L'unité est décorée avec des appareils électroménagers de grande taille, des armoires personnalisées, des comptoirs en granit, un bar avec machine à glaçons, un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 52 pouces dans le salon avec des téléviseurs à écran plat dans les chambres, une buanderie avec laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur. Le grand balcon offre l'endroit idéal pour regarder le soleil se coucher sur le golfe !! Nous avons également amélioré le condo avec de nouvelles tuiles dans les chambres !!
Il y a une rivière paresseuse, un toboggan, une piscine extérieure avec une pataugeoire clôturée, une piscine intérieure chauffée, deux jacuzzis, un centre de remise en forme ultramoderne, 4 saunas et des courts de tennis sur le toit.
Il y a une limite d'âge minimum de 25 ans pour réserver l'unité qui sera appliquée sans remboursement pour violation.
Parking: Vous devez acheter vos laissez-passer de stationnement à l'arrivée, ils sont des frais uniques de 35 $ par véhicule. Views were amazing and we loved the layout. We were very happy with every aspect of our stay. We would definitely rent again. Only two minor issues where I suggest you could improve...TP provided was very cheep and thin (worse than gas station quality) and kitchen wasn’t as fully stocked as we have experienced at other rentals.

Never stayed at a Phoenix property before and frankly have preferred more singular properties than large developments. But we needed plenty of space for two families and we couldn't have been happier - I think the condo was bigger than my house! Some of the kitchen supplies left alot to be desired (e.g. replaced an inooerable can opener), but we were able to pull off a homemade Thanksgiving without too much effort and room for everyone around the table. The balcony is incredible. We hated to leave and we're so grateful to spend the holiday together in such a beautiful and comfortable place.

We have been on many nice vacations, from Destin to Belize to Mallorca... Each of our 4 bedrooms were very comfortable, balcony with a nice view and TV in each. The family/kitchen/balcony was very well decorated and located on a corner with a beautiful view of the beach.

We loved our stay in Orange Beach this year! Our condo was the perfect size for a family of 9!! The views were spectacular from the balcony!I do wish our condo was a bit cleaner. Some of the cooking pans and utensils were dirty (food stuck on them) and the countertops were dirty, but nothing we couldn't clean and take care of. Also, the pillows in the second master were paper thin...we normally take our pillows, but forgot them this time. They def need to be replaced. Outside of that the stay was perfect. The staff at the front desk, security and throughout the condo were AMAZING. You can tell they all truly love their jobs. Overall, we would 100% rent this condo again and look forward to it next year.

elevators were terrible. Condo was nice. Water in Master bath tub did not work. Some of the kitchen items were chipped or broken but did not stop us from moving on. Pool and beach areas were very nice.

The management is very helpful and nice.
The condo is very spacious. And the rooms were nice as well. Plenty of space for 6 adults and children.
We felt the condo could be stocked better…only a few bowls, warn out pans.
The complex is big.
Checking in on a Saturday and waiting for an elevator took some time. - which is to be expected going during the busy summer months.

This place is huge! Phenomenal wraparound views from the corner condo that just wows you as soon as you walk in. Our group of 10 had an incredible time & not once ever felt cramped. The building is in an excellent location for all things Orange Beach. We spent everyday in the lazy river, pool, huge water slide, & beach of course.
Nothing bad to say. We are already planning our next trip for the Phoenix West.

Although extremely crowded and only 4 elevators for 28 floors of condos the overall experience was good. They really should’ve planned the elevator situation better to have freight and passenger elevators. Trying to squeeze luggage dolly on an elevator with hordes of passengers is no simple task

The location is great being that it’s a short drive back into Gulf Shores and Foley or drive on down to the Florida line. We traveled as large family and the condo accommodated us all easily. The lazy river was the biggest hit for everyone. My dad is not one to get in the water or go to the beach unless we take pictures, but he stayed in the lazy River the whole week. Our uncle with down syndrome doesn’t get in the ocean and would prefer to stay in the pool and everything was so easy for him to access. We’ve always stayed in a beach house, so this was a different experience and we really enjoyed it!

Beautiful & spacious! The balcony and views were absolutely phenomenal. 9 adults stayed and never felt cramped. Charlotte and her team were very quick to answer any questions before our arrival and we didn't need any assistance during our stay. We loved the unit, building, and amenities but if I had one negative thing to say is maybe have a chat with the cleaning service. The bar & glasses were very dusty and the floors needed to be cleaned. They didn't look dirty but if you walked barefoot you would definitely see. These are the ONLY 2 negatives I have and they would not deter our group from staying here again.

Pictures of the property did not do it justice. It was even nicer and bigger than expected! Me and the boys had an amazing time for our bachelor party and it had everything we needed to accommodate 9 men in total.

Summer Vacation 2022
Awesome balcony views. Great room layout, with each room having their own restrooms, as well as a half restroom in the hallway if needed. Plenty of space for cooking, dining, activities. Easy access to amenities (tennis court, pool, lazy river, beach). One item to note for future guests, is that this condo is 25+ floors, so the beach gets very crowded. Great place to stay with a large group, and many restaurants, places to check out nearby. Overall, highly recommend for a vacation spot!

Large apartment building on beach
One of four elevators was out of order from check in till day before leaving. Saturday check in occurred during a T-storm sending a long line of people off beach and took some 2 to 3 hours to get in and up. Lot of shark activity 3 out of 6 days. Met many nice folks from various States but a majority of rude folks who had no manners. Good location.
When booked in January, we wete advised only 2 parking spots for our 4 bedroom unit and no beach service. They recommended an off sight place to rent umbrellas, chairs and off sught parking for our 3rd vehicle. Days before check-in they advised beach chairs and umbrella services available and our unit was entitled to 3 spots at $35 each. We wasted too much time hauling beach stuff up and down in crowded elevators.
We definitely will not return. Back to Florida as in many years past.

The view from this unit was exceptional! We truly enjoyed our morning coffee while dolphin watching from the balcony. The condo was nicely decorated and fully furnished, although it could use some minor updates. The oven was quite slow in cooking, the microwave has an electrical short of some type and was difficult to get going. Some of the bedding was noticeably stained and the couch could use a good cleaning, but we did appreciate that is was big enough to fit everyone in our group for a snuggly family movie night.

Arrived on time only to find our condo was not ready to occupy. After driving 18 hours, we were disappointed and tired. Once it ready, found no toilet paper or soap in bathrooms. Good thing we brought our own. Updates are needed to the condo furnishings. List was given to property management. Overall, condo is spacious and wonderful views.
