The condo was clean, quiet, and plenty of room. The village area was great with shopping for my teenage daughters and wife, hiking trials for me, and a pool and play area for our six year old. We love Keystone and the surrounding area. It is beautiful and very family friendly and laid back. My kids loved the free gondola and chair lift tickets. The host was great as well. I had one question for Dan and he got back with me within a few minutes.

This condo was perfect for my family. We each had our own bedroom and bathroom. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Comfy seating in the living area for watching movies. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops. In fact, the condo is above the New Moon Cafe, which has outside seating for a quick bite. A short walk took us to the Gondola for a ride to the top of the ski mountain. We ate at Pizza on the Run, Kickapoo Tavern and the Crepe Stand, which are all within walking distance and Haywood Cafe, which is a short drive or longer walk. We ventured in to Frisco for some family fun time at the Frisco Escape Room, which I would also recommend. The owner, Dan, communicated with me quickly. I would definitely recommend his condo.

Amazing property with everything you need! Spacious, comfortable and clean! Super easy access to slopes, shopping and dining! Our only complaint is that we didn’t plan to stay longer!!

Very spacious. Kitchen better stocked than any other property we've ever rented, lots of pans, spices, utensils. Just a wonderful stay all around.

Such a beautiful resort and awesome condo. So accomodating for our group of 7. Kitchen and dining areas very conducive for group meals or individual schedules. Perfect living room area for gathering for evening actvities. Bed and bathrooms were great. We visited during the off- ski season and found many activities. Loved the beauty of the walking and hiking areas, bike trails, hot tubs, community room with pool table. Climbed a ski trail and reveled in the beauty of the scenery. Close to area towns and free shuttle to Araphoe Basin allowed late season skiing (thanks for lift tickets!) and concerts! Thanks, Dan for your hospitality allowing us to have a wonderful family vacation!

We absolutely loved staying in our unit at Keystone. Only steps away from the gondola, and easy access to and from the unit. We all slept very comfortably as the beds were all so perfect. The kitchen has everything we needed, and we took advantage of eating-in every night. The more time I spend on the mountain, the more I fall in love with it. Perfect weather conditions. I wish it was my permanent home!~

We just finished a family ski trip to Keystone. This place was just perfect for our family of 7 (kids ages 8 to 16) and the very short walk to get on the gondola was perfect. We just parked our car and left it for the entire time. On top of only a short walk to being on the slopes; the River Run Village setting was a wonderful place to be located. It has some great food and shops in a great safe setting. We all loved the hot tubs after a day on the slopes. Loved the condo, decked out just right. Real comfortable, good size kitchen, lots of TV's, nice balcony, great setting. Dan and Winston are amazing and want to thank them for a great vacation. Winston your outstanding level of service, like coming to us instead of us looking for you, was really appreciated. You both made our trip super nice! Thank you.

What can I say other than awesome! Accommodations, location and quality just scratch the surface. The entire week was so enjoyable. The mountain provided unlimited trails to explore. The condo, situated in the village, gave us easy access to all available activities including great dining, Opre skiing, and probably the easiest access to the gondola you can get, which took us to the top of the mountain. All of these, matched with the seven ski passes that came with the unit made it an incredible experience. After skiing, we could choose one of the three exterior spas, or a nice game of pool. We relaxed in the spacious unit, sitting in the barka lounges. Being the largest unit in the project allowed for us to spread out in comfort. Loved the place and will be back very soon.

