Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: relaxing

Stayed here 7 days with my adult daughters and aunt. We had a lovely time. Accommodations were perfect for our group size. It could’ve been slightly cleaner, but I am a stickler. I don’t like to see dust behind the headboards or furniture. The kitchen was one of the first that had plenty of utensils and cooking ware. The short stroll to the beach wasn’t as bothersome as I thought it would be. First time I’ve stayed anywhere that wasn’t directly on the beach. The beach was never packed full of vacationers like us, it almost gave it the sense it was a private beach. Most enjoyable.

Excellent stay. Stayed on first floor. Pool was right outback of our screened in porch. Although it would be nice to have stepping stones because the grass is quite thick. When we first arrived we could smell the condo was clean but maybe too strong. Ran AC and fans to disperse the strong smell of cleaner. They had beach chairs, umbrellas and all sorts of beach stuff. Had a cooler too. Ice maker in freezer and extra ice trays. Anything you needed was in kitchen. They even had fans like plug in fans because I like to sleep with a fan on. There were ceiling fans too. Wifi worked fine. Parking is very limited though if you have more then one car in your party. Showers were spacious. Walk to the beach is just perfect. The path is smooth enough to bring a wheelie cart (condo didn’t have one) and it’s a short short walk. You can’t see the gulf from these condos. Maybe 3rd floor ones but I’m not sure even because of the way the condos face, they don’t face the gulf. It’s a quiet area. Low traffic. Plenty of good places to eat and shop. The condo has a washer and dryer which is great so you don’t have to pack soo much stuff, that way you have room for all the beautiful shells you will bring back home!! We saw tons of live sand dollars just off the shore, you could see them in the waves at the shore. We saw sting Rays, so be sure to do the shuffle when you are in the water! Manatees and dolphins in gulf too, we had a close encounter with a manatee while in water which startled us but he wasn’t going to hurt us—that’s how close he was!! No jelly fish!!! The noseeums were ok. Got a few bites but kept bug bands on both ankles and wrists. I always get tore up with bites but the bands greatly helped!!! I love this place, Sanibel and these condos!! This is the 3rd time at these condos! Thank you for having us!!!

Great location and minutes from the beautiful beach. Accommodations are very nice and spacious, but parking is horrendous. If you have a full-size SUV, this place might not be for you. Parking is assigned, yet others park in your spot or wherever they see fit. Also, no laundry exchange service places a choir on doing bath towels every other day.

We enjoyed everything about our stay except the contractor working on the property cut the electricity to the pool and it was out of commission for the majority of our stay. An unfortunate accident!

great beach access, centrally located with easy biking to stores, shopping etc. comfortable, clean and wow!, oh so quiet; ample space, would have liked a double and one single in second b-room instead of 2 single beds, would be nice to have a small vac for cleaning sand up from floors and 6 steak knives with a sharpener. the facility was really nice and i wouldn't hesitate to stay there again. Wonderful management and staff. Thank you for such a nice place.
