Il y a un grand salon / salle à manger à aire ouverte pour toute la famille. Profitez d'une soirée agréable près du poêle à bois. La propriété a deux grandes chambres à coucher. La chambre principale a un lit king et une demi-salle de bain attenante. La chambre supplémentaire comprend un lit queen-size et un lit simple, pouvant accueillir confortablement trois personnes supplémentaires. Les deux chambres ont de nouveaux planchers et draps. Le pont est un endroit idéal pour profiter des nuits d'été avec vue sur la piscine et les montagnes. Il y a aussi beaucoup d'espaces verts pour que la famille puisse en profiter

Very clean and comfortable condo with all the comforts of home! Kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pans, etc. Comfortable king size bed in the master and the floor fan was a nice bonus. Two bathrooms, which was great! Easy access to The Kanc and 93. Great location and just down the street from our favorite restaurants, The Common Man & Gordi's. We really enjoyed our stay in this well maintained condo! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Lincoln, NH. In town with shops and stores nearby but still very peaceful and quiet place to relax.

My brother and I were down for some hiking and this location was perfect for what we were looking for. The apartment was clean, and had amenities (such as shampoo, towels, etc) which was an added bonus. It was kept very tidy, and the instructions and communication was excellent I knew exactly what to do/ where everything was and how it worked!
This condo is close to the white mountains, and easy to navigate around the area.
My only note is that if you have a larger group, the noise does travel and I would say the 10pm rule is necessary so neighbors can also have a peaceful stay as well. However, that said the neighbors were very friendly and helpful when we first arrived!

First time in White Mountain area. Shannon provided plenty of information including restaurant recommendation and things to do before the trip. Condo has everything my family needed during the stay. Close to Franconia Notch and many trails. Couldn't ask for better location!

Perfect Accommodations and Location
We visited Lincoln last weekend with a group of 4 adults and had a wonderful experience. The accommodations were perfect (just as described), and they’ve clearly taken the time/care to make sure guest feel comfortable and informed. The location was fantastic with the local attractions all being a very short car ride away, and we enjoyed being able to walk to town quickly and easily as an alternative. Shannon was very responsive to our questions about the home and local attractions, which really enabled us to make the most of our time. We would highly recommend the property!

My family had a wonderful stay at Shannon’s condo. It was the perfect size, clean and comfortable and had everything you needed. The location is close to town and Loon Mountain. Shannon was an excellent host to work with very informative and responsive.

Economical and convenient
This is an economical option for Lincoln a few blocks off the main road. It's not luxury, but it has everything you need. The owner was responsive and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the deck was pleasant with a modest view. There is plenty of room for two couples. On the negative side, the portable air conditioners in bedrooms were loud and bulky. The kitchen pots and pans were old and beat up.

Dissappointed
Condo was clean and comfortable, but I would not recommend this unit for someone who cannot climb stairs. Didn't realize it was up six flights of stairs. Unit is not full a/c and is very warm during the day, we had to use fans in addition to the floor units (that were only in the bedrooms) but still remained extremely warm. Only has one TV in the unit which makes it difficult to satisfy all parties and does not have any DVD player. Pool area needs major work - could not sit on the picnic tables because they were extremely warn and full of splinters and most of the chaise lounges were broken and dirty.

Wonderful Memorial Day weekend
Four adults spent a great weekend in this condo. Shannon was very accommodating with our questions. Condo was very clean, well stocked kitchen and beds were comfortable. Quiet location just off main road in Lincoln NH. Would stay here again if we are in the area.

Great apartment that's close to town!
More space than the pictures showed and a very convenient location close to town. The apartment was well stocked and had everything our group of four could need. we would definitely stay again.

Really nice and efficient Condo!!
The condo was great and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay in the While Mountains of New Hampshire..Will definitely keep this place in mind if we venture up to Lincoln again!!

Loon mountain ski weekend
We had a great stay. The condo was nicely decorated, clean and spacious. Hop skip and jump to loon mtn. Shannon was a pleasure to work with. Would definitely use this condo again for another ski trip

Clean, nice sized condo close to the slopes
Great location. Walkable to restaurants and Loon South Peak entrance about 1/4 mile away. The unit was clean, good-sized and had everything we needed.
