First off, the layout of this condo is great. Large living room area is fantastic. The 2 green sleeper sofas need to be thrown out. The stains on them were disgusting. We never sat on them bc we were grossed out. I can't imagine trying to sleep on them. The stories they could tell...
The updated living room furniture was very nice. Leather sofa and recliners.The kitchen needs a major update. Has a new fridge (which is nice) but stove is almost dangerous bc the burner indicators have been worn off. So you have to turn on a burner and wait to see which one it is. Sterling silver silverware needs to be cleaned properly, looks very dirty. Or just get updated silverware. Kitchen cabinets need redone and cleaned thoroughly.
The mattresses on every bed ARE AWFUL. A couple bed had pieces of plywood to try to help. I literally tried different beds bc I couldn't sleep at night. Didn't help at all.
Excellent laundry room with full size washer and dryer.
Master bath had been updated. The other 2 bathrooms could use some updates specifically the showers.
Big dining room table which is great. Great bar area next to kitchen.
Private hot tub was great bc the "heated" pool for the complex wasn't very warm. The lid to hot tub needs to be replaced as it's falling apart. We were constantly picking pieces of Styrofoam out.
The location was great. We were there in December so not a lot of traffic.
Unless a few updates were made AND NEW MATTRESSES we would not stay here again.

This condo was perfect for our family of 9. The beach was awesome and weather great the whole week. We rented a pontoon boat and went to Shell Island which was fabulous. The private hot tub on the balcony was great and saved my back! We will definitely return to this condo.

The condo was nice and very big. It was really clean. The condo looks way nicer in person than in the pictures too. The TVs have been upgraded and are all nice. The beds aren't super comfortable but being worn out from the sun it wasn't an issue falling asleep what so ever. The pool is very nice and always has plenty of chairs open. We had an issue with the hot tub and they came out and fixed it the same day. The balcony has nice chairs to sit and relax on. Overall it was great place to stay and was only 20 minutes from pier park.

We had a wonderful stay! Beautiful place right on the beach! The only issue we had was the lights in the bedrooms were controlled by remotes and were somehow all connected haha so when one person turned on their bedroom light the other bedroom lights came one too 🤦🏼♀️

Loved the gated complex, pool and location. Loved the condo but the 2 issues were it needs a deep clean and we never did figure out how to sync the lights to turn them off or on without another room light coming on or off. The description of the sleeping/furniture needs updated

Overall things were good. Just wish things had been fixed and working properly before we got there. Hot tub wasn't working took 3 days into vacation to get it fixed, door handles to bathroom were coming off, and one of the showers couldn't be used due to knob for turning water on being broke, no sheets for pull out beds, and a lamp in one of the bedrooms had a broke switch. Socks, chargers from previous guests were found under edge of beds and was full of dust could tell hadn't been cleaned under them in awhile, coffee was spilled down front of cabinets, counter was sticky, and the jacuzzi tub in main bathroom was full of sand when turned on.

It was not very clean. Had roaches really bad. Had no information on the Tv. The balcony was great with a great view. When we arrived the lock needed a battery for us to get in. Some of the furniture was really worn. You advertised the unit With two king beds and it had one and a queen size. Have stayed at Hidden Dunes a lot and love the location. Wish they had more handicap parking. I

The unit was obviously very nice at one point but has not been well kept. The kitchen cabinet doors were falling off, fridge shelves cracked, couches stained and torn, walls, doors, floor filthy, both balcony door locks broken (huge safety concern with two small children), master toilet barley flushed, master bed very broken down. Our feet were black from walking barefoot in the condo. Very disappointed. Property management company was responsive to emails until I stated the issues we observed upon check-in and then never did hear back. Size and view were incredible. Pool was great. Easy beach access. Newly renovated elevator area and office. Great little restaurant. In the current condition, I would not recommend this property to anyone, but if some maintenance was done to it, I would recommend it, and I would rent it again myself.

This condo is huge and I have stayed in this complex several times before so I knew we would love it. We had 12 and had plenty of room and bathrooms.
One thing about this unit was that it should be better maintained. We killed about a dozen German cockroaches on the counters during the stay; I called on maintenance to spray but am not sure they did. I called again and got no answer and no response to my message. There was also mold on the ceiling in the front bathroom, a water leak under the sink in the front bath that had been "fixed" by a plastic container placed underneath. One kitchen cabinet door was falling off the hinges. In general the maintenance needs to be improved and the owners should get what they are paying for.
There are brand new recliners and sofa in the living room, the beds are great, plenty of pillows, AC is cold, the hot tub operates but for some reason the jets are weak. Parking is good at this complex, beach is uncrowded, elevators are fast and all outside facilities are very clean. Overall we very much enjoyed our stay and will stay at Hidden Dunes probably at least twice a year.

This place has lots of potential. It is a large condo with plenty of room. However, it does need some repairs. The refrigerator door shelves were all cracked and one drawer about to fall apart. One cabinet door about to fall off. It took all week for the hot tub to heat up. Most plug ins are loose and the cords won’t stay in. Needs new transition boards between the tile and hardwood floors. Has a few holes in the walls from door knobs. Bottoms of shower doors had black slime on them. The description of the beds lists two king beds and two queen beds but there is a king in the master., a queen in the other single room, and 1 dill size beds in the 3rd bedroom. And the mattress in the master was not very comfy and very squeaky getting in and out and moving at night. Overall we enjoyed our stay here and didn’t let the little imperfections affect our vacation. Loved the laundry room and the big master shower. The view is beautiful!!!!

