Stationnement couvert gratuit pour tous les véhicules. 3 téléviseurs à écran plat. Service de blanchisserie, centre de conditionnement physique et piscine extérieure sur la propriété. J'ai un autre VRBO et le numéro est 789266 pour ck out reviews & photo's. Ils sont tous deux dans le même complexe et excellent emplacement. Donc, si vous aviez un groupe, chaque condo dort 7 personnes! KERUIG Cafetière avec café et snacks gratuits. J'essaie de fournir tout ce dont vous avez besoin des shampooings, des conditionneurs, plusieurs séchoirs à cheveux, des fers à friser, des savons, des bains de bouche, etc. Serviettes et draps de luxe fournis. Wifi gratuit

Easy check in. Great view of Cumberland river! Easy travel to places by walking or Uber. Would definitely stay here again!

Our group of two couples thoroughly enjoyed our stay on the river at this well situated condo. We loved having 2 bedrooms with comfortable king sized beds and 2 separate bathrooms. The Keurig was great for both the tea and coffee drinkers and plenty of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. The view of the barges on the river was great and we felt safe walking around everywhere! This was absolutely the best spot for a New Year's Eve celebration! Only a 5 minute walk to the Bicentennial Mall State Park and we could even see the fireworks from the building. We walked to the Ryman for a great concert in a fabulous venue. We walked to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum. We walked to Jonathan's Grill for great food, drinks and service. Very easy location to access lots of places and plenty of covered parking if you bring a car or use Uber. Our hostess, Kim couldn't have been more helpful or kind. Just a great VRBO experience and we hope to return next year! Thank you Kim!

As a hotel property ower myself I was appalled by the condition of this property upon walking into 1st look, the 1st bathroom has absolutely NO drawers or cabinet doors they're gone. When I took a shower in the small shower right inside the front door the shower pan is the only thing thats keeping you from falling through the floor to the condo below, its rotten and squishy. There is left over things in the refrigerator from past guests opened and used food and drinks, the "spice cabinet" is disgusting and filthy. There was NO wifi and no informative to connect to it while we were there i contacted the host and all she replied was " I'm so sorry"?! I asked her if it she was going to send that information and she NEVER replied. She has notes all over the condo about the upstairs neighbors being loud to run fans she has in every room that it really drowns out the noise, nope it doesn't and if it gets to bad to contact her well she never responded about the wifi so we figured that would be the same for any other issues. Every drawer I mean EVERY drawer is FULL of "stuff" other people's stuff that has been left behind, its not sanitary and quite nasty to put my things in with other strangers food, drinks and personal items. My husband tried to soak his sore back in the bathtub, well it doesn't hold water and at 4pm he had exactly 5-10 min tops of hot water. I had to throw out my hotspot on my phone to watch tv, the windows for the "river view" the seal was broken and it was foggy

Ny 2 girlfriends and I stayed and LOVED it! Kim was awesome and we all became fast friends! She made sure everything was perfect and was available for every call or question!!
When we come again I DEFINITELY will stay here! We enjoyed watching the barges going up and down the river
. If you are looking for a place close to downtown, but quiet and comfortable this is the place for you!!

This property was the perfect location for a getaway. It's only a mile from Broadway and we walked there every day. Uber was easy to take back in the evenings when it was dark.
This condo has everything you could possibly need. The beds and pillows were extremely comfy. The livingroom was perfect for hanging out in the mornings and having coffee. The view of the Cumberland River is right outside the patio and we had some gorgeous sunrises while we were there.
I would totally stay here again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in Nashville. Added bonus: Kim is excellent communicator and was fast to reply to any and all questions we had.

The condo was clean and very comfortable. The binder you had with all the information in was very helpful. Was a little worried about noise, but that was no issue at all. Some of the pamphlets in the foyer were out dated but overall enjoyed our stay. Would recommend it to friends and family.

From the time we walked in it felt so warm and cozy! Plenty of room for 3 girls to relax. Kim has provided everything that you need. The place was very clean. It is a little walk to Broadway (about a mile) but we walked every time. So much to do and we would highly recommend the Hop On Hop Off Trolley.
We will come back and stay with Kim again on our next visit. It would be perfect for 2 couples too!

This condo is so pretty and clean and the host has things stocked in the bathrooms and kitchen. This location is great for the price. Broadway is walking distance but beware that there constrution goong on at 1st ave so go up another block and walk on 2nd. If the walk is tough theres ubers and lyfts at your disposal 24/7. You really have all the comforts of home. The host will get back right away and addresses any needs you have. We were a party of six for a girls weekend. Thanks Kim for all your help.

Adorable condo. Very clean. Great for two couples as each had privacy. Shared spaces were comfortable and nicely decorated. Easy ample covered parking and a wonderful location. Restaurants and even Broadway walkable.

The accommodations were nice. She had all the amenities needed. The balcony overlooking the river was nice for our morning coffee. Location was close to Broadway so a short Uber away from most everything. Thanks Kim for a great stay.

This property has everything you need and more. Kimberly has included bathroom items such as soap and shampoo, kitchen items such as coffee and creamer, as well as extras like umbrellas and fun cowboy hats. I highly recommend and plan to stay here again next time I visit Nashville.

It was a nice condo on the cumberland river and about 1 mile from Broadway and Nissan Stadium. Kim was very nice and accomodating. She allowed oue group to check in early and leave late. Has everything you might need in the fully stocked kitchen. Kim was a pleasure to work with overall.

Kim's place is fantastic! She was so helpful in our arrival, easy to communicate with and the apartment was exactly as described. Beds were very comfortable and we had everything that we needed. Loved having free parking and plenty of spaces to choose from, and we were able to walk to lots of great locations during the daytime hours. We even saw fireworks from the balcony one night! Would definitely stay again!

This was such a great place to stay! Clean, the beds are comfortable and the view of the river was really nice! The walk to Broadway is short or you can get a scooter to ride! Kim was so helpful with all the questions we had! I highly recommend staying here!

This condo was PERFECT for two couples! We had a BLAST exploring Nashville and this was a great place to stay. We walked home from Broadway a few nights and felt safe and it was an easy walk. We loved watching all the boats on the river while we were relaxing on the balcony. We got the chance to meet Kim a few times and she was such a delight and always asked if we needed anything. I would recommend this condo 100 times over. When we come back this is where we would stay again. Thanks Kim for being so AMAZING!!!