I've rented condos and homes from VRBO for over 8 years and Dan was the easiest and nicest owner to work with. He went above and beyond to accommodate my group and work with a few special requests. The unit was perfect. We had a group of 10 and no one ever felt crowded. The location was ideal. The door right outside the unit made it easy to get from the slopes back to the room very fast. The village is so close and had some great places. A little bit of everything you might need. The bedrooms were spacious and we were surprised with the new king size bed in the second bedroom. The beds were all comfortable and the sheets soft. There are lots of extra blankets. Humidifiers in all the rooms were a bonus! The bathrooms were very spacious and well stocked. Extra tissues and toilet paper is sometimes rare in rentals so it was nice to see all the supply. The washer and dryer worked fine. The condo did get a little warm at times. The sign on the thermostat said to open windows instead adjusting the temperature. We did that and it worked fine. I appreciate those kind of notes to explain how to work things! We ate in most nights and used the kitchen quite a bit. The kitchen is well stocked and has pretty much everything you would need. My only suggestion would be a kitchen sponge or scrubber brush. The pantry was even stocked with a a lot of staples from left over renters. The parking garage was great since it was underground. The elevators were always fast and we were never waiting long. The luggage carts are plentiful. I also appreciated the garbage and recycling room in the garage too. I don't like to see it build up in the condo so it was nice to be able to take it down ourselves. The teenagers in my group loved the lobby and the pool table. They were down there all the time when they weren't on the slopes. It was nice to even sit on the couches and watch a few college bowl games. A very cozy area! My sister used the kids activities and she said they were great. Her son loved the free cookies and knew what time he wanted to go ice skating every day! She also used the ski school and was very happy with the results and the instructors. I highly recommend this condo! Everything about it was ideal. The location, the size of the unit, the ski lift passes, and booking with Dan were all top notch. Thank you for a wonderful ski trip and vacation! I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Thank you so much for the AWESOME ski condo rental as well as lift passes! Everyone in our group had a terrific time staying and skiing the "STONE" ! Dan is so great to work with and has all the details down to a science. We would not think of staying or skiing anywhere else. We even had a baby with us and he was very comfortable, and thanks for the nice humidifiers too! We are looking forward to our future trips and highly recommend this condo especially for the close proximity to the lifts and amenities and of course the ski passes are the best perk of all! We used the kitchen for some dinners and had a great family time playing board games instead of waiting for a table at a restaurant (and we did eat out too) The beds and 3 bedrooms were perfect as well as the 3 bathrooms with lots of space and a washer and dryer. The condo has a very spacious living area that is very relaxing and homey. The wall pictures of Keystone are very neat and unique to the property as well and my favorite is the picture over the fireplace. We also did not worry about a grandchild deciding to take a partial day off of skiing because of a lift ticket purchase since we had the ski passes. We barely had to leave the area because we had everything we needed after purchasing our groceries. Every day some of the family skied down to the condo to take a lunch break there which is also quicker, cheaper and more relaxing. We look forward to our next trip to Keystone Mountain! First off, working with Dan (owner) was wonderful, he is very prompt on all communications, extremely helpful answering all my many questions, accommodating, and thoughtful...We stayed the week of Christmas and he generously provided a Christmas tree and trimmings at no charge! Thanks again Dan! Our stay at Silver Mill was more than convenient in every way. The heated underground parking was great, the location of this condo situated at the end of the hall right next to the stairway leading directly out to the village and steps to the gondola was a HUGE blessing as we made SEVERAL trips each day through those doors. The 3 full and quite spacious bathrooms made our group of 8 VERY happy! Washer and dryer came in handy as did the large space at the entrance for all of our boots, gloves, jackets, etc. There were plenty of toiletries and towels, beds were comfy, couches and chairs were super cozy and the instant fireplace was SO nice to have! We also made use of the little sled and pack n play for our 18 mo old, what a bonus! BUT, the biggest bonus of all and what truly sold us on this place before seeing it for ourselves were the lifetime lift passes that Dan includes in his rental! What a gift/deal! it was so nice not having to purchase them or worry about what days we wanted to ski depending on price and weather or if someone were to not feel like skiing after purchase, etc. it didn't matter bc we had the tickets for each of us for everyday of our trip!!! How perfect! We used the kitchen which had everything we needed for meals but also we made use of the convenience of the village and all the restaraunts and shopping found there! Everything about keystone, Silver Mill and this condo was perfect for our week long family vacation at Christmas this year!!