We really enjoyed our week stay! Room 1304 in the Hidden Dunes was just like the pictures. We had a wonderful private hot tub, the pool/kiddie pool was very nice. Right on the beach and close to everything! Would recommend to anyone looking to stay in PCB. Very well managed and communication.

I have vacationed in PCB my entire life. It truly is “The World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”. This was our first time staying at Hidden Dunes and we loved it. No crowds, minimal traffic and no long waits for the elevator. So, I will definitely be staying there many years to come. My complaint was with our unit. I should have believed the other reviews but brushed them off as people just complaining. Unit 1304 could be wonderful with some updates and a deep cleaning. And replacing or removing the hot tub. They could take one weeks rent and make this place great. Get new bigger TV’s, replace or fix the cabinet doors, bedding needs to be updated, fixed the leak under the bathroom sink, so the plastic container can be removed. I didn’t realize it was there for a leak and placed my hair dryer, flat iron and Beachwaver under there as I was unpacking. All of them were ruined because of water dripping on them.
We were never able to watch tv in the living area. After contacting the property manager about instructions on how to get them on, we were able to watch in 1 of the 3 bedrooms. The tv in the living area would come on and then go off..,and did I mention it’s a small tv for a very large living area!! TV’s are not that expensive…get some new ones.
And the unit needs a very good deep cleaning!!! I found busted latex balloons in the bedroom and bathroom when we first checked in. A sure sign that no one had cleaned that room and bathroom. I did let the property manager know about it. Shower heads didn’t work properly because they need to be cleaned. This place is too nice to not be taken care of. These issues could be simple fixes and just didn’t happen over a few months….it’s been years of neglect.
I will definitely be staying at Hidden Dunes but it won’t be in unit 1304 unless they make some updates and clean it up!

We originally rented a different condo, however it became unavailable and this was one of the replacement rentals offered. From the pictures it was beautiful, however the pictures were very deceiving. The condo was outdated, and in need of cosmetic and repairs. There were broken doors in the fridge, dishwasher top drawer pieced together by screws holding in place which kept falling, floors had missing trim, broken cabinet doors, beds were uncomfortable, the whole condo needed a good cleaning and dusting. Most furniture outdated except for recliners and reclining couch. The two pull out couches were in need of cleaning. On the plus side the view was amazing and the condo is very spacious. Such a shame with a little cleaning and updating this would be an amazing rental.

The lay out of the condo was perfect for us. It was big and spacious as advertised and as shown in the pictures. Everything was a little out dated. There was missing trim on the floor on the transitions from tile to hard wood. A couple of the cupboard doors were falling off. Bring your own bedding. The doors to the balcony wouldn't lock. The hot tub on balcony didn't work and water was nasty. Whirl pool in master bath does not work. For the price I was very happy. But this condo could use a little TLC and it would be great. Location was awesome!

We arrived on Saturday evening and all I did was clean. My daughters room had pee on one of the bedspread. Hot tub had little water in it so when maintenance guy got there he filled it w water on top of the dirty water and told me the filter would clean it. That he was not there to clean it. The filter was filthy. I went to Walmart bought a filter emptied cleaned and refilled the tub so we could use it. After all the cleaning was done we had a good time. But I won’t rent from them again

All rental condos have some degree of wear and tear because some renters are jerks and behave like animals. Like, how do you crack a floor tile?? How does that happen? Do you bring cement blocks with you on vacation?
Anyway, we absolutely loved the unit and thought everything was gorgeous. We loved the decor and all the personal touches. We cooked in almost every meal and never had an issue with not enough cook wear etc. Someone complained in their review about cookie sheets and I guess the owner listened because there were three new cookie sheets.
Someone complained in their review about running out of towels. Not sure how this could possibly happen as every linen closet was stuffed with clean towels.
Some people complained about the hot tub. The hot tub worked fine for us, but we did have to you tube a video on how to operate. After that, hot tub worked great and we really enjoyed it, especially at night, overlooking the ocean. Amazing.
Locking the front door from the outside is a two step process that took us a minute to figure out.
One special treat- the master shower was honestly one of my favorite features. My shower at home is awful, so this was a huge treat for me! Huge shower, dual shower heads… amazing.
It really broke our hearts to leave, we had a wonderful stay.

Some people complained about the hot tub. The hot tub worked fine for us, but we did have to you tube a video on how to operate. After that, hot tub worked great and we really enjoyed it, especially at night, overlooking the ocean. Amazing.
Locking the front door from the outside is a two step process that took us a minute to figure out.
One special treat- the master shower was honestly one of my favorite features. My shower at home is awful, so this was a huge treat for me! Huge shower, dual shower heads… amazing.
It really broke our hearts to leave, we had a wonderful stay.

Great location and the VIEW! We were here in November which was off season so we practically had it to ourselves. Pool passes were in the condo but parking pass was not. The security guard finally gave us one on day two. Older decor in this unit but it was clean. Kitchen okay, but again some updates and organization would have been nice. But again, the view was awesome!
