A propos de ce cabane standardrental
Construite en 1986, cette maison du lac offre de nouvelles commodités, des pins noueux du sol au plafond, un grand pont enveloppant, un plateau de jeu arc-en-ciel, un foyer et un bain à remous pouvant accueillir 7 personnes, que nous gardons ouverts toute l'année.
La cour est grande et plate, offrant un grand espace pour les jeux de pelouse. La propriété est nichée sur 100 'de la rive du lac avec un quai et une plage de sable.
Cette cabine peut accueillir 12 confortablement! Il y a 3 chambres fermées, une grande chambre en mezzanine et un futon dans le salon au rez-de-chaussée. Nous avons également 2 pack-n-jeux ainsi que 2 matelas pour lit de bébé pour les jeunes enfants ou un étage supplémentaire pour dormir.
Il y a deux salles de bains, une au niveau principal (lavabo, toilette, douche) et une au niveau inférieur (lavabo, toilette, douche, baignoire, planchers chauffants). Il y a aussi une laveuse et une sécheuse disponibles!
La cuisine est équipée de tous les ustensiles de cuisine et de repas, y compris un grille-pain, une machine à pop-corn, une cafetière et une machine à glace.
Les salons des niveaux principal et inférieur disposent d'une télévision à écran plat avec lecteur Blu-ray. Le niveau principal a une chaîne stéréo.
En outre, la cabine est équipée d’une climatisation centrale, mais la structure respire très bien en été et reste très confortable.
Un autre avantage est notre emplacement. Nous sommes situés à une très courte distance de marche de Manhattan Beach Lodge, le choix des téléspectateurs 2017 du WCCO pour "Le meilleur bar à quai du Minnesota". Vous y trouverez d'excellents restaurants, bars et concerts! Nous sommes également à seulement 5 minutes de nombreux autres restaurants, bars, boutiques, golf, camping et épicerie.

Great place, owner was easily reached and easy to work with. A bit of a drive to brainerd for shopping but wonderful shopping closer in nisswa. We were there in the fall and enjoyed the large hot tub. This place would be a blast for a family in the summer months with the lake right there and lots of lake activities available. Definitely recommend!

We loved the location, the house had everything we needed. We absolutely loved the hot tub each morning with a cup of coffee! Most of our family ventured up the lake steps only once, from there on out we took advantage of the elevator. The only recommendation I have is to put a motion light on the deck side of the house, or fix the one that’s there. It was very dark each night! We ended up just leaving on a flashlight each night when we out there so we could see the steps.

Came for a girls trip again. This is the perfect spot for us to relax, laugh, dance and enjoy ourselves. The setting is beautiful. Everything works as it should.
Dan is most responsive and answers any and all questions immediately. Check in was a breeze. The hot tub just makes it all perfect. We will be back

First of all, the property owner was great to work with and very communicative. Second, the cabin had a beautiful view, easy access to the water (even an elevator if you didn’t want to do the stairs), was full of charm, very clean and had separate areas for kids and adults to hangout which everyone appreciated! Third, the boat landing was very close to the property so we were able to get the boat in the water and docked at the cabin seamlessly. Lastly, the crappie fishing was unreal! It was as if they were just jumping in the boat! It was a delight for the kiddos, adults and our veteran fishermen alike! We had a wonderful time together making memories and refueling the soul! Thank you, Dan!

We had a great time at the cabin. 6 adults, a 4 yr old and a 9 month old and there was plenty of space for all to be together and also enough separation so you could find space away if wanted. Had everything we needed and more! Our granddaughter especially liked playing on the unicorn float.. and after being in the cold September Lake water,the hot tub was the perfect way to warm up!

The setting was very nice. Quiet and easy to find.
Very disappointed in the VERY narrow spiral staircase. A couple of the stairs were loose and being a family of 6’ and taller people, we kept hitting our heads at the top. (I apparently missed the whole staircase thing when we booked)
Lots of toys for little kids, but had to go down that spiral staircase to get to the tub at bath time, and sure didn’t want a 2yr old walking down those stairs by themselves.
Very much in need of dusting (ceiling fans were caked with dust), and bed skirts were old and torn. (Didn’t want to look under them after seeing the ceiling fan!)

