Paid a premium for this excellent high spec complex apartment, however discovered these can be rented from other companies at a much better price. Suited us, but is very quiet at this time of the year, the very remote location won't suit all, ideally you need a car. No visitor information in the apartment to assist with orientation of facilities and surroundings. A complimentary bottle of wine was provided - however when arriving in the evening with no on site facilities open, tea/coffee/milk and bread would have been more welcome. Host advised on arrival there was nowhere open to eat (9.30pm) - we check the internet and found a restaurant 20 minutes away who were still open! This particular apartments gets very little sun light - gets the sun for a short period in the morning however much of which is covered by large palm trees - apartments directly opposite are much better positioned, if you like the sun on your balcony. A number of maintenance related issues with the apartment: Air con/heating was not working in all rooms - The safe deposit box did not work - this was reported to maintenance but no one came back following visit to replace a faulty light - patio door in lounge area did not lock - no external landing lights all week, following a flood above, we have used our mobile torches to see our way in and out of the building.

Excelent location near the beach and far way from the crowds.

When we arrived the cleaning was not very good, but the management requested a new cleaning and everything got fine. In the rooms the curtains let pass the sun in the morning starting at 6am. The baby crib matress was very unconfortable and we bought a new one.
