This is a beautiful home with probably the best equipped kitchen I have ever rented. Loved the private beach and view from the deck. Very clean. Lake life at a premium.

This is truly a perfect vacation house for a large family. The house is equipped with everything you would ever need and more. We loved the spacious kitchen , the entire home is just beautiful, the views are amazing, we want to come back and stay again.

Our family stayed at this home for Memorial Day weekend. The home is clean and very comfortable. Our favorite parts were the large living room for everyone to gather and the walk to the beach from the house. The home is stocked with many towels and kitchen conveniences for cooking. The closest grocery store is Brookshire’s coming off the main road so it was very easy to pick up groceries on our way in. Highly recommend staying at this property.

We came to Lake Texoma with our family to kick off our summer with a family Striper fishing trip. The house was beautiful and was more stocked than any other house we have rented before. We spent hours out by the fire pit, the kids played on the beach and swam and we enjoyed the kitchen and game room! We would definitely recommend this place.

We reserved this home for our annual sibling retreat. It did not disappoint! The home was spectacular and the views were as well. We had a nice fire outside on our last night and enjoyed the skies with less light pollution. We hope to come back!

Loved the house, the location, easy access to the water and plenty of space to spread out in the backyard. The house fit our 11 person group with kids and teens just perfect. Plenty of supplies for outdoor activities in the garage as well and on the back patio. It was hot hot hot, but we had fun and will definitely recommend this location to others.

This home has it all - style, comfort, luxury, view. They have thought of everything to make your stay enjoyable. Eric was amazing to work with and very attentive to our needs. Would rent this place again !!!

Great house
This is an immaculate house with all the amenities one could want. We enjoyed it immensely. The only disappointment was the lack of a sandy beach, which the owner can’t control. There was a gravel beach within walking distance though, and we enjoyed that.

This is the nicest VRBO‘s we’ve stayed in. Fully stocked with entertainment and perfectly located on the water with beautiful view of Lake Texoma. Walking distance to Beach area for swimming. Loved hanging out on the deck and late night pool game upstairs. We will definitely be back.

Communication with the owner was quick and easy and solved any issues we had (which was maybe two small ones) - Eric was always available when needed. You will not be dissatisfied at all with renting this space!

Family gathering
We had 3 families meet at this amazing house to celebrate Christmas, a birthday, and New Years. The house had everything you could possibly need! Very clean and well decorated. Plenty of space for indoor and outdoor entertainment. The view of the water was gorgeous! I hope to return in the summer to take advantage of fishing and lake time. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property!

Fantastic Property, Great Amenities, Friendly Property Managers
We really enjoyed our stay at this property! Came out here for a work retreat. We used the fire pit, the smoker, grill, and really enjoyed the kitchen setup. Beautiful house, extremely well kept and decorated. Fully stocked with snacks, games, anything you could want. I could see this being a blast for a family in the summer!
Shout out to Erik who was extremely quick to communicate when I asked questions both before and during our stay.
You can tell these people care about this property and the experience you're getting. Highly recommended!

They have a fully stocked kitchen, plush bath towels, soft comfortable bedding, beautiful comfortable furniture! The deck furniture is great and we spent our entire weekend out on the deck! I highly recommend this property.

We had the best time with our family at the lake. This is home is absolutely stunning! Eric & Kandy have thought of everything! The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the back patio, fire pit for roasting marshmallows and all the yard games. We will definitely be booking this house again.

Sunrise and the moonrise were so incredible over the water. The home and property pretty much had everything to make our stay perfect. Just bring your clothes and food and you will be ready to enjoy the incredible yard (beach and water), fire pit, patio, yard games, and most of all a stunning home. It was perfect for our family vacation! We loved it and will definitely go there again.

Beyond Awesome Lake Home on beautiful Texoma
There's really nothing negative about this home. It is in the perfect location on the lake with sandy beaches and water within a couple of minutes walk from the back of the house. Sunrise and the moonrise were so incredible over the water. The home and property pretty much had everything to make our stay perfect. Just bring your clothes and food and you will be ready to enjoy the incredible yard (beach and water), fire pit, patio, yard games, and most of all a stunning home. It was perfect for our family vacation! We loved it and will definitely go there again.

The view is simply beautiful. The home is spacious and extremely equipped. The massive kitchen island provided space for food preparation as well as a gathering place for visiting while doing so. We had a ski boat and 2 jet skis which we anchored near the beach; we had corn hole tournaments; we played cards and dominoes; we laughed and hugged a lot! Thanks for a wonderful time