We all lost a co worker and best friend one year ago this weekend. She was on her way to work and was killed on her motorcycle. We wanted to be together this weekend to pay tribute to her. What a perfect place to do it. Cabin is beautiful, clean and spacious. The kitchen has everything you need which is hard to find. First time ever that the property was even better than the pictures. Host was wonderful. We enjoyed the dock, hot tub and bon fire pit. It was an emotional weekend for us. We would love to come back and do this every year. Thank you Dan. Rent this place you will not regret it.

Great place to stay for kids and parents! Fun spaces to play in and out of the water. Toys and games available for a rainy day. Located on a great little lake blocking the wind with easy access to larger lakes for fun and fishing. Wonderful communication with owner. Definitely recommend!

Main/up/ceiling noise - Any sound on the main floor reflexes off the ceiling, which goes up at about 45 degrees, and is readily herd up stairs in the bedroom that only has a curtain. This makes it very hard for anyone in that room to sleep once others are up and moving on the main floor. The lakeside deck on the main floor is covered with something that is very slippery when wet. Many of our group slipped. A few of the 78 steps that go down to the water feel weak. There were 2 wasp nests under the deck, by the hot tub. The living space on the main floor, which includes the dinning room and living room, is small. On rainy days it was too small for 7 adults and 6 kids. The hot tub waterline needed a good cleaning. The gas grill burner heat deflectors need to be replaced. One was a pile of rust, one was damaged, and the other was not much better. Everything else was great. Recommend using the beach towels you bring with you in the bathrooms starting the last night, which will allow you to complete "washing and drying" the Owners towels the night before.

This house is amazing! Perfect for a group!! We went for a 40th bday girls trip and we all loved it! Lots of space and it was super clean! Pretty sure the beds are better than what I have at home. Slept like a rock!! I also loved that the kitchen is fully stocked. Crockpots and everything. Will definitely book this again!!

We have stayed at other VRBO's and in comparison, this property required quite extensive cleaning which included changing bedding, washing and drying towels which other properties have not required. House was nice and clean, neighborhood was quiet. We were required to bring our own trash bags, toilet paper and paper towels and they only provided with 1 complimentary roll and also charged a cleaning fee which seemed a bit excessive for what we were required to do.

Gorgeous area. Clean, roomy, and inviting. Neighbors were a little closer than I realized. There were some small defects that I notified the owner about just so that he is aware and can fix those. I do think that remaking beds and laundry requirements were a bit unexpected when paying a cleaning fee, but I would stay there again if I was in the area.

Went up North and stayed at Dan's property for a snowmobiling weekend. The house had everything we needed to make for a great weekend. Couldn't have asked for a better or more beautiful place to stay.

We had a great time relaxing here over MEA break. With two families of five, the house was a good fit for all of us. The yard was big enough for our kids to play, and the hot tub was a convenient break from a chilly fall day. The house is conveniently located within a five minute walk from Manhattan Beach Lodge, and the owner was very responsive and friendly!

We had an amazing long weekend at the look lodge. We had 6 adults and 2 toddlers. The space was beautiful comfortable and safe for kids. The hot tub was great for the first snow of the season. And the beds were all super comfy which is an area rental cabins often are lacking.Dan was great to communicate with and he answered all of my.silly questions quickly. I would highly recommend, great vacation

This cabin provided a great place to stay for a long weekend. It's located in close proximity to Crosslake and nature hiking. We enjoyed the layout of the space and the ability spread out. The property is well kept, away from neighbors and the hot tub/fire pit was huge hit. Would greatly recommend this cabin for a long weekend with 6 - 8 people.

A group of friends rented the cabin for the weekend. Dan was very accommodating and the cabin was clean and beautiful ! The hot tub was amazing ! We all had beds to sleep in and a great fire pit to sit around at night. The stair elevator was perfect for the high elevation down to a nice sitting area on the dock ! We recommend renting this cabin ! Conveniently located too !

Dan's place is lovely! A beautiful place on the lake and a great hot tub! The instructions covered everything we needed to know. Be prepared for gorgeous scenery! There are a lot of steps down to the dock but it is WORTH IT! The only thing we forgot were spices and seasonings :) It was the perfect place for our COVID honeymoon!

Very comfortable, well equipped cabin with so many things to do outdoors; great fishing for sunfish, kayaking, swimming with the lily pad, and hanging out at the dock. Up at the cabin, there was the playground for the kids, the firepit, and of course the awesome hot tub. Everyone was busy and happy. We loved the location. I highly recommend this VRBO.
