Clean, well equipped one bedroom condo in a great location. Easy access to the beach (laughing at the poor folks looking for parking) in north Naples.
Property manager was informative and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Bernice & Stephens condo. It was exactly as pictured, clean, well equipped, and comfortable. We enjoyed the roof top pool, close proximity to the beach, and the sweet little touches the owners left for us. I would highly recommend this lovely condo.

My husband and I had a relaxing and fun time in this immaculate apartment with a fully equipped kitchen and great view. The roof top pool is clean and warm and a great place to read or take a nap. Walk to the beach for amazing sunsets and you are only a short drive away from excellent grocery stores and restaurants! We will be back!!

Property was 100% as advertised. Our hosts were great at communicating everything that was going on in the area ahead of time so there were no surprises. Very short walk to the beach! easy parking in a reserved spot. Our hosts even left wine and chocalates for us. A+

One week stay
This was a very nice unit and location. Very close to the beach (which was a great beach) with easy access to restaurants in the area. Easy parking on the ground floor under cover and the elevator made access to out second floor condo easy and fast. Check in/check out was a easy with Steve and Bernice living in the buiding across from our condo.

This is a great place to stay and it is only 3 minutes walking to the beach. The kitchen has all the dishes and cookware you need to make your own meals. The condo is very clean and well maintained. The beach chairs and umbrella were complimentary, which was a plus. Easy communication with the Host Bernice. She was always available to help if needed.

Wonder place
This is a great vacation spot for two people! Very close to the beach and restaurants/shopping. Mercato right down the street. Our host Bernice was very hospitable.

Great stay in paradise
Could not ask for a better experience. The unit exceeded expectations, and I cannot say enough about the owners. Two nice people that it was a privilege to meet. We will definitely return.

Bernice and Steve went out of their way to acclimate me to the condo and surrounding area. They shared great recommendations and made me feel like a priority during my stay. Vanderbilt Beach and the rooftop pool were amazing! I had everything I needed at their property and thoroughly enjoyed my trip!

Another Great Stay In Unit 211 at Vanderbilt Palms
A return visit for the month of February in unit 211 at Vanderbilt Palms was as enjoyable as last year. Again, the unit was meticulously clean upon our arrival and a bottle of wine was awaiting us at our favourite table overlooking the bay. Soon after our arrival, owners Bernice and Steven Valdivia were there to greet us to make sure everything was to our liking. Bernice and Steven reminded us that they are always available should we need anything attended to in the unit to make our stay the best it can be.
The location of this unit is excellent - a short walk to Vanderbilt Beach, close proximity to grocery stores, restaurants and other conveniences. The unit is comfortably furnished and equipped with everything you will need to make your own meals. The roof top pool is a favourite spot for us to meet other renters, several of whom are return renters at Vanderbilt Palms, enjoy swims, the hot tub and take in the surrounding views.
Our thanks to Bernice and Steven for another enjoyable stay. We will be back next year!

We had a wonderful time and the condo was close to the beach!
My wife and I had a awesome time at this comfortable condo that was only a couple minute walk from the gorgeous sandy beach! We would grab a cup of coffee and walk the beach every morning. Bernice and Steve were the best! We enjoyed meeting them and are looking forward to seeing them both again next year.
If your looking to be close to the beach-and you are- don’t miss the opportunity.

We couldn’t have asked for more
What can I say other then it felt like home. Bernice and Steve did everything to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Clean as a whistle, well appointed, comfortable, and with a fabulous view. There is a reason for the expression, “location, location, location.” Everything was right there surrounding us and some of it even in walking distance.We’ll be back only this time it will feel like we’re visiting family rather than just renting a condo from strangers and we can’t wait until next time.

Perfectly located condo with superior service
The condo is perfectly located a few steps away from the beach, across the Ritz-Carlton on Vanderbilt at the top floor of a 2-story building. The view of the bay from the family room & kitchen is stunning and even better from the private pool and spa area on the rooftop.
Bernice & Steven were literally a text message away and very responsive (when the coffee machine died suddenly).
They offered to check-in earlier than expected as the condo was ready. Private parking spaces for tenants and guests with car tags and main door with digital lock are extremely convenient.
Deserved 5 stars.

Excellent Apartment in a Good Location
The owners could not have done more to make our stay any more enjoyable. The apartment is in a great spot, five minutes from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Shops and more restaurants are only a short drive away.
It has excellent facilities. Everything is top of the range, from the cooking facilities to the chairs and umbrella for the beach. There is a pool on the floor above and parking two floors below.
Would gladly come back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Beach Paradise. The owners Bernice and Steven were very welcoming and helpful. The condo is very clean and well appointed. Location is great, within easy walk to the beach and excellent restaurants. We definitely will return.

Great Vacation Spot
These accommodations were very nice. We enjoyed our stay and would consider returning on our next trip to Naples. The Palms were convenient to all the p;laces we wanted to see and visit. We especially enjoyed the pool on the top floor. The weather was beautiful during our visit and having access to the private pool was a plus. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. We would recommend this property!

Beautiful, well maintained, perfect location !
The condo was very comfortable well maintained and spotless. The view was beautiful and the location was perfect less than a block from the beach and very close to grocery stores and wonderful restaurants. The owners were very friendly and available for any problems (we didn't have any). We would definitely stay in this unit again, I would recommend it to friends and friends.

Great Location! Great Unit! Great Weather!
What is there not to like of our 6 week stay (Feb to mid March) in unit 211 at the Vanderbilt Palms! The building is located but a five minute walk to the beach; our rented unit had a wonderful view of the water canal; the roof top pool has incredible views of the water canal and surrounding area and a great place to meet other renters and owners. My wife and I have visited Naples for four straight years, our third stay at the Vanderbilt Palms (we obviously love the location), our first stay in unit 211. Upon arrival we found the unit meticulously clean, well appointed, plenty of storage in the bedroom for our clothes. We like to cook our meals in the unit and found all that we needed to prepare our meals. Kitchen appliances are all full size. Eating our meals at the bar table with views of the water canal was so enjoyable. The owners, Bernice and Steve, are always available if issues or needs arise with the unit. They are also so helpful in introducing their renters to other renters, which is very useful in exchanging information about the best restaurants, tourist attractions and shopping areas. The Vanderbilt Palms is a well kept building providing a very friendly environment to enjoy your visit in Naples, Florida. Over the past four years we have met some wonderful people at the Vanderbilt Palms. We definitely enjoyed all that unit 211 had to offer and we will be back next year!
