍🏾

Perfect for our short business trip. We loved sitting on the deck overlooking the pool. Steps from the beach. Rode our bikes all around.

Look at other reviews and note what owner says as well. If you are looking for a short stay with two of you, it’s perfect. There is no closet space, etc to put luggage so you do use the bunk beds for that. The place does need some work. The refrigerator runs loudly, the closet space is lacking, the bed is against the wall and also the head area is against the outside hallway. Parking can be ugly if you arrive late any evening. The elevator is still in the process of getting put in with water being pumped from below onto the parking area. Close enough to hear the ‘constant humming’. The dresser was unusable as it was filled with blankets and the two closets were filled with ‘stuff’. Saying that, it was a quick weekend for the two of us. When we arrived there were no towels (kitchen, bathroom, etc). It was late but the owner was awesome when I contacted him. We had towels delivered early the next am but in the meantime had access to another condo to get towels for the evening. My sister had another unit in the Breakers for the week. Same size, etc, but the owners took a partial wall out which allowed for a king bed and storage space. Entire unit looked larger but it was not. There are other options, but again, prompt owner, and the place needs some TLC. It is definitely about location, location, location. If you care about comfort, choose elsewhere.