First, I want to say that Dan is great to work with. He answers all questions very quickly and is very thorough in helping in anyway he can. The property exceeded my expectations. We never left property as there are 5+ resturants to eat at within a block of the room and there are many places to shop, get groceries, souveniers, etc within that same distance. When you arrive you want to park close to the elevators (in the heated garage) because the room is a little bit of a walk from the elevator but it is located near a stairwell that takes you right out to the main street so the location is ideal. We had 9 people and it was very comfortable and spacious for all of us. The walk to the gondola was about a block so it was perfect and they have wagons there to carry all of your ski gear, plus Dan offers a locker for your gear on the first floor. The ski passes are amazing and we utilized them everyday. The passes that are offered with the condo really make this an exceptional value. We can not wait to come back. The room, the resort, and the mountain were all amazing!! Also, if you have children, you should check the schedule because there are several free activities to do each day. We took advantage of sevearl of these options from the bigfoot trail, to the obstacle course, face painting, free cookies and more. The resort really has a ton to offer for the entire family. You will enjoy your stay here! We rented our equipment from Christy's rentals and received free rentals for children under 12 so that was another great value. The resort also has a lounge area with a T.V, fireplace and pool table. We were able to take the kids down to play pool almost everynight. We had a blast. Thanks Dan!

First we start with my family from .. with nieces, nephew, & parents who were only on skis once before in NC. My sister, an avid skier, and my partner & I from NJ. Wow- Our first Xmas together as a family. Would we survive each other;-) Dan's communication was immediate and fluid answering all our questions about where to get best rentals, lockers etc.. When we arrived, we were blown away...there was a 6' Xmas tree with all trimmings beside it. Dan's thoughtfulness, infused childlike giddiness into the group. We had a group of 7, with two teenagers, and 5 adults. The condo was so very spacious, giving each person their own area. The bedrooms were large, and loved the 3 full bathrooms, and washer & dryer were a treat!! The mattresses & linens were of good quality. We cooked in several nights. Dan even had a slow cooker!! Kitchen well appointed, and family loved the large LR and kitchen table to play games, or hang by fireplace. The condo was very clean & well maintained. You could tell Dan took pride in how his guests experienced his home. Finally the location was amazing..only 3 minute walk to Gondola. This gave everyone the flexibility in our group of. 7 to come and go, with ease. The Condo is located at the very end of the hallway, so very quiet. Kids loved the pool table, skating rink, and sauna in the building. We had the time of our life!!! We laughed and shared so many firsts for the kids first time to Colo. The kids especially loved the sleigh ride into mountains for Xmas eve dinner..& tubing.. .Xmas morning, with our beautiful lit Xmas tree, with all our gifts under...we paused to be thankful for being together & for Dan who went above & beyond to give my family a lifetime of special memories;-).... Not allowing pets & a strict non smoking policy were very important to our health. The only opportunity we experienced, was a need for a humidifier for each bedroom & Living room. That's it...pretty darn close to perfect!! We hope to return again to enjoy and remember:-) thanks Dan..sorry it has taken this jersey girl so long to post.

We booked our annual men's golf trip through the owner, Dan and it was such a wonderful experience. We've stayed at his condo during the winter months for skiing too. But, the summer months are simply stunning at Keystone. The smell of the evergreen trees and the crispness of the air are breathtaking. The condo is SO large and on one level making it very easy for a lot of people to be comfortable having 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. The location in the River Run area is the best. We are very close to the gondola AND to the shops and restaurants too. The furnishings are first class with new flat screen tvs in every room. We stay at his place every winter too because it's a deal that just simply can't be beat. We receive SEVEN (7) FREE DAILY SKI PASSES on each trip. They are transferable between people in my group. It saves us $700+/day in ski lift tickets alone! Working with Dan is a pleasure. He's very responsive to requests and always on top of things which we appreciate. Do yourself a favor and book time at this condo. You won't be sorry. Even the summer rates are great. 3 bedroom/3 bathroom condos on one level are hard to find at Keystone, so we book it every year.

This condo was perfect for our family while we visited Keystone! The condo is in an awesome location (right in the middle of River Run) and it came equipped with everything we needed. Could not recommend it more! :)
