We had everything we needed to suit our needs. Everything worked, all the equipment was there. Linens were very nice and plentiful. Elevators are slow and not so good shape, but we made that a running joke with the other renters, and the condo owner is not responsible for them, so can’t fault him. We loved the condo.

Kitchen/Living room is a nice size for a group. Bedding is very worn and in need of updating. Kitchen was poorly stocked, only about 3 spoons in utensil drawer. 4th bedroom is VERY small, with a Queen size bunkbed, best for children, not a great option for an adult couple.

The Penthouse is very nice, it definitly needs some painting and cleaning. The laundry room walls are extremely dusty not sure if its from a/c unit or dryer vent. Walls were patched but not painted in one of the bedrooms, master bathroom shower door is not sealed and water runs all over the floor when you shower besides hardware on shower and tub broken. The condo was only surface cleaned floors in master very dusty and paper trash under the bed. The condo is very open and great for entertaining. My main disappoint was we were not notified that on our check out day that we would be greeted at the door at 7am telling us we needed to get out because the are doing renovations on that floor and our property manager should have told us this when we booked. We were told if we left the floor we could not come back to get our stuff because the elevators would not let us back up. It was quite a challenge to gather all our stuff and get out within an hours time when our check out should have been 10am. Other than these few hicups our stay was great.

Hours before arriving we were informed that the vacationers before us had a incident and stabbed up the walls in one of the bedrooms and broke a lamp. I understand they didn’t have enough time to repair so we said not a problem we will be ok. Then we get there and the unit was dirty!! The top bunk wasn’t even made so I’m sure the sheets were not clean. Every toilet had pee all over them. The floor was covered in sand and had not been mopped or swept. My grandsons feet were black within minutes of walking on the floor without shoes. The shower door in master bath wouldn’t shut correctly so kept leaking water onto floor. The great bathtub with jets in master didn’t work. Our toilet ran the entire time and had to be adjusted after every flush. The unit was very outdated and no good pots/pans/spatulas, etc. The final thing was the knife used in destruction was found under a bed in that room so they didn’t even clean after or they would have found it(there was a crawling infant in that room - dangerous)! We took pics and videos of the whole unit when we arrived for proof. This was expensive for a week and was definitely not worth it!!! Never again!

Property needs a good cleaning, also the hood vent has not been cleaned in a long long time it was black with grease slot of lights were out, the wifi was real bad.Didnot supply any supplies, one trash bag, a small soap for each bath and a small shampoo also. No light on the balcony. Just poor maintenance

The condo was filthy. I would not recommend this condo. It WAS NOT worth the amount of money we paid. I had to buy cleaning supplies. Not only that, I will never go through vrbo due to the up charge that vrbo charges. Guess you have to pay for John legend!

Disappointed about the pool still being under construction. A few minor things not working probably in condo (master bathroom shower head, oven fan ran continuously after use and TV remotes not working because dead batteries). Otherwise, a nice place and good location.

When we first walked in my girlfriend asked when our property would be arriving as she wanted to move in. The condo itself was wonderful. BUT there was NO mention of construction on the property. There was a sign on the balcony that read "Due to construction the balcony MAY not be used" This is a large part of why I wanted the top floor. Master bedroom- two sliding glass doors to a private balcony, one without a screen the other with a screen missing 1/3 of it. No water pressure in this bathroom. Have you ever slept on sheets that the fitted sheet is so stretched out that you wake tangled in it? I did. Kitchen- convection oven has a fan in it so loud that you have to turn up the TV volume. When it's finally quiet in the condo and at 230 am I'm sneaking into the cherry cheese cake I hear what sounds like a foghorn in the distance turns out to be the refrigerator every 30 seconds. Construction on the property- we could not use the gate to enter the beach located behind the property. We were forced to walk around the building and parking garage to access the beach. The parking garage- The elevators did not work the entire time, we were forced to use the center elevators to access our floor. Day 2- I desired a nap around noon only to be awaken by the sounds of jack hammering from the condo next door. It was discovered on day 3 (as the forsaken noise continued) and talking to the worker of the condo that they were replacing tile and were sorry for the inconvenience. I travel to Al and FL up to three times a year and stay in different condos. Some small two bedroom and some large five bedroom (Emerald Grand) Though I enjoyed the design of this condo (maybe not the master bath toilet) All the inconveniences did not warrant the fees and I would not have booked for this location. Before I post my review I encourage management to contact me.
