Peggy et Dan sont des nids vides qui se sont lassés de la foule des surfeurs et des autoroutes congestionnées de San Diego! Nous sommes tombés amoureux de Mammoth Lakes lorsque des amis proches ont acquiescé et nous ont incités à skier avec eux à Mammoth Mountain. Quel petit bijou de montagne! Nous sommes maintenant sérieusement accro! Nous sommes également des randonneurs passionnés et avons hâte d'apprendre à voler à la pêche. Nous aspirons à nos années de retraite (peut-être à partir de 2020) afin de pouvoir vivre à temps partiel à Mammoth. Jusque-là, "Mi Casa es Su Casa". Close / easy access to the Eagle Lodge and chair 15. The property is well maintained with comfortable furnature and a well stocked kitchen. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the parking garage to the unit, but that was't a big issue for us.

The condo was great just as advertised. We got 4 feet of snow while we were there. The loading and unloading is extreme, but once in, the private walk was nice. Kids had fun with snow there- lots of snowballs and selfies. Beds are comfy. Wash/dryer worked well. They were prompt with the snowplows. No complaints at all. Would 100% stay here again.

Great listing in a great location. Loved being on the golf course and we loved the underground parking. Spa was really nice, too. Appreciate the space we had in the condo, and the location being so close to all our favorite parts of town.

Comfortable accommodations. Stairs to unit were expected and were manageable as they were heated and ice and snow melted. But, difficult to get to the unit in the snow. As the only pathway towards the back unit was not plowed. Disposal cracked- causing leakage underneath the sink. Leaving half of sink inoperable because of brown dirty water overflow. Maintenance very nice but - came at end of day and had to come back the next day w/ a part to fix it. Maintenance advised not to use the dishwasher - which we waited to use 2 days later until fixed. This unit is only accessible from one pathway that leads to the back - through a narrow, un-shoveled and what seemed to be forgotten part of the condo walkway. Had to wait until the next day until pathway leading to unit 25 was plowed. One VERY RUDE customer service representative named Jessica - curtly stated that additional dishwashing pods could not be supplied! Only 3 were given in our starter pack - for our 7 day stay. It turned out that we didn’t need them anyway because of the above mentioned repair. All other customer service reps were amazing and even accommodated us with a late checkout since no one was checking in after us. Would only recommend staying here if you are physically fit and don’t mind a lot of schlepping.

Property was well appointed, kitchen well stocked and good supply of bedding and towels. I had read about the distance to the parking garage and didn't give it much notice. It could be a problem for some folks, a long walk and a flight of stairs. On the upside the location is very quiet and private. Would definitely return.

We travel often and stay in vrbo rentals. We love Mammoth and have wanted to stay at this property for years. This is our 1st bad review ever…. It was a very nice place and we would recommend it except for one important issue. Cold… and we mean cold showers. Which is a problem in our opinion. We notified the manager called Nomadness and they sent out their people to fix it but no luck. They told us to run the water a long time but after 20 minutes the water was colder! They weren’t able to solve the problem over a 4 night stay. Management lead us to believe they would consider giving us a cold water discount but never did - which is fine. That was their decision. We just have to be honest with our review. Hope they fix this problem because otherwise it is a great rental. In the end we were told it has to do with their boiler heating system and the location of this particular unit is far away and the other units get the hot water first. Not sure if the is the issue but that was the final explanation. We really wanted to like this property.

Entering this property is like entering a friend's house. It's beautifully decorated, feels like new, very well stocked with everything you could need. The outside was being painted while we were there, and the painters were very considerate of us. So, now the outside looks like new also. The location is wonderful. It's right across the street from the golf course, and also has a view of the course. It's very quiet and private. It's single story, which we really liked, and even though there are people who live above it we never heard them. It's a wonderful place to stay.

We have stayed in this complex before and had no idea this unit even existed. It’s a bit of a walk from the parking garage, but the owner’s advice to pack and unpack on the street was spot on! The benefit of the downstairs, massive patio, and view of the trees and golf course are WELL worth being a tad far from parking.
The unit was very clean, comfortable, and well laid out. The kitchen was fantastic. Probably the most well equipped kitchen of any rental I’ve ever had. We cooked a few times and we had more than enough plates, utensils, and cooking implements that we could ever need. The only bummer was no bbq. I love to grill and it was definitely missed. It was a bit odd since the patio is so big, but it’s also exposed to bears and other wildlife so maybe that’s why this unit doesn’t have one.
The rooms and bathrooms were really nice. The tv was easy to use (we love the Olympics). Overall this unit is a 10/10!!! We will definitely be back and highly recommend this unit.

Beds were uncomfortable, but that is subjective. If you have guests with mobility issues, keep looking (stairs down to the condo). Underground Parking was great, but located one building away. Internet was spotty during the day.

Awesome property for 2-4 people looking for a natural setting in the shadows of Mammoth Ski Resort. Beautiful view of the golf course and mountains. Easy access to the tap rooms, coffee shops, restaurants and more. Minutes from the village and ski resort. Can't wait to go back!

One of best family vacations ever!!!!!
What a treat! This property has it all!!! Form kitchen gagets, cookwear and space, we felt so at home!! Honestly, just bring your suitcases and a few groceries and you will feel like you are staying at a families home. Beds are comfy, towels are fully stocked and the location is stellar. I wish the hot tub was open after our time on the slopes but, due to Covid we understand.
The owners have taken every step to make you feel at home from handwritten notes, to “how to’s” and notes when leaving. We will be back again and look forward to making more family memories!!!

Wonderful location of very clean and comfortable Mammoth Condo. Location is a little challenging as you have a bit of a walk and some stairs to contend with to get to unit, but once you are down to condo, it is very quiet and secluded. Worth the effort!!!
Also Nomadness property management is top tier, with prompt replies to questions and service needs. Bravo to them!
