La plupart se sentent sur une île privée mais nous sommes à seulement 5 minutes des épiceries et plus encore. (Canal principal) Propriété à couper le souffle avec 360 vues et 1000 'au bord du lac! Commencez votre escapade en empruntant l'allée privée, avec de l'eau des deux côtés de l'allée, passez votre propre plage facile d'accès pour nager, naviguer, faire du canoë ou vous allonger au soleil sur une chaise longue. Quai de nage et quai de bateau, lancement de bateau privé, BYOB (bateau) ou louer le nôtre. Boule d'attache, basket-ball, ping-pong, véranda couverte avec ventilateurs, table de pique-nique à bascule et barbecue. Pêchez hors du quai de baignade ou de la plage. Foyer et table à feu. Vous n'en croirez pas cet endroit! Nous nourrissons le poisson quotidiennement! (haha ils viennent chez nous! Avec un peu de chance et le bon appât, vous aurez un nouveau dîner, ou tout simplement attraper et relâcher.)

The house and peninsula are amazing, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of room for our family, clean and had everything we needed. Rick is the nicest VRBO owner I have worked with. I have nothing but good things to say about our stay! Hoping to return this summer.

Our stay at Abundant Life was perfect! The views are gorgeous. The decks are the perfect place to have coffee and conversation in the morning with family and reflection of the fun times during the day. The fire pit was enjoyed by all at night making s’mores. The house is so spacious. They planned for every detail including restaurant locations, things to do in area, fully stocked kitchen, grills, boat rental, kayaks, etc. Everyone loved it. Great place to make memories.

An Oasis
We had the wonderful experience of staying at this property this past week. Both the house and the houseboat were beautiful, comfortable and welcoming. We enjoyed leisurely coffees in the morning and long talks in the evenings as we sat on the deck overlooking the lake. It was so peaceful. A perfect place for families and friends to gather for a meal and long conversations or to spread out and enjoy some solitude. The home and the property in general were far more spacious than one would think from the photos or even first impression as we drove up. Stores and restaurants are only a quick 10 minute car ride away. The beds were comfortable. The shower in the basement was amazing. The kitchens were outfitted with anything you might need for a delicious meal. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here creating memories and would come back in a heartbeat.

An Amazing Piece of Paradise
The location and amenities of this home were exactly what we were looking for! I only wish we had more time to take advantage of all the amazing amenities it had to offer. No matter which direction you looked, you saw water. It is definitely something special. The hosts checked in on us and made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Can't wait to come back for longer to enjoy more of what this amazing property has to offer!

Amazing Location/breath taking sunrise
Wonderful home for a family vacation. We will definitely be back in the warmer months to take advantage of all the amenities offered with this vacation rental. The Hosts/owners are top notch, super friendly!!!

We were on our own, private peninsula on Lake Wylie. We hope to come back again during the summer months to take advantage of the swimming and kayaking and other outdoor opportunities. We were on our own, private peninsula on Lake Wylie. We hope to come back again during the summer months to take advantage of the swimming and kayaking and other outdoor opportunities. A wonderful host in Rick. Handled any small snafus quickly and respectfully.

Are stay at the lake was amazing! It was myself, my wife, my four boys ages 4-15, and the grandparents! We took advantage of the kayaks that were provided which the kids loved! Our first day there we caught a catfish right off the dock. Evenings were spent on the back porch which has a spectacular view of the lake and we spent a good amount of time out on the boat which we rented while we were there. This location has a very good chance of becoming an annual spot for me and my family because we've made so many great memories. Can't say enough good things about the hosts either. Had helpful books with local activities, Wi-Fi passwords, everything you needed for your stay and was very communicative whenever I texted which was almost never because everything was perfect! I'd give this place 10 stars if I could.

Paradise Found!
We had an amazing four week stay at this beautiful property on Lake Wiley with our children, grandchildren and other family members. Beautiful sunrises/sunsets on the lake. Pontooning every day, kayaks, tubing, fishing, basketball and nighttime fire pit were just some of the highlights! Rick and Karen were great hosts and have a perfect set up for a large group. The few small issues we had Rick responded to immediately to make our stay perfect for the family. The one thing I would caution is the WIFI is not very strong especially if you have people working from home. Rick did let us know that in advance so we had hotspots to use. Overall a perfect getaway with plenty to do or just relax and enjoy the views. We can’t wait to go back!

The home needs a deep cleaning. We arrived to discover the home not properly cleaned. The owners did offer to have crew come in to clean but we had already settled in and did it want to lose another day. Owners did return cleaning fee as we agreed to clean home ourselves. We spent a day cleaning inside and out refreshing linens and towels that smelled the outside was full of small trash and toys. sand had been pictured so perfectly but we raked the whole place it would be nice to have a blower as every patio chair needed wiping down and porches were full of leaves. We mopped sprayed down every floor and porch. Vacuums were filthy and had to be cleaned out before using We ran out of propane and had to go find refill station. The views and use of boat was great once we cleaned everything For this daily rate we had higher expectations that things would be nicer and cleaner and better prepared. Owners were very nice but it wasn’t until we started cleaning that we realized what a big job it was going to be.

