Fabuleux appartement de deux chambres situé sur la Pine Walk avec une vue superbe sur la baie de Puerto Pollensa. Balcon de bonne taille pour dîner ou simplement se détendre et regarder le monde passer.
Bel appartement au premier étage avec ascenseur sur la promenade des Pins, surplombant la mer, situé dans un quartier calme mais à seulement quelques minutes à pied du centre de Puerto Pollensa.
A l'intérieur de l'appartement il y a deux chambres à lits jumeaux climatisées, une salle de douche et une salle de bain complète.
Le salon est confortablement meublé et dispose de la télévision par satellite avec les chaînes Freeview. De grandes portes-fenêtres donnent un accès direct à la terrasse / balcon avant. La cuisine est bien équipée et comprend un four / plaque de cuisson, un réfrigérateur / congélateur, un four micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge.
Un joli appartement familial moderne, proche de toutes les commodités de Puerto Pollensa.

Absolutely loved our stay in this amazing apartment. Immaculate, modern bathrooms and every little detail thought of. Location is perfect for a gentle stroll to shops and restaurants although we were more than happy to sit in the balcony and enjoy the views.
Loved it so much we tried to book for next year but apartment was already booked up- need to be faster next time!

My friend and I stayed here for a week and couldn’t fault it. The view is to die for and it was wonderful to wake up and wander out on to the balcony to have breakfast whilst watching the world go by. It was quiet despite people walking along the pine walk in front of the apartment and there is a tiny beach right in front which is ideal for a quick morning swim and extremely safe for children. It was just far enough away from the beginning of the restaurants to make it the perfect location. The apartment has everything you could need for a comfortable holiday and my friend and I had a bathroom each which was lovely. Beds were comfortable. I would recommend the Viramar Pizzeria which is literally out the front of the apartment and turn right and about 200 metres along. We went there four nights out of the seven - food is fantastic as are the staff and reasonably priced - it is popular though and gets very busy so book. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our time here and can’t wait to come back!

Fabulous views over the bay, perfect location on the pine walk yards from restaurants but still quiet enough to relax and watch the world go by from the balcony.

We know area v well and location was perfect . However some attention to detail is required . The beds were all singles and very uncomfortable. Comfortable loungers for terrace would have been nice also a coffee pod machine . Updating required I feel .

Fabulous Location
Lovely 2 weeks break in July 2022. Property is a 2 Bedroom Apartment in a fantastic location overlooking Pine Walks. Property had all the essentials you need (air con to bedrooms) full kitchen incl dishwasher, washing machine, excellent WI-FI and a great terrace area with views over the Bay of Pollensa. Local shops and bars and the centre of Puerto de Pollensa is only a short walk away. Recommended. We will be returning.

Everything you need in one of the best locations in Port de Pollensa. Magnificent view of the bay from your balcony. Just far enough away from the bars and restaurants to be very peaceful.