Peaceful Retreat
An absolutely wonderful stay! We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation at “Abundant Life.” The views from this home are magnificent. Being surrounded by beautiful Lake Wylie was just the peaceful break we needed this summer. So much to do for the family...kayaking, fishing, swimming, and venturing out in the boat! We plan to come back again!

Perfect Lake Vacation Getaway!
Could not have picked a better destination for our lake vacation this year. This property is one of a kind - privately situated on a peninsula with 270 degree views from sunrise to sunset with multiple outdoor areas for seating, entertaining, conversation, or simply taking in the beautiful views. The layout of the home was ideal, with bedrooms situated away from the main living area (perfect for late sleeping teens) and a spacious living suite located downstairs. The home has been completely updated on the interior with a lake living theme throughout the house - we immediately relaxed as we settled into the home and the decor of the house was a huge contributor. The property is located at the entrance to a cove that is ideal for all water sports, including swimming, sailing, kayaking, stand up paddle boarding, and for our family, wake surfing and wake boarding behind our family boat which we brought for the week and kept docked on the floating dock beside the house. And the hosts, Rick and Karen, were fantastic. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming, and always immediately responsive to any questions or issues that came up leading up to our trip or during our stay. We have already had conversations as a family about coming back. Highly recommended!

The location of this home is ideal for those looking for a lakeside vacation. It offers ability to boat, kayak, swim off of the swimming dock and relax under the pavilion. Beautiful views from all sides of home!

Comfortable lakeside property
Our company had a conference in Charlotte and I brought my family. I took a lyft back and forth to the conference while my family enjoyed relaxing in the lake!
Rick, our host, was very responsive.

It's the "little things" that matter
This is a very private place to stay at with great views of the lake. The owner is very nice and returns calls or texts in a timely manner. The house has been remodeled cosmetically, for the most part.
This home states that it is a 4 bedroom, unfortunately it's actually only 3 bedrooms. They have begun to convert the sunroom into a bedroom. It does have a day bed to sleep on but no closet to classify it as an actual bedroom.
A few things that could be improved upon are:
Upgrading the Wifi, it is extremely slow. (Cell data is faster)
Bring your own propane (it was empty when we got there) or your own grill to do any outdoor cooking. The grill that is provided has a broken wheel and is placed in the yard, not on the deck.
Upgrade the well pump. Only one faucet or water supplied unit can be used at one time. The water pressure is extremely low and should be upgraded.
The owner should maintain the shower drains better to verify that they aren't clogged before renting this place. In order to take a shower without standing in 3" of water, we went to Wal-Mart and purchased the proper tools to remove the clog from previous guests.
Bring your own ice... The brand new refrigerator doesn't produce ice.
Overall, we had a good experience while we were there and would recommend this place to stay if you're in the area for work. If staying for pleasure or a get away, it would be a hassle to deal with all the little things while your trying to relax.

Great family time. So relaxing
This house and views were amazing from the first minute you step out of your car. The home was gorgeous and redone beautifully. I could not get over the views though. You had a view of the lake from every side. Our family enjoyed the rides on the boat and we had so much fun tubing. Will definitely be back. Thank you again

We couldn't have been happier with this house and all that it had to offer! The views were amazing♡
This house was perfect for us! The brand new kitchen and decks are just fantastic. We enjoyed views from every room. Coffee with the sunrises and wine with the sunsets. Our kids had a blast with the pontoon, canoe, kayak, SUP board, tetherball, basketball hoop, and beach. We explored all of Lake Wylie and even found a fallen tree for the kids to climb and jump off of! Even a rainy day couldn't stop our enjoyment. The house comes with a variety of indoor entertainment, such as board games and movies, just in case the weather doesn't cooperate. We will be back!

Wonderful home in an amazing location with spectacular views. Peaceful and secluded, but still close to grocery and restaurants. We loved the home and Lake Wylie is beautiful.

Annual family Thanksgiving/Christmas gathering
Wonderful week once again on Lake Wylie, SC. Perfect location for great views each morning of the sunrise and evenings sitting outside by the fire pit. We 10 are already planning for next year at the lake.

Best views on the lake!
We had our wedding here & I couldn’t have asked for anything prettier! This house is surrounded by water & the sunsets are absolute show stoppers! We were so Blessed to have found this place. The owners were so gracious & kind! How many people can say they were given flowers & Champaign by owners of a property they didn’t know??? We can!! Everything you need to have an enjoyable vacation, is already there! We just left & I can’t wait to go back!!!! This house lives up to its name “One Abundant Life On The Lake”!!!
